Superb reasonably priced apartment hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Outdoor pool and indoor pool open 24h nice to do nursery lengths for children restaurant bar brief .... I recommend

The 4 rooms residential appartments are very good place for big families, can find everything nearby, will have another visit in future

This place is always up to the standard, I love it, feel safe and comfortable when I m there with the family
Im a bit disappointed though that when we asked for extra masks as we consumed all what we have during our stay, they wanted to charge us 5 dhs for each mask!
Atlantis was offering them to guests left and right, everywhere you go in the hotel someone is standing there offering you free masks
Thats a bit unfortunate, and considered a downfall for the hotel

One more thing, Robert on reception was amazing, polite and very helpful, i thank him again for his help and gentle gestures

Me and my wife stayed at the Grand Hyatt for two nights, i have to say it really deserves to have "Grand" in its name. One of the best Hotels to stay if ever you're in Dubai. Hotel staffs are very kind and professional. Joyce was very accomodating during to my queries prior to booking our stay. Check in was smooth and hassle free through the assistance of the very kind Mr. Mustafa. The hotel premises was huge and i would like to say thanks to Mark who showed us our way around. Lastly, Im glad to say that the dining experience was superb. Many thanks to the very hospitable Mr. Jesuva and Mr Rajeev, you guys are awesome.

I came there tonight for Oktoberfest, it was terrible... first Thursday of the event was a private party, IT WAS NOT MENTION on the website or any place that I searched, so we came there for nothing. Only one guy next to the road, before we entered the hotel knew about the exactly location, any note in the hotel showing where to go. One guy told me usually people call there for information... so is that reason for zero information online? WTF...

was there for multiple event and conferences , the Place is wonderful ,the food is excellent , but the wifi is verry bad

I have started here a number of times when going to Europe from Australia the rooms are great but ask for a old room as they are nicer but ther is nothing wrong with the new rooms.

This is an amazing hotel with top amenities and superb service. When you come there, you can expect the best and it will be exactly what will be given to you. The hotel has a convenient location and it is easy to get anywhere in Dubai from there.

A great place to stay and hotel service is a great place for tourism conferences, seminars and various events in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates .. I recommend it for all occasions except those who want a hotel overlooking the coast or the river

Loved the place... the staff at the check In counter was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with many options. Mr. Santoush at the restaurant was very kind. He specially got watermelon juice prepared for me since it was not available in the buffet

I've just been there for a week in December. The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are really super modern.
The entire hotel staff was always very friendly. The only thing I have to complain about about the hotel is the dinner, which tasted great, no question, aaaaber, the variety was missing. After the third day you just didn't know what to eat in the evening.
But the breakfast was great.
The garden and pool area at the hotel were very well maintained and the view from our room was fantastic (room 960). We had a direct view of the Dubai skyline.
Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of the room, just a video, so I can't post it.

5 stars deserve dinner and breakfast in an internal garden complete with river great food with a wide choice of outdoor pools for adults and children

Excellent hotel and resort. Family room is clean and spacious for two adults and one child. Rooms might need renovation. Breakfast is good although it serves mainly indian food.

Big lobby & a very nice dinning setting around the water fall and pond views.

The Hotel has everything, Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The Pools are stunning.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel
Service delivery is pathetic. The staff are not friendly and have no motivation to give high quality service. The food is also not good. The variety is very limited despite being continental. The ambience of the hotel gets a thumbs up especially the rooms facing the creek. Everything else is a big thumbs down.

The hotel is great ... the pool, the garden and the health club are magnificently ... and the staggering attention to detail ... the staff are always helpful and laughing

It is almost our second home as we like to stay here when we are in Dubai. You just have to see the house and especially the beautiful park.

Outstanding hotel, 2nd visit here in as many years. Service is exceptional, staff are even better. Courtesy upgrade to Creek room view given and special treat to celebrate birthday and wedding anniversary events. Absolutely awesome!!

The entire hotel staff make an effort to ensure a truly unique and memorable customer experience and that is why we returned again so soon. Great to see so many same staff here as last trip and even better that they remembered our last visit too.

This hotel is not like any hotel I ve stayed at. First of all this is a five star hotel and the room was KWD 77 per night which is a very good price. The reception/lobby is very luxurious and has an outstanding interior. Not to mention the room which was as equally lavish. Very sleek design. The breakfast area is impressive. Huge variety of options. They even have a pancake and waffle station! I m telling you, this is the hotel you want to rave about to your friends when you go on holiday !

After reading many positive comments, my expectations were sky high, but these comments does not justify how magnificent this hotel actually is. You must see and experience it yourself.

I had a wonderful stay. Sisti , the housekeeping supervisor was really nice. She made sure the rooms were clean and tidy and ensured that we had a comfortable stay.

Impressive hotel, very friendly, attentive staff, everything was very clean.
Large hotel room, especially large bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate toilet.
Breathtaking pool landscape with a sufficient number of loungers.
Wonderful breakfast buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.
It is a bit away from the sights, easy to reach by taxi (cheap).

We had staycation for 2 days and it was a good experience very good hospitality by the staff.my kids enjoyed their holiday there

Walk in and one is awes by the sight and space.Huge open space. And 13 restaurants in one hotel.. What else one wants. 10 minutes from airport. Have retuned to hotel many times.

Nice hotel having luxury pools and jacuzzi,kids pool ,jogging track.they have the worlds best spa which has been prestigiously awarded by various recognised entities.they do have free parking.the ambience is fabolous.
Kids can enjoy with the lovely ducks outdoor.
