Posh hotel, superb food, amazing swimming pools and rooms.

The hotel is wonderful and has a distinct garden, adding to that the beauty of the restaurant dedicated to the breakfast buffet

Although I chose the hotel on the occasion of our wedding anniversary and through a colleague, the hotel was booked and asked the reservations department to prepare the suite in proportion to this occasion to surprise my wife on this occasion, but unfortunately we did not find any interest in the reservations department even though I am ignorant of the hotel system in such occasions and after the conversation With Mr. Qais, he kindly provided a bottle of Bateel juice and a piece of cake.
With the misunderstanding that occurred, I will return to the hotel and advise it. Thanks to all the hotel employees, everyone is distinguished

Love everything about this Hotel, amaizing hotel, staff, food and even if i wanted to crictise this hotel I dont think i could think of anything to say that is bad.

The hotel in general is fancy and has amazing lobby, the room service was very cooperative and the breakfast was delicious.

Visited for ifthar. Beautiful marque, amazing decor and well organized event. The place looked breath taking. The food spread was mainly arabic and had limited options for Asian food lovers. Loved the ambiance than the food.

It is actually more of a resort with many facilities like kids water-park many swimming pools, restaurants & shops. Huge parking lots and free valet for residents. The missing star is for the average quality and taste of the food.
Front desk and housekeeping keeping are great.

Customer service was excellent. The room was great. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations on all levels.

It was great to experience the rainforest theme in the lobby....quiet..calm and soothing ambience.The club facilities for adults are wonderful but the kid's club needs more development.

It is a great luxury, the service very nice. With all the help with a smile It's really wonderful here and I'm glad I chose to stay in this hotel.

Top Hotel with an amazing Yard. I recommend to take a club room so so can eat tasty Snacks and free drinks also alcohol.

Beautiful building, excellent services, great location

Large city hotel located away from the center. The rooms are large comfortable. Breakfast is great. The hotel has many restaurants for every taste. Sunbeds at the pools are comfortable, there is a heater.

This is a great hotel and way better than my expectations. The hospitality is fantastic and the rooms are very spacious and well thought out. The rooms have nice interiors, big bathroom, many power outlets and USB charging points and a huge TV.
We arrived 6.5 hrs before check-in time and yet we were given a room in half an hour as soon as it was ready. We were escorted to the lounge and were given complimentary drinks till our rooms were ready. The houskeeping team were very quick and helpful.
The landscape of the hotel is fabulous from thee inside and out. Even though it is the middle of the city you would think you are in the middle of a garden.
The breakfast was really goof but the other restaurants are not that great.

This place is amazing. Good value for money, the rooms are so big and luxurious, about 5/6 restraunts in the main building, around the pool is nice, waterside for the kids, the complex is big with different areas to sit, bird enclosure with peacocks great to watch there was babies when I was there, staff are so welcoming and kind, would definetly recommend!!

Beautiful place, friendly staff, spacious rooms, but terrible food.

The hotel was not really close to anything, its had very little around it and you had to pretty much get a taxi to everywhere. The other issue was if you have kids then its very difficult to get around you can spend a couple of days at the pool, but then its very difficult to get around. Staff are ok for 5 star standard, but if you really want to see Dubai then get a hotel that has a kids pool and a beech or once thats close to the metro or one of the Malls. We spent most of our time with the kids at Dubai Mall the kids had lots they could do there. Breakfast was congested most days with too many people and just felt like a cattle market, the food was always the same every day and being vegetarian limited. Also the foot flow around the restaurant was awful with plates positioned incorrectly and people just waiting for eggs in the middle of walk ways! Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have kids and really want to get around Dubai with ease unless you fancy spending a fortune on taxis or booking a car. Also if consider full board if you have kids, no eating places near by and very little variety.

The new renovated rooms are Amazing with a amazing view .. its old hotel but still keeping its level .. ull get upgraded if u have Hyatt membership , do one , its free.

Overall great experience. We didn't even had a reservation, just came in here after having terrible situation at another hotel, where Russian women like Kristina Zikich openly soliciting sex. We were so please that this Hyatt truly represents its brand - beautiful, with very helpful staff - truly Grand. Check in process was amazing, especially as I said, we didn't have a reservation. Very nice rooms, very convenient location. Too bad, we didn't have enough time to try all wonderful restaurants, which are inside of this hotel. Really good deal for the price paid.

The Grand Hyatt Dubai is a gorgeous luxury hotel with a strong personality. In fact it is a complete resort with extensive gardens and pools, and some 10 different restaurants inside the hotel providing a variety of choice (of course also somewhat at five star price levels). executive lounge also really great and providing great views. There are also large meetings rooms and ballrooms, great venue for a big conference including some entertainment for delegates and spouses. Overall top notch!

Very good hotel with beautiful views of the Dubai Creek and its gardens. Impressive entrance gives you the impression of entering in a .....jungle. high scale restaurants of various cuisines....try the Indian restaurant and the pepper crab serving Singaporean food.

It was a beautiful week in the Grand Hyatt. Especially the staff were very friendly, highly recommended is the Manhattan Grill because of the very good service from Anna.

Amazing Hotel. All the staff were extremely good especially the check in counter Mohamed and the floor lady Jackie who always was very energetic with a bright smile all day. Great value for money and better than all the new hotels in Dubai.

A very excellent hotel, a masterpiece, distinguished restaurants and a wonderful and outstanding staff

1st time in Dubai, luxury large hotel with great rooms, gym, saunas, pools, running track,shops, restaurants etc. Food was fantastic, taxis were always at front of hotel. All staff were wonderful especially Christy and Nuperi who looked after us at breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much we will return.

We had the most amazing holiday ever at the Grand Hyatt Dubai. To add the cherry on top, we made incredible, classy friends at this establishment. The kids zone is quite friendly and well maintained. The food, interior and overall ambience add to the first class experience this hotel offers. Muhammad at reception did a stellar job and made sure our stay was remarkable. We ll be back again for Christmas this year. I can t imagine spending our holidays any other way.

It was a excellent stay in the hotel.all the staff are excellent but I would like to mention special thanks to jijo Thomas in market cafe and chef Dev Singh .The way the staff treated us was superb it made our stay comfortable and relaxing.thanks to all staff and the management.
