Stayed one night at this hotel with my girlfriend and I liked it. The staff was very friendly. But it was unfortunately inconvenient parking.

Everything was perfect till they accused me to taking a bottle of wine from the mini bar. Otherwise staff are a credit to them

Nice ambiance in historic buildings in the middle of the city.

Delicious dining in a beautiful ambiance. The employees are top notch, knowledgeable and exceptionally hospitable, and make your evening a luxurious experience.

The rooms are somewhat faded glory, but spacious and clean. Staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Room somewhat sober given the price.

Great and grand hotel, the buildings of which are steeped in history, located smack in the middle of town on the edge if the museum mile.

Beautiful star hotel located in the center. Many small and large conference rooms in this solemn-looking building. Many corridors and narrow corridors and stairs. The toilet rooms in basement rooms are special. Don't forget to walk across the window into the floor with a view of the vaults

Very friendly staff, amazing location, the building is amazing old military hospital but they need to renew the mattresses and the pillows they r old and used that i can feel the springs of the mattresses , the housekeeping need improvement and the food menu quite small

Five stars for five stars, there is really nothing wrong. Nice room, charming area, great breakfast and close to the center.

Breakfast for 22.50 all inclusive (champagne!) until 11.30 h. Excellent value for money. Beautiful garden.

Authentic old-style rooms in a historic place, very impressive. Definitely worth staying there. All restaurants, shops and places to visit at walking distance.

I have been here for a (business) meeting. Great spacious rooms for meetings / consultations. The staff is friendly, and the coffee is tasty.
The building is an old monastery, and looks beautiful and has a ditto garden.

Beautiful location and wonderful rooms! You can imagine yourself here as a prince in an authentic castle. A delicious dinner is also part of this monumental luxury. We enjoyed both on the terrace of the bistro (lunch) and in the gastronomic restaurant (dinner). An absolute must!

Already started sending an email that it is my wife's birthday and if they could do something. I was offered a room upgrade from them. The breakfast on the terrace in the garden was really fantastic. Everything has been thought through and the staff are selected one by one for their friendliness and competence. We enjoyed it and recommended you to all our friends.

The deluxe room is beautiful and spacious. It is a beautiful hotel that is located virtually in the old center of Utrecht. The breakfast was delicious. My wife thought the egg Benedict was super tasty.

I might've gone a little overboard for a quick business stay. It has parking and is close to downtown, though. I would return with my family, the property is beautiful.

Wonderfully laid back terrace, you feel completely outside the city, while you are in the center. Despite a busy terrace, smooth service.

A unique meeting location in Utrecht with all amenities. Lunch made from local products. Coffee is very disappointing.

Friendly welcome, great room. Dinner and service were great.
Breakfast was very disappointing and not worthy of 5 stars. Breakfast room was full. When asked where we could sit, a lady pointed to a separate room opposite and we were left to our own devices. No coffee, no breakfast menu with special breakfast dishes. Ambience-free affair. In time, someone from the ministry came to those who came after us to move them to the breakfast room. Not until much later than we sat down. When we eventually moved to the breakfast room, we found out that special breakfast dishes could be ordered, but by then we had already consumed most of our breakfast. Very bad and not what I am used to from a 5 star hotel. Disappointing.
A complaint about it at the reception could only be a meager excuse.
In the meantime, the hotel has contacted and offered an adequate solution.

When checking in at the desk, we received a free room upgrade. I don't know why but it was very welcome. Instead of a standard room a corner room. A large room with a spacious bathroom. The only drawback was that the spa is very small. We were lucky that it was very quiet because with a bit of activity it will soon be very full.

Food in the restaurant was very expensive but also very good quality. Lots of small courses with beautifully laid out plates of many flavors.

Outstanding hospitality. The hotel and restaurant staff is perfect and highly professional. Location of the hotel is in the City Centre but because of the enclosed Garden it feels as if you stay out in the country side.

This beautiful hotel is located in the old city center of Utrecht. Not only suitable for a weekend away but also recommended to have a lunch or drink on the terrace in the summer months or to enjoy a fantastic dinner in the restaurant. Not cheap but definitely worth it!
