Excellent location in the center of Naples, a step away from the Central station, the metro and the circumvesuviana ... Nice and tidy room ... Excellent value for money .... We have taken advantage of half board and therefore I can also recommend the restaurant " La Falena "which is located inside the hotel .... A special thank you for the kindness and sympathy to the manager of the Gino room ... Recommended and we will certainly return to our next stay in Naples

The only thing I can tell you about this hotel is that I don't change it for anyone else!
super strategic position for any tourist, opposite the hotel, garage and entrance to the Naples Central Station with access to all trains and subway lines. Taxi service on request as well as all types of tourist transport to the most enchanting places in Campania!
Personal, super top! Not to mention the restaurant, not to be missed!

So, book a room with your eyes closed, for any time of year, and you will be more than satisfied I guarantee!

The hotel is very well located. The glory years are over but it is ok. Breakfast is modest and really monotonous because there is not much choice. Service nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel for people who do not expect luxury.

Yes in the center of Naples, near the station. I had no way of assessing the rooms and services, but in terms of aesthetics is clean and tidy.

The hotel has a great location, a quiet area (about 300 meters from the central station). Excellent breakfast.

At the cheap price man expects some restrictions. So the breakfast was quite ok it was also bad but the rooms are worn and from the window man would rather not see.

Hotel in an excellent strategic position 3 minutes walk from Napoli Centrale station. Friendly staff. Beautiful rooms and clean. To recommend. The only flaw is the noise of the location because the street is very busy.

Located in a great location to easily visit the city. The area in which it is located is not exactly the best and after a certain time it is better not to go around alone. If you arrive by train it is within walking distance of the central station. Friendly staff not always informed about the situation. The rooms are quite spacious, the only downside is the rather uncomfortable bath / shower, it needs revising.

Nice place and cheep, but amenities are kind of old and its very noisy from the outside and from the inside (cleaning personnel). Ok for a quick and cheep stay in Napoli.

We stayed at this hotel for three days and really enjoyed it quite well !! Cozy, clean and well-furnished rooms. A Five Star rating for the entire hotel and all the staff: they put their heart and soul into satisfying all the needs of customers. The Maitre Salvatore and the Chef two unique pillars always ready to satisfy all the needs of customers. Excellent cuisine and raw materials all of the highest quality. I also want to thank the owner, a distinguished, sociable and nice person. Quality and price in the norm. I recommend it to everyone.

A stone's throw from the central station of Naples, for a few nights and excellent and I was fine. I do not recommend the restaurant inside the structure, bad food and exaggerated prices.

Hi. We have been 4 days at the hotel. Without being luxurious it is very good. The room very comfortable, clean and quality bedding. The full breakfast. The perfect staff treatment. We need to leave at 7pm and for only 25 we had the room available. We also needed a charger cable and they left us one. For the price we paid it was above quality. Very central and very close transport. At night the train station looks bad, but we had no problem.

A few steps from the central station, the hotel is in a building a little dated to the witch of the furnishings and the furnishings of the rooms. Equipped with all services including WiFi even if the latter does not have complete coverage and is often slow. Cleaning is enough, leave a little to be desired. It's accessible for manual wheelchair of normal width. Staff is helpfull with advising about tours that are accessible. The continental breakfast is a little lacking. But it's a good budget hotel

Staff are friendly and speak English.Location is opposite the station which is good but the surrounding area has a bit to be desired. Windows in the room are not sound proof as there is the constant barrage of traffic, car horns and the construction works opposite. Our party did have a twin room booked and was upgraded to a suite which was good, but on inspection, the bedside table and other items were dusty so it makes one wonder how often and thoroughly the rooms are cleaned when not in use. Beds seems to be hit and miss as of the 7 beds in out 3 rooms, no 2 beds provide the same softness/firmess of mattress. 3 stars is about right for the cost.

Confy room, bed is the way I like it.

Shower base was broken, so I could not lift it to my height and, because of that, the only way to wash my hair is hanging the shower wih my hands.

Internet router on the third floor, where I stood, of course, seems to be broken as has no wifi signal whatsoever.

Asked the reception about five times to check it but, if they've done, wifi service stood unavailable.

Hotel is just crossing the Street from the Naples train station, which is Good, since there's some restaurants and others atores there.

Hotel staff are nice, many of them speak english.

The Hotel is pretty decent, but the location is not very good, the hotel is in front of the train station, there was the Naples creampie, from the window it looked like drugs, lots of prostitution and a lot of junkies . It seems like a bad place but from the window you had a lot of fun watching the chaos of the city. Every day at 10:10 pm I parked a car and handed out snacks to drug addicts who were asking for the area ... so as Naples was bad at night, we took some beer in the kebab below, we put ourselves in the terrace and we enjoyed the casting of Walking Dead, and hopefully there was a fight. 100% recommendable!!

Very enjoyable stay. The rooms have great facilities for this price category. The bathrooms are very new (I was with a group in the hotel so it wasn't a coincidence in my room).
I especially like to highlight the staff, who were incredibly friendly and approachable.
The little things really mattered here. One got z. B. every now and then little touches like a tasting of Neapolitan coffee after breakfast.
The breakfast is a bit unusual for Germans, but rich (there are only sweets).
The dinner, on the other hand, was very tasty every evening (there were always three courses).
Moving in, the location of the hotel takes a bit of getting used to. The streets directly around it are a bit shabby. The old town is within walking distance, so this wasn't a very big problem.
So an almost unreserved recommendation.

Good location, close to underground, main trains, buses and airport bus. Lots of places to eat not too far away. Rooms adequate, not here to stay in, staff friendly bar and restaurant available in hotel.

Terrible hotel with terrible receptionists. We checked in at 1 am coz the original Airbnb closed at that time when we arrived. We don t have any choices, just took the dirtiest room that they had, and there was a info. Board next to the door shows last eat checking out time 14:00. But at 11:40 the reception called us ask us to go out immediately, we told them about the board they denied and sent a man without manner to our room, we showed him the info. Card, he shouted to us and said it s a mistake, we have to pay the late check out fee, and the he grab the card from wall and throw it to the floor, we said we couldn t pay their mistake, and he shouted several sentence and asked us to leave. This is the dirtiest hotel I never stayed in my whole life with the worst service and staffs. I hope other guest won t get fool by this hotel.

Definitely a good accommodation to be close to the station if you have to leave early the next day. The reception and catering are of good value, the room suffers from wear in the furnishings.

Good positioned hotel with charming rooms, interior and a tasty breakfast. Very near the Central Station of Naples which can lead you to the most important attractions from Naples and surroudings (the old city of Naples with the Naples subway, Pompeii and Vesuvius with Circumvesuviana train, Amalfi Coast, metro to the port Molo Beverello for Capri and Ischia islands) .
Every room has a theme ( i stayed in the room of Marilyn Monroe). The hotel has an elevator which can lead you to the restaurant which is and the level -1. Very clean rooms with bath cosmetics, hairdryer, minibar, tv. There are 2 supermarkets near the hotel (Sapori in the grand station and another one on Corso Novara). The personnel staff is very kind and receptive. I recommend this hotel.

For a five-night stay, without breakfast, Swiss couple in their thirties from Lausanne.

Breakfast is six Euros per person, and the buffet is clearly disappointing at this price: no squeezed orange juice, large surface type pastries, no hot dishes such as scrambled eggs, sausages or bacon (or seemingly). he on request). Canned fruit salads.

Located next to the station, if you arrive at night by bus or train you will undoubtedly cross a creepy alley, full of homeless people ... a little worrying for a first in Naples, but not insurmountable.

For the kindness and courtesy of Mr. Luigi the owner, for the central position, for the structure located in a renovated historic building is very well maintained with marble and elegant furniture to look like a 4 star. Great value hotel

Would recommend in a heartbeat. Decent food, staff friendly. Close to station. No problem, although beggars and homeless around. Cut through station - side entrance opposite hotel, if an issue. Fab hotel. Would stay here again, if ever back in Naples.

Simple rooms, the daytime location, nothing happens, but at night it becomes dangerous, the Wifi excellent.

Exceptional price for the period (5-6 January). Room and bathroom very clean. Good decor right, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We stayed here in the we. ... convenient because close to the train station, confirms the class (3 *), very varied breakfast with a lot of staff, rooms a little old, but equipped with all comforts, including TV, fridge and hairdryer. Spotlessly clean. I have no idea of the costs because the hotel is included in the package.
There is the restaurant inside.
In the morning I highly recommend the Neapolitan coffee instead of that of the machine ...!

Traffic apart from very nice and very clean hotel, in an excellent central location, very good and homemade cuisine, breakfast is not very abundant but of good quality,

I am always amused to see the quality of the ratings that certain AirBnb hosts receive with poor accommodations, no breakfast and with average bedding and the mediocrity of the ratings that hotels receive with quality bedding, wifi, breakfast and cleaning all days.
It is not the best hotel in the world. Some parts of the rooms could use a paint job or a new one, but it's clean, the team is available, professional, the breakfast is very decent.
For 147 for 3 nights, I can find much more of my account there than in many airbnbs that I have rented in the region. We were leaving this morning at 4:50 am or 1:30 am before the opening of breakfast. Without asking for anything, the team had prepared 2 bags for us with cookies, fresh fruit and fruit juice boxes.
