Worth a stay and get lost in the long and winding corridor to meet vintage wonders. In addition to the excellent service!
Worth a stay and get lost in the long and winding corridor to meet vintage wonders. In addition to the excellent service!
Old but pleasant hotel, peaceful and clean environment. It's convenient because it's very close to the train and metro stations
We returned after 5 months because we had a great time. Very friendly staff at the reception are very good, friendly and informed about everything and give excellent advice on trips to do. Very clean rooms and when you arrive you will find two bottles of water, one sparkling and one natural. There is also the restaurant "La Falena" where you can eat really well there are some very nice and good dishes and as an appetizer there is a mix of bruschetta v3 I recommend it absolutely because it is very close to the train station and 2 meter
Cozy but aesthetically renewable, professional staff
Cozy and clean. Perfect location for those traveling by train, from the central station it takes two minutes on foot.
Strategic location near the station. Outskirts of the station is scary. But hotel itself was safe.
Great hotel, clean and very spacious ... The staff is very open and kind ... It is a hotel with a bar, restaurant and a great room to relax. Very nice and cozy rooms ... The only flaw is that of Wi-Fi ...
Hotel 2 steps from the station, fairly clean and nice staff. Very old furniture, noisy rooms, no breakfast, in the room there is no mini bar! Now unthinkable for a hotel, shower curtain, and the worst thing is the discounted parking, which the hotel promotes with a rate of 10 a day but when you go to pay you find the surprises, because by chance my car (a focus ) can not use that rate so I paid 44 for 40 hours, but on the hotel website should write from 10 and not 10! Oh well, don't come back and I don't recommend it
Perfect location to reach the city center. Very good breakfast and very nice staff! Recommended
Room good, location at station and metro. No view. Breakfast is reasonable
Hotel for a few days, close to train station and metro ... but the surroundings are bad.
It's ok for a budget stay hotel clean and has a restaurant
Staff helpful, room clean but a bit small, no tea and coffee making facilities. Wi-fi very unreliable and YouTube blocked.
Restaurant good but pricy with some idiosyncrasies. Location is rather run down but very handy for station. Good base for Vesuvius, Pompeii, Amalfi Coast.
Very close to the central station. Basic, clean and well air conditioned rooms. Abundant breakfast. Very friendly staff.
Clean and spacious room, air conditioning, minifrigo, I can not complain.
Neighborhood is sketchy but the hotel was very nice. Nice place to stay night before a train ride or flight out of Naples.
Very close to Central Station
Abundant breakfast, clean room
Offers very good service. Very friendly staff. Its location is very central, although there are many homeless people on the nearby street.
Fantastic hotel in Naples. Staff of the highest level, polite and very professional. Modern structure very efficient, clean and comfortable. Very attractive price and to complete the whole garage in front. For me, the stars can also be 10 certainly I will return congratulations to everyone
It was a nice hotel and tidy.
Good restaurant and friendly staff.
However, the hotel was in a very worn area which was strange because it is a central area, right next to the central station (train).
The staff is very kind and competent. The rooms are excellent and comfortable. We will return again and spassionamente advice.
Convenient in the center near the station. Clean and tidy . Paid park in front.
The hotel is organized but the location is not very pleasant.
I am sending many of my clients as well as going there
Clean ... quiet VERY close to the station ... great and very rich breakfast
Everything was OK.
Clean every day, the breakfast- diversify and a lot of food.
The receptionists very good speaking English, all the people amiable.
The hotel is very good located near the Garibaldi station, you can go everywhere with the trains and the buses.
But, if you want to go with the trains, get the tickets until you came in Napoli. We didn't find trains next day.
There is Alibus, you can take from the airport to Garibaldi station. Is 5 euro/person.
Station area is very dirty and full of imigrants and baggers. They are quite, not dangerous if you go on your way.
We see the almost entire city by legs. The hotel Is relative near to the center, 20 min walk.
We also gone to the Porto Napoli, near castel dell ovo, 40 min walk.
We eat the best pizza to Port Alba pizzeria. And the best fish to tratoria Carmela. Both in the center.
We eat the best baba, at sfogliatelle lab. Is located at Garibaldi plazza.
I buyed all the Souvenirs from Garibaldi downtown comercial center. There are good prices.
We drink a good coffee with a very beautiful view by the sea, at vanilla bar.
Enjoy Napoli!
Decent hotel for an affordable price. Nice and close to the metro and good quality breakfast buffet.
Walls too thin, you could hear what the others did in the room. Poor breakfast
Very good location, very friendly staff and nice rooms.
Hotel that I really recommend, firstly it is ideally placed (3 minutes from the train station and subways), then it is quite quiet despite a noisy city, moreover, the breakfast buffet is plentiful and with choice, the Dinner (we had half board) is offered with several fairly diverse dishes (no dessert and free water) and the staff are pleasant, helpful, smiling and available. Finally this hotel offers an unbeatable value for money, in short a hotel to choose without problem.
Unbeatable value for money !!! Very convenient for workers like me who arrive by train and go to the business center, a safe step for many years!
Great hotel .. Perfect value for money with comfortable rooms and all the amenities of a 3 star.
We stayed at the Grand Hotel Europa booking through a "Mille Meraviglie" box set. Unfortunately the experience was not at all at the level that the box set should in theory be and we will not fail to report it to the known company. Nothing to take away from the staff that was courteous but it was really a bad experience, I never had to report a stay. The structure is a little dated but overall also pleasant. The area we knew already that it would have been less beautiful because it is the station anyway, but we thought we would arrive in a decent hotel anyway. The room they gave us, a suite, was quite large and "new" but furnished in a style not at all in line with the photos on the site or a sober classic style. It was clean but faced an inner courtyard so extremely dark and being a courtyard for privacy reasons you could not open the curtains. The very thin walls probably made of papier mache have meant that at night we were constantly woken up by the noises of other guests and in the morning we woke up at 7.30am as if someone were taking a shower inside our room. The main chandelier was electrocuted. The bed was made only with a sheet although there were less than 15 degrees these days in Naples. In the closet there was only one winter duvet without even the duvet cover so not in the best hygienic sanitary conditions. The dinner included in the package was decent - my partner asked for a caprese that really had a bad taste and a yellowish color, the waiter before changing it insisted several times that it was the normal taste of mozzarella fior di latte ... breakfast discreet, disappointing the coffee theme - there are machines that do not even provide the selected drink (see cappuccino that becomes American) or even Neapolitan mokes, which unfortunately, once finished, were not remade in the thirty of minutes that lasted the breakfast ...
Friendly staff, great breakfast, the bathroom is as old as the furniture, worn floor, clean room.
Nice hotel next to Milano Centrale train station. All staff were friendly. No complaints.
Budget accommodation. Not sure what the city tax pays for because Naples is a hole! Restaurant staff and dinner were good.
We stayed at this hotel taking advantage of a two-night wonderbox voucher. Strategic location to visit Naples and close to the central train station, easily connected by bus to the airport. We found a pleasantly furnished and welcoming environment, always very helpful and polite staff, a cozy and clean room as well as the other rooms of the hotel. Breakfast offers both sweet and savory. We did not try the restaurant, but only because busy visiting the city in the three days we had available. What can I say, highly recommended !!!
Excellent value for money. Clean and welcoming chest
Convenient only due to its proximity to the central railway station of Naples
Excellent location for transport and getting around Naples
It is a pity that the station in the evening is not a nice place for people who are not too honest
Very friendly staff
Top breakfast
themed rooms and nice
The bathrooms and other little things would have to be restored
Fine hotel. Nice personel. Only our bath seemed to leak a bid. Air conditioning works well.
GOOD SERVICE, CORTESE PERSONNEL AND ALWAYS AVAILABLE
Very friedly place, but at the same time very professional.Good restaurant. It's near to the railways station.
Great hotel, was very close to the metro station and the city center in Napoli which made travelling around a lot easier.
All good, thank you. Our room would have benefited from better chairs and a table, but it was okay.
All perfect. Courteous and professional staff. Cleanliness and sanctification to the maximum. Great food. We will definitely be back. Recommended
Good attention. Ideal place to spend the night near eurocarp and central station. Except the neighborhood around a little complicated at night.
Spacious and clean rooms. Very varied breakfast and abundant choice of food, both salty and sweet. Convenient to transportation, station and metro. Very helpful and courteous staff. Good choice!
Old hotel with a split but recollee
Our room was unavailable due to a strong thunderstorm, we refused an apartment located far from the station, which is why we chose this hotel. For this reason, we were outclassed
In a triple room for 2.
No noise thanks to effective double glazing ..
Right next to the airport bus stop
Nice, neat, clean, good food. Kind receptionists and nice sitting areas.
Hotel located in a strategic position to visit NAPLES (A short walk from Central Station and Metro) and you can reach several places to visit on foot. I advise!!!!! Very clean, friendly staff and I found myself very well
A very cute and quaint hotel located very close to the train station. Everyone working at the front desk is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well kept with a lot of antiques for decoration. However, the wifi More
Staff very courteous and attentive to customer needs. Good restaurant quality. Decent rooms.
Nice hotel. Staff were ok, not over friendly. Food was ok. Air conditioning was poor which lead to an uncomfortable night.
We were meant to stay 3 nights but, because of the unsafe neighbourhood in which we stopped my wife from losing her purse to a pickpocket, we transferred to a safer part of the city, which we had stayed in previously, and felt more comfortable.
Older hotel, but clean. Clean towels and bath towels daily. If you have a room on the street count on the noise and trumpeting at night and early in the morning. Location at the bus station and at the metro. Breakfast buffet. Choosing a meal adequate.
A cozy, classic-style hotel.
A disgusting area to stay. Compained to our Travel Agent. Hotel basic with the air coditioner not working the first night and traffic noise from dawn to dust. Plus construction work over the road. Horribile!!!!!!
Fantastic hotel. Great location to get around, very friendly staff, would recommend to anyone.
Great experience. High prezzp quality ratio. The outdoor furniture level is nice. Clean rooms. Excellent breakfast including coffee that does not deny the Neapolitan fel buon espresso fame. Living room decorated for Christmas with much taste
I can confirm that The staff is nice, but the rooms are not like the descriptions / reviews read. Upon entering we were assailed by the smell of mold in fact the bathroom was full of it. We could not use the third bed because the mattress was non-existent and the structure unstable.
Luggage storage is subject to charges after 15:00.
A neat comfortable comfortable hotel. Young, attentive, reserved staff. The restaurant: simple but absolutely top dishes. Value for money at the highest levels
Sempre migliore.
Always best n best.
I am staying here for last 11 years during my business trip in Naples.
All staff behaviour is cooperative specially Maria, Eda, Alessandro, Giovanni and Diego
In Restaurant ,the shelf and other staff is nice.
Hotel was really clean and nice. The shower was great. Restaurant had pretty good food as well. I wasnt a fan of the breakfast layout in the morning. It wasnt much compared to other hotels we stayed at. The TV in the room was awful. It was about the size of a toaster. Looked like something from the 80s.
Beautiful hotel corridors, small but comfortable room. Regular breakfast Cordial attention
$200 sunglasses stolen by hotel maid; along with other items... Don't recommend staying here, or anywhere near the train station for that matter.
Ill take this review down if Management steps up and reimburses me.
If you are looking for a budget hotel, this is it. The hotel is situated near the main railway station which is a very sleazy and unsafe area. WiFi is poor. The food was good but the place lacked atmosphere. We only bothered to eat there once. Breakfast is below average. Coffee is bad consider Italian passionate about their love of food n coffee.
The Hotel is old, but the area is not the worst but its really bad. The room I stayed in was really small but clean. The very positive note is the staff more than perfect they were very kind and attentive to any request especially the guy who was there at night. Of an incredible kindness and professionalism. Then the breakfast was well stocked and good but coffee should take a machine for sure not the automatic ones.
Simple and clean hotel;
Friendly and helpful staff, in particular Miss Maria who solved our problem with the rooms with extreme promptness, professionalism and sympathy !!! (we were mistakenly assigned a double room, but we were 3 guests).
Recommended!
We have just left Naples. Very central hotel, close to the station but in a quiet and quiet street. The Hotel is welcoming, clean and with attention to detail. The owner, an exquisite person who knows how to welcome the guest and make her feel "at home". The people very helpful and friendly, especially Alessandro and Ida, two solar people always with a smile. Will we go back? Absolutely yes! I highly recommend it for the location, the cleanliness and the typical southern hospitality. See you soon and thanks again to all the staff, we had a great time. Fabio and Enza
Good location. Nice little hotel, no frills but clean and big rooms for the price.
The hotel is pretty good, for the value for money. The treatment of the staff quite good, the inconvenience is the place where it is, especially at night. Near the station and in the surroundings, during the night there are homeless people and people who seem dangerous. During the day there is no problem and enough movement when the station is very close.
Pleasant hotel, cultural service, delicious breakfasts
Good for the price and with a breakfast buffett with very cheap compared to the outside
A really good hotel both for cleaning and eating, strong point is the proximity to the station
Location is good in front of the station. Amenity is solid soap and shampoo, towel, but there is no bath mat. We also used the bar lounge on the first floor (0 floor in Europe). If you order a drink, snacks and other such knobs are free. It is neither good nor bad about cleaning. There is free Wi-Fi.
