Nice and cheap 3 stars hotel, friendly staff. Premises and rooms are clean and well kept, adjacent to Naples main train station. Very close to all public transports.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff that speak English. The food in the restaurant is amazing and quite affordable. I would happily recommend this hotel for a short stay in Naples.
really good hotel, and good staff, but the area lets it down :(
Just stayed there as part of a school package. Whilst the area of Naples felt a touch unsafe, the hotel itself was great. The staff were very accommodating and the food was great. Breakfasts were very good for that price-range hotel. Overall was very happy and felt it was clean and very good value.
Clean hotel and very kind and welcoming staff, the only flaw is the cuisine not up to the city of Naples
Excellent service. Clean and welcoming place. Polite and friendly staff. To recommend.
5 minutes from Termini Station
It is about 5 minutes on foot from Rome Termini Station,
You can have a heavy suitcase.
There is a profound feeling in a historic building,
The person at the front is also good.
15 minutes walk to the Colosseum.
The room is generally spacious.
There is an elevator,
You should leave the room as soon as possible when it is busy.
The breakfast was warm and the food was very good with a wide variety and variety.
After breakfast at around 7am and going back to the room,
Even though it was a consecutive night, there was already a cleaning lady,
I wasn't expecting it to come so fast, so I was surprised because the valuables were still there.
Let's watch out
Very comfortable and with excellent attention. 100% recommended
Clean hotel in the middle of Naples . Very close to the train station which is very handy.
The hotel key was massive and very difficult to take with you for the day.
The breakfast had a good choice all cold buffet food unless you wanted to pay extra.
The only downside unfortunately was that as we left we were informed of the city tax we had to pay which was 5 a night totalling vat 35. Which would have been fine if we had been told at the start of our holiday as we could have put it aside. Thankfully we had just enough left to pay it but it wasn't the best way to end a great holiday. Naples was great and well worth a visit.
NAPLES IN THE HEART
Average prices. Close to bus and metro stops, you can reach every part of this beautiful city in an instant. Try La Pignatta restaurant, in the Spanish quarter: a riot of goodness and kindness all at a very affordable price.
Zernick in the restaurant for a dish of at least 10 euros, the price of accommodation digestible, the room was cold, the heating turned on for three hours at night.
This is nice the hotel only the area not much but it is practical to get from the airport or communicate to the whole city of. Naples and the rest
Nice rooms, bad breakfast coffee, I was there only one night, so it's a partial but positive judgment
Yes everything okay so far
No mini bar
The staff was friendly and tried hard
The shower had good water pressure and was easy to adjust.
The bed was okay but not great
The safe was sad and totally bad not to be recommended at all.
The proximity to the main station was just great.
I would go there again.
Well furnished hotel, small but comfortable room, the single bed is one and a half. Shower too small breakfast included but a little sarna.
Good internal restaurant
Possibility to take a room in half board
I can only review the conference room, good value for money, certainly some work would not hurt.
Courtesy of the staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Cozy environment.
Perfectly situated for the station as we were sightseeing and used the train everyday. The rooms were spotless and comfortable . We had no view but as we weren t in it much ,so it hardly mattered. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and happy to switch to English immediately .
The walk to the station was a bit seedy but was only a few meters to the piazza garibaldi and station
Hotel clean.person very helpful very convenient because accessible to the metro.
Great tasting plain food. They have gluten free options :-)
Great hotel for those who just need to put their heads up. I was in Naples for a running competition. As mentioned, a very nice, quiet hotel. The area is not wow, pay attention to those around you, but without pressure. And of course, Naples is Naples. Public transport is available and very close to that place. Highly recommend the hotel.
A clean, welcoming hotel, large enough, very convenient proximity to the train station. Rather clean, hearty lunch but not of incredible quality, you have to look for the fruits to find them. We booked online at a great rate, and ended up having to pay more than expected (the bill is only given in Italian). The staff are welcoming. We had a rather clean room, on the 3rd with an elevator going only to the 2nd, a shower without light not very practical, TV which did not work, wifi which worked very well, and spacious room. Small fridge and lockable safe.
The neighborhood is pretty ugly but that's not the hotel's fault. I would advise against single women.
Friendly staff and always available restaurant excellent simple and tasty dishes breakfast and cleaning ok room comfortable and welcoming strategic location
A stone's throw from the central station of Naples is this delightful hotel.
Very kind staff that makes you feel immediately at home!
The guys at the reception really top !!
Room with balcony overlooking the street, soundproof windows for a perfect rest!
We didn't miss anything in his simple furniture!
Continental breakfast, friendly, professional staff, available to satisfy any need not present.
Bar / restaurant service available until midnight for aperitif, lunch or dinner or for a simple coffee!
Fixed menu or full-choice menu!
Nice souvenir corner ... so we were really good!
Thanks for everything!
Highly recommended !!!!
Great 1950s hotel, perfect room and located 2 minutes from the central station
To recommend, very good value for money
Clean old hotel. Rooms are tiny. No frills. Great place across the street from the train station.
Place little served and too small. Unpleasant people and poor food, even the typical sweets.
Friendly staff, good cleaning and a fairly generous breakfast. Very convenient location for public transportation. I would definitely stay there again
The room was definitely OK, good for the price. Very nice beds, less nice shower. Helpful staff. One of the main upsides of this hotel is its closeness to the central train station. I didn't find Naples that great, but there are beautiful places close by (Pompei, Amalfi and Ischia to name a few), so the location is perfect for people that, like me, are more interested in what's around Naples rather than what's in it.
Booked through a gift box ... Located near the station, so convenient to reach even if it's not great to walk in those areas frequented by all kinds of people ...
The hotel is clean and the room I stayed was one of a range of rooms a bit 'more carefully they gave me as normal as they occupied the room in which I had to sleep ....
These rooms are located in a part of the property with frescoed walls with drawings that tell the Neapolitan culture, very characteristic .. the Chamber was on two levels clean and comfortable .. Recommended
The location is good as it is close to the main station. However the bed was so bad and breakfast is so so basic.
Moreover, the water in the fridge is not complimentary.
Very good attention! Full breakfast. A block and a half from the train station. The environment is not very pretty, but you can easily reach the center and the port. The only drawback does NOT have a fridge.
Nice staff good service. The food included in half board was very good. Good location near the central station. Can be recommended
Cheap. 60 a night for four. Quiet comfortable air-conditioned. Service very correct. Luggage possible until 13h.
In purpose the hotel is not bad, but very uncomfortable that the elevator is only up to 2 floors. On the 3rd floor you have to drag suitcases along the narrow staircase
Great Value for money, nice rooms. Near the station even if the neighborhood is not the most recommendable ... Breakfast not very varied and with a part of the pay menu as in the attached photograph.
A stone's throw from the central station, great for getting around
Great location close to central station. Room was ok however very small just a studio and full of beds which took up all the space. Lighting poor. Aircon a bonus really needed as couldn't leave window open as too noisy from street.
Beautiful structure, nice and very helpful staff, well located in the center of Naples
You can reach the historic center in 5 minutes, a stroll through the narrow streets of Naples.
Very welcoming restaurant and cuisine, true Neapolitan. RECOMMEND THE STRUCTURE
TRY PEE BELIEVE
Ok location, Naples isn't the nicest city. Room did not have adequate AC for the lofe, very uncomfortable room
Somewhat unfriendly staff Basic but good hotel. Food in small quantity but good.
Comfortable hotel but located in not very nice area
The hotel is very good and very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The area in which it is, near the central station must be conflictive but we have not had any problems.
The positive point is the proximity to the central station of Naples.
Great location. Near Piazza Garibaldi station. 20 minutes from the historic center. Excellent value for money. Breakfast more than enough and varied
Excellent three-star hotel near the station, good value for money. Valid the internal restaurant.
Great location near Napoli central. The room was okay for that price, same for breakfast. It would be better, if they used card instead of keys to get to room, but ofc it doesn't really matter.
Great location, excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff.
Great clean hotel with nice rooms good also the restaurant friendly staff without spending very close to the station
Our room is like a redesigned former broom closet. Two people cannot move in the room. Safe is broken. TV is not programmed. Towels weren't there.
The 140 large double bed is only accessible from one side.
Very noisy in the hotel room. Never again this hotel.
After we warned about the deficiencies at the reception, we were given another room without any complications and will have to survive the next few nights, because a youth group was here again last night. The night was made day without thinking about sleep
Excellent, clean, welcoming, warm and close to the station
Great welcome - well equipped family room with air conditioning - breakfast buffet - luggage service - near central station
The room we slept in was smelly, there was dirty towels in the bathroom, and the room was ugly. The only positive factor: the kindness of the staff.
Almost next door to the train station so that was good, but the room felt like being in a college dorm room. The A/C worked okay and it was nice that the room had a mini fridge with some water bottles. The hotel and rooms can definitely use updating. Shower drain didn't work great and the tile floor in the shower prompted me to wear my slippers.
Cozy and quiet hotel despite the street where it is located is chaotic. Piccolino with particular attention. Great for those who want to stay close to the central station
Excellent value for money! Friendliness and professionalism are indisputable. Excellent location for public transport !!
I re-evaluated the meeting room .. finally adequately equipped for business meetings. Even the coffee, which before, without offense, was quite undrinkable, now ... really good!
Old hotel, the paintings in the room are very interesting, it is close to the train station. Needs some improvements, TV and fridge very old. But overall I had a good experience. Highly recommend. :)
Great experience, good helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was spoilt for choice. Very accommodating.
A wonderful Hotel, super attentive people, place close to everything, Colosseum, restaurants and subway! Good rooms, clean, anyway, ameiii!
bad customer service, they didn't want to give us back the bail for a bad review; Not suitable for students, the place itself is nice but in a bad area, in front of the entrance they sold stolen phones.
Very friendly, central for excursions.
Andreas
Classic hotel with excellent staff. The point where it is located is not the best. Parking on the affiliated front.
Decent. Breakfast included. Free wifi. very close to the train station. 5 min to the historic center.
