A great hotel, very clean and comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly , the food is excellent we have booked half board and we cannot wait for authentic meal times.

I change my 3 stars to 4. Super good beds and pillows. And the reception very attentive, as well as the bar waiter. They have let us have drinks out of time and that is appreciated.

This Hotel is gorgeous, not to mention its strategic location: close to Naples central station and the center. The staff is very friendly: at the reception I met many nice and helpful people including Mrs. Ida who gave me good advice on how to face the day in San Gregorio Armeno; the rooms were always well cleaned and perfumed. The breakfast is buffet style and offers a variety of sweet and savory dishes, and a waiter who makes the environment even more pleasant thanks to his friendliness and cheerfulness: Ciro !!
In short, the stay was wonderful and I recommend EVERYONE to spend at least one night there!

Lovely little hotel, good value for money. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The restaurant service had been good and the food fresh and tasty. I've enjoyed my stay here very much and the location is convenient to transport. I'd definitely use it again.

The hotel is good. The staff was polite and attentive. But the location is quite noisy. I would prefer more quitter place to stay next time.

We stayed four nights in this hotel with my family for the period of August and the experience was really positive. The owner (Mr. Luigi) is an exquisite person who immediately puts you at ease by reserving a very attentive ad personam treatment (from the chatter around the hotel to the thoughtful thought of remembering your tastes for breakfast). Rooms equipped with all comforts and a suggestive location in a historic building in the heart of Naples, symbol of the generations that have handed down the management of the structure in the family. A note of applause also to Mr. Gino for breakfast and Luca at the desk. I really recommend it as a support for families, vacationers and businessmen passing through the Neapolitan metropolis.

Very convenient location, good price and large room with a controllable air conditioner (not the centralized classic) is a decent telexiose. We leave the keys at the reception and its advantages are disadvantages. It met my expectations. Nothing special but good.

Small rooms .... A little dated .. without fridge ....... I had booked for 7 people, 3 double rooms and a single room in a superior category for three nights for the price of 415 each for double rooms and 315 the single. In two double rooms there was only one bedside table with abatjour, in an absent abatjour, then placed after our complaints. Friendly staff .. good breakfast ... I was in this hotel with a wonderbox set. I chose it because it was very close to the central station of Naples. The staff is very courteous. Breakfast buffet both sweet and savory just in quantity. The ordinary style room a bit old but walking all day to visit Naples was only useful for sleeping so I didn't care if it had some kind of comfort.

Stayed for seven days, staff were always very friendly and help was on hand when needed. Breakfast could have been more varied each day, however the bedroom was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy.

The hotel is really nice and welcoming. Staff always friendly, polite and helpful. The location is excellent if you arrive in Naples by bus, because it is really very close. The only thing, our room was a bit dusty. But it's still a three-star hotel. I spent two peaceful nights. I recommend it and return to it very willingly!

An old-fashioned hotel, in the bathroom of the single room, it doesn't have a bidet, at night I found it to be a bit noisy with people coming and running water in the pipes, a sufficient breakfast.

Average italian Breakfast but more choices then others I've been toon, never had yhe dinner. Rooms nice AC, Fridge, TV, Blow-dryer. Need better pillows they are too flat and bed was hard. Staff is frendly. Bar on main floor is the best place to get Wi-Fi signal. Place is conveniently close to train station and shopping. Great Kebab shop few doors down called Al Piramide. Great place for short stays ok priced for what you get.

Too bad about the neighborhood where it is (in the evening and what unsafe feeling), however, it is nice close to the station.

The air conditioner is noisy, practically does not work. If you open the window, the wild noise of trains.

Really good hotel especially for the price. The rooms are good and situated in a convenient location. The restaurant at the hotel serves very good quality food although when you order a main from the 2nd course menu be prepared to only get what is described (I.e if you order the meatballs that's all you will get etc.)

Strategic point, close to the terminal, generally good, for those who go to the historical center can walk back and explore the interesting city, streets crowded with people, music, food, flowers ... overall it's good

We stayed in February and got fairly inexpensive rates. We wanted somewhere close to the train station as we were only there for one evening, and this hotel is directly across the street from the train. Not the safest part of town to stay in, and certainly doesn't quiet down at night (that's Naples for you) but we felt safe enough as the hotel is really big. The hotel itself was adequate, but nothing more. Our shower got the entire bathroom floor wet, the bed wasn't too comfortable, and breakfast was a little lame. But it satisfied our need of a cheap place to stay near the train. Next time will look somewhere else.

Bad stay, room / niche bathroom taps with rust, eaten almost all frozen fish. Not suitable for celiacs, even if they say yes. They wanted a supplement. Window on the inner courtyard, the other painted.

High quality WiFi hotel available in the lobby and the Higher one. The environment looks very good Calcolando which is located behind the station.
the environment is so sought after that it makes you forget that you have entered a crowded street full of people in the heart of popular Naples.

The hotel is well located across from the train station, big room and bathroom, full breakfast. Only downside noise in the corridors and rooms next door, this morning drill at 9am, unpleasant obliged to go out.

The hotel is well connected by trains, metro and buses, and is located near the central station. Inside, the rooms are well kept and pleasant and there are several rooms, a snooker room, a video with a bar and two other with tables and chairs. Hotel is behind station, convenient for trips by train (pump, sorrento, etc.) and also good base for the old city. Quirky rooms. Sleeping with the window open is not an option. Great beds and great breakfast. In the evening the area looks a bit scary because of the many vagrants and groups of people, but never felt unsafe! Lots of police everywhere that is helpful to tourists.

The area is horrible and unsafe, in the Napoili Centrale station a lot of security but not outside.

Hotel near the center of Naples. Very good place to visit. Daily cleaned rooms, safe, fridge. The hotel itself is quite old and there will be lots of things to fix in it, but the whole thing is really good. The price is not excessive. I would recommend.

It is a very good hotel, welcoming with professionally very friendly staff. The hotel has nice bike rooms, with attention to detail, savoring the Neapolitan spirit ..... and you think that Naples draws art from the sun. I highly recommend it.

excellent hotel, well organized, clean, super comfortable rooms (room 316), excellent cleaning, always friendly and never intrusive cleaning ladies (although we were very confusing). The breakfast is perhaps a bit less level than the rest of the hotel, it seemed more geared to a foreign clientele - lots of savory choices. Basically, what I liked very little about is the beverage machine, not the best for quality. For the rest, great comfort, absolutely. Quiet area all in all, we were with two young children and felt peaceful everywhere. The ugly area of the station is another. If I return to Naples, I will return to this hotel.

Great hotel, great Location Although is around the Station is in a safe area, very convenient if you visiting Pompei , 5 minte walk from the station, the staff are friendly and the food too, is an exceptional hotel for the money you pay I will say much better then Airbnb

Very nice hotel for a few nights. Everywhere nearby. Around a lot of pubs and restaurants. Right next to the train station. Typical Naples dirty and damaged area. The hotel itself is nice. Specific and helpful staff. We had an upgraded room which was very nice. The rooms were equipped with everything needed. Bathroom room bedding everything clean and pleasant.

We were guests of this hotel for 3 days, on the occasion of a wedding, the extremely kind and helpful staff, the spacious and clean rooms, good breakfast, what to say? to recommend.

The hotel is close to the central station, which makes it much easier to go to Pompeii. The rooms are beautiful and the breakfast is very varied. We had a small problem with the room the time we arrived and the staff took no more than a few minutes to sort it out.
