Beach view rooms are amazing... Breakfast is average... Should add more salty foods, felt like I'm on a dessert buffet

Excellent location, great service, with parking, Wi-Fi, laundry, gym, swimming pool, private beach, breakfast, lunch, superb dinner, cocktails, entertainment, courteous and kind, well-attended, fun and cheerful but quiet.

Hotel comfort level and appearance deserves max 3 stars out of 5, but location and surroundings, small village, nature, beach and surroundings make it 4 out of 5!

Dive into the 70s with charm and style. I would call it a cult place

Lovely location. Nice hotel and nice service. Good food.

Beautiful facility for gala dinners and conferences. There is no parking, a sore point in summer ... a good aperitif served on the terrace. Little staff serving at the tables, but overall good structure.

I am still staying ... because I can not recover the fortune I paid for this hotel garbage ... moldy walls ... humidity ... stain on the hallway ceiling. A real neglect. No maintenance on the premises .. Carpeted entrance all smudged. ..

Definitely not up to expectations. While the location can be comfortable and the swimming pool with beach on the doorstep is pleasant, the structure is really dated and decadent.
Below is a list of some of the defects found
1.There is an unidentified stain on the left side of the bed,
2. On returning to our room one evening we found a cockroach. 3. the hairdryer did not work and the shower leaked water, although nobody pointed out the matter.
4. carpet in the corridors and cleaning of some common areas of the hotel No comment.
5. we confirm that the images on Booking and the internet are heavily retouched both for the interior of the rooms and the exterior of the structure which is NOT that of the photos but shows evident signs of wear.
The sore point, however, is the service the waiters serving at breakfast were rude, clumsy and slow. It would have been nice to have breakfast if there was at least one clean table !!! The service at the Mary bistro is instead EMBARRASSING, dishes that when they arrive are cold if they arrive and if the cutlery also arrives.
Positive note the barman and his professionalism and kindness. No comment on the rest NOT worth the price paid. Maybe a two star service

I was there for a business meeting. Wide and clean spaces, availability of toilets, common areas and bars. Excellent and plentiful restaurant buffet. Ample paid parking facing the street

Nice hotel, clean room, abundant breakfast, optimal location. Faults: public outdoor parking all day in the sun. Dinner is eaten in a separate partner restaurant with all the limits that would not be had if it were included in the hotel.

Large rooms, private pool, beautiful rooms, private access to the sea.

It is a worst hotel, we ordered for 3 person and they gave us a room with 2 combined single beds..They air condioting is not working as well, a verry dissapointed 4 stars hotel

Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice, not to grab yourself. Room on the 1st floor noisy. It is a pity that you are not allowed to use the first three rows of chairs from the sea on the beach.

Had better days. Rooms old, place looks and feels like 60s. However at beach with a very big pool and close to Cinque Terre

Beautiful and elegant place ... for the Christmas lunch with the Mickey Mouse club of vintage cars ... a show

Concierge provide city map and time table of the bus to the pisa central station. Very friendly staff and close to the beach.
However, to the central station by bus would take more than 40 min.

Clean place excellent breakfast, poorly organized, x in the evening they do not offer anything, and being positioned where there is nothing in the evening you have to force yourself to use the car to get around, parking is paid 17 euros per day ..! And for dinner it takes at least 3 hours.
The appetizer at 8pm the first at 9pm, the second at 9.50pm the dessert as soon as possible

I would never go back, there is no relationship between quality and price.

Very pleasant stay close to the beach. Friendly and competent staff in all areas. Recommended.

Location on the sea, excellent room, excellent bathroom, well-kept Olympic swimming pool, beach included. friendly and knowledgeable staff. Large reception area, air-conditioned and well-kept rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast, with high quality products.

Everything went so well until breakfast. That is not so plump.
