He needs a revision to the rooms. Fair cleaning. It is not a four star. Do not.

Incredible 4 * hotel in the very center of Bilbao. They treated us wonderfully and to top it off they gave us a breakfast with great detail. The overall stay was wonderful and I would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel in this city, to do it in this place, because it is very worth it for all the details that pampers this great hotel. In addition, it has a famous terrace on the top floor from where you can admire the entire city with privileged views and relax with a drink. I would recommend it a thousand times.

Only negative point be careful with the bathroom products provided by the hotel they contain the worst chemical crap (parabens etc.) This is why I removed a star. It's a little lack of attention to the hosts.

An undeserved four-star hotel, as soon as we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist asked us a somewhat strange question: Where have you booked from? We answered booking and it kept looking for our card, this question pissed us off.

The hotel is located in a central area, one minute from Monyua square and next to the shopping area.

I stayed at this hotel with a good friend to spend our last night of our vacation in northern Spain in Bilbao close to the center.
The good location and the roof terrace are the biggest advantages of this hotel for me.
The hotel is located in the "modern" city center, but also within walking distance of the old town. The shopping streets and many restaurants and bars are close by. The roof terrace of the hotel is ideal for starting the evening or to end the day.
We were also satisfied with the room. The decor was modern and in good shape. The bathroom was okay, compared to many other hotels in northern Spain even better.

The hotel staff is also friendly and accommodating, and the processes are quite efficient.
Generally a good location as a starting point for exploring Bilbao.

We booked a non-smoking room online and got a smoking room ...... The hotel is getting on in years. Nothing for vacationers from my point of view. For business trips maybe ok.

The site is perfect. The kind of accommodation I did for a business trip, but I definitely recommend it to people who are going to visit this beautiful city. Very good hotel Delighted with the stay, the location, the staff and in general everything. As a single stain, the paint on the bathroom wall was peeling and the shower faucet leaked.

Goede ligging in het centrum. Goede wifi. Kamers zijn wel erg gehorig en het bed zelf ook. Iedere draai geeft lawaai waar je wakker van wordt en het bed zelf is erg klein. Verder normaal hotelpersoneel. Mijn mening/kwalificatie : 3 sterren.
