Gran Hotel Ercilla 4* Review

The attention is wonderful as well as the room and if you add the roof terrace to that. It is an experience difficult to forget

- Very spacious and very nice room.
- Large bathroom with shower.
- I loved the detail for the dog: little box with food, bags of cows and drinking fountain. Oh, and a big bed-mat on the floor.
- Quality coffee maker inside the room.
- Wifi.
- Very comfortable bed and cushions.
- Very large single beds.
- Very friendly staff.
- TV and AA.
- Opaque curtains.

One night with the dog, only accommodation, we left for 117.

Classic, but renovated. Privileged situation in the center of Bilbao. The room is very comfortable, full bathroom and generous size bed.

The rooms can be updated a little more. Even so an exquisite service and good treatment at all times. Breakfast is varied so I recommend taking a pack with it included. Good ubication

The upper terrace is open to all, clients and non-guests of the hotel, the views are spectacular and the mojitos are very good!

Modernized hotel in the center of Bilbao. The best they have is the location, very close to the subway station of Indautxu, and 10m walk from the Federico Moyua square, downtown.

The hotel cafeteria has a very accessible menu of the day with good quality. The restaurant Bermeo, has a lot of fame in fish.



You have an interesting shopping area in Alameda Urquijo (35mts from the hotel) and also with Ercilla street (pedestrian).

Drinks from the bar on the roof a little bit expensive. 5 a cane

I went to be with bullfighters but I do not come back anymore. Expensive. The room is terrible. We will not return

Hosted for work. The room was spacious with a Nespresso coffee machine, a small chaise longe next to a window overlooking the fire escape, a desk and two beds. With the curtain drawn, no light entered. It has a luggage rack.
The bathroom with bathtub, amenities and hair dryer.
They have a pillow menu, I requested a memory foam that did not take 10 minutes to bring.
I did not have breakfast included but they told me at reception that the price is 17.11

The hotel has a gym, restaurant and terrace on the 12th floor with great views of the city. Very central and comfortable location to move around.

The hotel in Bilbao, in which everything happens and for which we all pass. Do not miss the bar on the terrace, the great stranger with a view over the perfect skyline of Bilbao.

Exceptional treatment, location in the center of the city, you can make trips around the city without problems

Terrie Place. The rooft top bar was stinky for some reason. Personal was not very friendly. The room the gave me was vety dark, but I had no enery to fight for a better room after travelling. However the food in the restaurant was great.

The WI FI was not good, the room did not have the service
