Very poor service. Will do what ever they can to make $ off of overdraft fees.

Have had an account here for over 15 years. Just recently took out a personal loan and had a great experience. Very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Thank you!

This bank will allow a company to continually attempt to charge your account when there are insufficient funds so they can rack up their $30 overdraft fees. They made $150 off me in 3 weeks because I didn't know that my discover card was on auto-pay, and they requested the money 5 different times from my bank account. The woman at the bank told me that they were not obligated to inform me when multiple overdraft fees occurred in the same week and that there was nothing that they could do to get me any of that money back. I wouldn't be as concerned if they fronted the money to my credit card company, but now I owe my credit card bill, and $150 in overdraft fees. These people are just plain greedy.

Kelly was amazing getting my loan through and exceptionally friendly. Very quick and efficient.

I cosigned a loan for my son, with the stipulation that I would be able to log in at anytime to view the account. This was explained to the loan office prior to signing the paperwork, including the fact that my son did not want me to access his business checking/savings accounts. Now that the loan has closed, I find out that the only way I can access the loan online is if he gives me access to his business accounts. Many years ago, I closed my account with this credit union (prior to their name change) because they charged me a fee to change my address. I reiterate my vow never to do business with this organization again.

They recently changed their online banking site and it s a disaster! Can t even access my own stuff! Really?!?!? Done with them! Can t wait to put my money elsewhere! Can t even email them. I need to check my account daily and now I can t e even do that! Disappointed!

Undoubtedly the worst bank I have ever done business with. My card was constantly declined for no reason and the customer service representative would tell me it was because terminals and card readers get dirty. This made as much sense as the tellers telling me that they can't find any transactions being denied on my account even though over 12 transactions had been denied in theast 24 hours.
