Very bad ... with how happy I was with my gift of one night in Bilbao for a very dear person, you go and charge the room. It was reserved and theoretically paid ... I insist, it was still GIFT !!! If the web does not explain it or indicates it badly, they could fix it. SUSPENDED !!!
