Gran Hotel Ercilla 4* Review

The hotel was fine and the staff was right but when we went there were works. But inside the room there were no noises in short I liked it quite

Good hotel and walking distance to everything.
Only the breakfast was a bit disappointing, sandwiches were very hard and the breakfast room did not have the nice appearance of the rest of the hotel.
I also thought parking under the hotel was 20 per day.

Good hotel, but with a certain hum of air conditioning.

My assessment is conditioned by several reasons:
1.- The 4 stars leave a lot to be desired.
2.- Agglomerations in the breakfast schedule, little efficiency in evacuating the service of the tables.
3.- Outdated rooms and little preserved. See photo of bathroom door and access room 510.
4.- Recepcionista little sympathetic.
5.- Parking little spacious and expensive.
If I go back to Bilbao it will not be to this Hotel.

It is a really awesome experience to be here and it is worth it if you take a twin bedroom for two people, please never go for standard double room as it is really a very small room to be comfortable.

They have reformed it but they are still under construction. Noise

Hotel very central. It has carpet in the rooms. Very normal rooms and expensive price. The bathroom is large and it looked clean although they did not give toothpaste, the shampoo and gel itself.

The hotel has an excellent location ... they have been reforming although there is still to do in my opinion ... It is a very good option to stay if you are in Bilbao. It is quite cozy and comfortable.

Central hotel in Bilbao, you can walk to all the characteristic places here, very friendly staff and clean and cozy room.

We have no complaints, we were taken care of quite well and the rooms were clean and nice, the Hotel is well located in the center of Bilbao.

Great location. Helpful reception. Breakfast is really expensive but the local cafes have great food and coffee for 5 euros.

The coffee shop of the beautiful zotea to enjoy views of all Bilbao. The coffee is carillo but comes with a sweet.

Great town centre location, attractions such as the Guggenheim in walking distance. Room was gorgeous, very spacious with a comfy bed. Very well equipped bathroom with a spa bath. WiFi and ethernet ports as well as all of the standard stuff.

I have been both this year and the previous one in a conference and both the room where it has been taught very welcoming and the very pleasant catering service.

Dinner of company, loose, all the dishes with little elaboration, very simple.

Clean rooms and an atmospheric hotel lobby. It is located in Bilbao city center and has good accessibility.

The hotel is not bad, centric, good treatment, ... The problem that I had is that I touched a room next to the cleaning room and every day at 7.30 the noise began ... Good luck that I stayed for work and I already had to be awake anyway.

It needs a renovation in some rooms. The service and the treatment received very well. Buffet breakfast also very complete and with quality products.

The hotel differs a lot from the offer. The room in which I am currently staying is dirty carpet, faucet damaged, a ceiling ceiling, the air conditioner makes noise at night being the room badly soundproof and very uncomfortable mattresses being these of springs. As I currently can not cancel the reservation, which would go immediately, I will have to terminate the instance. However I will put a claim in the agency for the bad conditions in which the hotel is located since it is causing me quite disgust is inside the room. I have photographic evidence in case the hotel wants to refute my opinion.

I can only assess the cafeteria and specifically the bruch. Very good brunch at a price of 17 per person, very good treatment by the staff, I can not put all the stars because the tables are too low for a breakfast / lunch as well. It's a shame they do not have any higher.

Bathroom and bathrobes were 10/10

The rooms are very nice and clean and have views of the city streets. On top of the structure there is a pretty terrace and the 'hotel offers a fitness center and free wi-fi throughout the hotel. It is practically centered in Bilbao and therefore proves to be very strategic for making city visits. Cleaning and courtesy are not lacking in this structure and it is also well positioned to use public transport for a possible shift. The price is quite right because even if kept very well, some details reveal the true age of the structure and perhaps you could spend something less, to optimize the quality / price ratio.

Excellent weekend that we spent in this hotel. Facilities to improve but the treatment, location and details in the room (we asked for a superior room) made our stay out to remember.

I think k is perfect, many pools, more and more and more and more, but especially the waitresses, they were all great, they treated me great, the food very rich, a lot of waiters, the floor was very beautiful, I love butterflies and Also cats and dogs, there were quite a few animals in the hotel, it was also very nice

Although they took a long time to answer the phone, you have to recognize that the hotel has all the details you could imagine.
If you are a Dog Lover and for nothing in the world you leave your pet at home it is welcome to Ercilla and the detail in the room is appreciated (supplement for going with a pet do not forget).

The location is excellent for visiting the city but remember to park in the same hotel or it will be difficult (supplement for clear parking) ... By the way the parking lot has cars, if you are not very fan remember it.

The detail of the capsule coffee in the room is fine you can ask for more if you want (supplement for capsules).
