Jessica is a great recruiter. She has been helpful and diligent at finding work for me. It s the owner of Graham Personnel, their clients and connections that are PROBLEMATIC! Graham and Associates has not been and is not an advocate for their employees. They are more interested in satisfying their clientele vs the well being of their employees. I have had 3 situations with employees while working for Graham Personnel without investigation on or about these matters! FFF Enterprises and Package Solutions LIED to Graham and Associates about the reason for termination. Each time Graham Personnel never investigated these incidents. They automatically sided with the Clients. Package Solutions PARADES around as BIBLE quoting scripture CHRISTIANS and at the same time do nothing about their TRASH looking premises. FUNKY smelling and hot bathrooms. GRUNGY facilities, lack of SECURITY over MERCHANDISE AND GOODS! NO PROTECTION or CLEANING during COVID-19. OSHA where you at? Package Solutions reported to Graham Personnel the reason for termination is TALKING! . . . . . . . Stay away from Graham Personnel!

This is another terrible temp agency! I applied with Graham in August of this year and I apply online all the time for jobs with them. Its been 4 and a half months and no one has ever spoke with me or called me back yet! I call email and leave voice messages but never a response! So if you need a job don't even bother with these people!!

They are alittle shaddy as it comes to handling unemployment, They expect you to come everyday and sign in a book that your looking for work and it hasnt been signed they report you to the Unemployment office Knowing that if your out of work you dont have much money to spend on gas going to there office as well hiring people that don't live in greensboro, not including the way they pay you can be very unprofessional in the fact they do not care if you get paid on time, just as long as you are there for the Client company, and they still expect you to pay for your gas, be there on time and work with a smile, knowing that they havent paid you. I would be careful working for them

Everyone here is so professional, and extremely concerned about placing you in a role that fits you. Stephanie Long was my recruiter, she took her time in our interview to get to know me and was able to send me out on an interview by the next day. Rose at the front desk is extremely sweet and efficient. I can't recommend this place enough!

They've been great found a job for me and was placed working a job within a week. Process was very smooth and quick. Erin is super prompt and quick in replying no matter what day or time. 1st expirience with a temp agency and wouldn't have asked for anything more.

If I could give this place a lower rating I would. I'm only 17 and the family I live with are pushing my friend, our roommate and I out. My friend had been here before, and so has our roommate, so I decided to give this place a chance, since they pay okay wages. I went in and filled out the paperwork they had given me. On about every sheet, I filled out my birthday 05-09-2000. They had a photo copy of my ID, and the application even asked if I was 18+, so I answered honestly, checking no. After 3 weeks of waiting I finally received notice of a job opportunity. I started the job they had assigned me, and the next morning I wake up with a message saying that my assignment has ended and that Graham doesn't hire anyone under the age of 18. I understand why, and it's because a warehouse is a dangerous place, but this disappointed me beyond belief, and made me more angry than I had been in a while. My friend and I decided to go down to the office, and request an explanation. We ask to speak with HR and the guy (Gregg) is just rude. He told us that they had misread the papers, which we didn't believe, since it was clearly written on the forms, and clearly printed on my ID. I had told him I was confused about how he misread the date when they had 3 weeks to correct this mistake, and he was just a broken record saying "it was a mistake, it doesn't happen often but it does." We said we will take legal action, and he taunted us saying "go ahead" in a very disrespectful manner. For 3 weeks I waited for this job only to be immediately shut down after my first day, and being told they don't hire under 18. Like I said, I completely understand this, but it still wasn't right about what had happened. Graham Personnel is full of disrespectful people who won't help you, and obviously don't read the forms, or don't care to until it's too late. I will not be going back to Graham Personnel again.

I am a professional employee for Graham. They have been great at sending me on assignments. I have been employed since February 2017. When they receive great reviews from clients, they keep you busy on job assignments that offer permanent positions.

I have been calling this office to stay available and never mentioned that my application expired. How could that been and the common courtesy of advising applicant of this? I have been in contact since I was laid off from CREATIVE SNACKS. Now I need to update application. What a waste and unprofessional. Total waste of time!! once you apply for a job online they'll call and schedule you for a interview when you get there they'll have you fill out a lot of paperwork and drug screen then you'll speak to a recruiter that will promise to find you work they act as if they didn't call you and treat you like you just walked in. Stay away!! All they want is your personal info so they can sell it to telemarketers

Applied to a job through them that was listed as being in my hometown and fit my skill set almost perfectly. Talked to someone on the phone about it. They tell me they actually have two openings, but one is in Kernersville. Tell the person I'm only interested in the one in my hometown. They basically tell me "Oh, I didn't realize location was going to be a concern." Yes, yes it is a concern. Kernersville is nearly an hour drive for me. That's why I applied to the position in my hometown ONLY. So, after we get off the phone, I hear nothing. Repeated calls every couple days to both the office line and the cell number. Nothing. I tried emailing twice a week. Nothing. Call and ask the operator if the person is in their office lately. She says yes they have been. Ask if I can speak to them. She says sorry he's not in right now, can I take a message? Ask if I can speak to someone else because I haven't heard anything from that person. "Sorry, they're the only people handling those type of jobs. No manager either." Gave up and left a message with the operator for the person to call me. That was Friday. Nothing to this date. No explanation of anything. A quick email or phone call with a status update would do wonders... Terrible communication. I have all email and call records. NOT recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at Graham with senior recruiter Erin Thomas and her assistant Emily! They were very professional, communicative, and efficient. Only a week after sending her my updated resume, Erin presented me with a job opportunity and was able to place me with a great company here in Greensboro! I highly recommend working with her, she has left me with a great impression and should future needs arise, I will be reaching out to her again.

Erin is a fantastic recruiter. I have worked three jobs through Graham's professional division and my current job is temp to perm! Couldn't be happier with the service and genuine care that everyone at Graham shows me.

I was contacted by a recruiter, asked to come in for interview. Once I got there, took an hour to complete paperwork including routing numbers for direct deposit. Took a drug test (clean) and these people did not give me a job. Called back every week for the next three weeks and was toyed with. You only ask those you intend to hire for drug screen. These people are discriminating against people for some reason or another.

Unfortunately, this place, like all staffing agencies, gives you the complete run around. Call you in to talk and do a pee test but never call you back. I go on their site daily and see and apply for work I am qualified for but never hear from them. I call and email and still nothing. This is why I strongly want to be in staffing and recruiting myself-----TO HELP PEOPLE REALLY FIND WORK AND JOBS! I am disappointed in this office.

Passed all screenings and test. Was told I would here back within a couple of weeks for a position. I am already a certified forklifter, but never heard from my recruiter again about any job openings for ANYTHING! I called over 30 times in a month, some times twice a day because she never answered the phone. I even asked if I could have another recruiter, but was denied. This went on for 3 months, and to this day I haven t heard anything back from Michelle K. The company does not respond back to voice messages at all, and aren t held to a high enough standard. I am very dissatisfied with the service at Graham Personnel.

This place is horrible. Applied for forklift operator job in the Greensboro area multiple times. Graham sent an email for me to come in for an interview with 1 person. Got there had to reapply and sign my life away to get interviewd by another person. I told him several times I was focused on the job in Greensboro. All my criteria matched the job & was told as soon as my background checked out i would get a call to let me know when to start. Got a call the next day about a totally different job in a different area with $3.50 less pay. But the recruiter wants to get irritated because I refuse to drive almost 2hrs from home for $8.50. So i asked what happened to the job i applied for. The response i got was "i'll call when something comes open. I should have read the reviews before I wasted time & gas dealing with this foolishness.

Worst agency ever!! Go elsewhere !! They are not helpful and they lied to me when I had gone there. I remember the women saying "if you see any job we post, call us and we will set up an interview right away". I called for probably 50 different jobs and they never sent me to any interviews. These jobs were all jobs that I had many years of experience in that area, and I was qualified. Bottom line..they never helped me find a job and just wasted my time and the people there lied to me. I also knew others who experienced the same from this place!!! You call yourself an employment agency?? Graham is an amazing staffing company. After being laid off I was approached by a recruiter to fill a temp position. I was hesitant at first but decided to do it with a promise that as soon as the job ended they would get me into a perm position. When the job ended Graham pulled me into their office to work until they found me a perm position. 2 weeks later Erin found a temp to perm job for me and I am currently being hired on perm with them today. I am so incredibly thankful for all they have done for me. They didn't have to go above and beyond but they did! Thank you Jill, Aimee, Erin, Sara and all the other good people in that office. The owners are fantastic and treated me like I was family. THANK YOU!

Applied for multiple positions online that I thought to be qualified for never to be called back despite reaching out to the "recruiters."

This place was very unprofessional they told me what time to be there, but the lady wanted to finish her breakfast before the interview and made me wait. Upon arriving you have to submit all of your information and a drug test in order for your stuff to be sent to a job for just an interview. I was dressed more professional that the lady who was interviewing me. I asked the woman reviewing me a bunch of questions as to why I had to do all of this and that and was there a guarantee about the job and they could not provide full competent answers to my questions I had for her she became irritated with me after I expressed that I did not want to subject myself to a drug test and and all before anything could be sent to the actual job. I refuse to quit a job with no hope of an interview or even having one another job lined up for sure.

The job they sent me wasn't for me. I have many reasons why i left the job. The people at the jobsite didn't believe in team work. Didn't believe in safety. Didn't believe in Socail distance. I wasn't doing the position that my recruiter emailed me. I also was told i get there at 6:30am than leave at 3:30pm that was a lie. Some of my co workers there didn't speak English or had poor English speaking. I appreciate the opportunity but i had to quit that job. And i only worked there for 3 days

Let's be clear, I find it ridiculous to have to fill out paperwork if I already have a profile, and resume on your website. Please DON'T waste my time with frivolous paperwork that you're only going to discard after 6 months, when you fail to find me employment. This company came to my rescue at the time of need. I was just laid off my old job in Dec. so I connected with Erin one of the recruiters and she placed me on the right track. She was able to find me a temp position to start off with until she could find me something else but after working at my temp job for 3 mths they decided to hire me on board for Full Time. I am truly blessed by this company and had a wonderful experience with them. They are pleasant and understanding; I would recommend anyone who is in need of a job to give them a try.

Filled out a job app I was told to call back for a job I qualified for I never received a call back from one of the recruiters smh

I applied for an HR Assistant position that was posted on Indeed and got an immediate request for an interview from Alejandra Lira. When I went to the interview, the receptionist had me fill out a bunch of paperwork as if I were being hired including W-2 information. Then Alejandra called me to her office and began asking me questions about what type of work I was looking for, the type of schedule I might want, etc. As time went on, I realized we weren t on the same page. She was talking to me like I had come into the office looking for help finding temporary work and told me to register on the agency s website to find work. Never was there mention of the position I actually applied for. When I brought that to her attention and said that I thought I was supposed to be interviewing for the HR Assistant position, she immediately began speaking to me very aggressively and degrading my resume and experience. She patronized me, asking me what made me think that I had the required experience for the position I wanted. It s all about what their client wants, she said, and the salary I wanted was over the amount (by $1 per hour) the client posted. She also told me that I had applied for a different position, which I know I had not applied for. It was incredibly awkward and I was just shocked at the change in her demeanor and how she was treating me. When we left her office, she told me the way out of the building and refused to shake my hand when I thanked her for her time. This was the most bizarre experience I ve ever had. Now I just feel weird that this place has all of my personal information. It was an incredible waste of time and I essentially feel tricked into going and registering at this agency.

Spent four hours filling out paper work, taking test, completing drug screening (passed). Never heard from anyone! Interview sounded very promising and was told they would be in touch in the next couple of days...NOTHING! Phoned numerous times and did not hear back from anyone. Emails were never returned either. Very disappointed. Worked for my previous company for just shy of 14 years and was very concerned when I was laid off about finding employment. Concerns well founded with using this company.

I was told to come in and pass my drug test and they d help me find a job. I came in, passed my drug test and filled all the information out. Haven t heard anything back from them and everytime I call nobody is available to talk. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I've worked for three staffing companies in the triad area and Graham Personnel is by far the best. Could not speak more highly of the owners and management staff. Great place to work.

Horrible experience recruiters legitimately do not care if you work or not. Mishandling of drug testing and back ground information along with HUGE ISSUES in communication. Just spoke with the president of the branch on Gallimore diary Road face to face and he all but had get out of my face tattooed on his forehead. One of the worst and disrespectful experiences I ve ever had with a staffing agency astounding levels of apathy partnered with extensive communication issues. I had to edit to my review to state that the response given by the owner again shows the unprofessionialisim that occurs. This is also the quickest response I ve ever gotten to a message go figures that it came due to a bad review. I didn t know is the catch phrase stay on top of everything is my only advice not having a paycheck only affects one person.

Graham isn't a place to work if you are looking for a job for more then a week if that. I have worked on a site which was ok until they lay you off and tell you they are going to call you back within 2 weeks. Well the onsite recruiter does not call you but only those who she favors, people that are lazy and full of drama. She is unprofessional and not honest to the people that works under her now how did she end up with that position is beyond me.

Completed an application and drug test. Still waiting on the recruiter Stephanie to call regarding an position. They post on Facebook everyday about 100s of jobs. I have called and emailed. Nobody has told me i was ineligible! Get your facts straight. Why would you have me to do a drug test? Would not recommend at all.

They lied to me. I came in and did the normal paper work and got interviewed. After the interview, the lady ( Erin L Thomas ) told me that the job I was applying for wanted to do a 2nd interview. She told me that she was going to send me a confirmation email with the time and location, never got. I emailed her serval times and she replied that she was sorry and was going to send the information. Never did. I was so disappointed because the staff seemed very nice and sweet but are really unprofessional. Customer service is supposed to be #1 and they lack in that department. Hopefully the service gets better, I just won't be coming back. I need a job that treat people how they want to be treated and not lying 2faced women.

When I moved to North Carolina I didn't have a job. Graham Promised that they will find a position for you. I saw two people who were applying got a job on spot. I have a very professional background I can do the two girls positions with just my self. They just sit at the desk and walk around. It made me think that the whole state of North Carolina didn't want to hire women who were from up North. I called several times asking if they had something available they will then put me on hold and hang up the phone. Who ever owns this company needs to change the people they have recruiting people. They will eventually have a law suit on their hands. They should be more careful who they have work in their office. If I was a company seeking for employees I would never deal with Graham Personnel Services.

Graham is able to act as our defacto HR department and provide high quality members to our team, as well as appropriate HR advice. I highly recommend their service.

Very Ineffective!! I spent 3 hours filling out paper work, then I spoke with a recruiter and she stated that they will call me when something comes across her desk! Well its been two years now and I have not gotten one single assignment. Tried applying on their website for jobs and I get no responses. Went through another agency in DC and was hired within two weeks!! Now, I am working right across from Capitol Hill!! No thanks to Graham Personnel Services!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I applied over a month, was told to call back the following Wednesday after making two trips to apply. I have left messages for Stephaines C. And Paula G. Sent emails because no one would return my call. Went to office reception sent email with my information still no reply. This is so unprofessional for a well company not to return a call after over 30 days. Professional Service will at lest tell you we can't hire and a reason why. That when be better than the avoidance. I rate this company a one for been unprofessional when it comes customer service and integrity the character shown from the recruiters is horrific. And I was told Graham was the best staffing service. That's a lie. Even Premiere returns calls and face the applicant even if the news is bad.

On the sign up page they ask you for your social secuirty number. There is no reason for a staffing agency to ever have this information...and if they needed it they would not seek it out over the internet. This agency has scam written all over it. Don't risk your identity.

They are always messing up my pay check always waiting a day later than when I'm actually supposed to get payed and then they want you to wait an extra day when they are not on top of paying the correct pay rate and hours worked. THEY HAVE MESSED UP MY CHECK 3 TIMES IN A ROW ITS UNPROFESSIONAL AND PISSES NE OFF I WORK FOR MY MONEY AND I WANT IT WHEN IT ON THE DAY ITS SCHEDUKED NOT A DAY LATER... Horrible experience yesterday the lady at the desk was so rude I have never been talked to that way. I didn't know I was going to be there that long no one told me the lady called and we set up an appointment?? Why did I have to wait so long. Then I told the lady I had to be somewhere by before 5 and it was not located in Greensboro and her response was " and where is it that you have to be that is so important" I mean just rude I don't know if she thinks I needed a job that bad or she was just bitter but that was the worst experience I plan to get in touch with someone about this.

Worse experience ever!! Sent resume for a particular position that Greer was over, he emailed me to invite me to open house this Thursday. Then someone name Emily emailed me 2 minutes later asking for an interview for Ralph Lauren call center. Appointment was at 1pm. I arrive the staff was all over the place, nobody knew who i was meeting with other then me, then tried to make me refil out paper work i recently submitted. After 30 minutes Aldjea called me to interview... Lord this chick gets me in the room to tell me she had to get my resume from elsewhere, asked me if I been there before I said yes for an open house. She says since I mat with Stephanie L during open house a month ago she was my recuriter and I need to go online and reapply for the position and call Stephanie. Then the girl caught an attitude with me saying it isn t her fault, she not my recuriter!! It took a lot of me to not punch her! Go with Randstad staffing they are more professional, quick and the pay it s a lot better

Using Graham Personnel was a great experience for me. I was taken very seriously, stated what and why my needs were and Erin worked hard to find exactly the right fit for me. It took only a couple months longer than originally stated, however that was great because the match was even better than what I asked for! Someone was always willing to speak and help me and they continuously checked in with me! This friendly, helpful, caring organization was wonderful to me!
