I work at this company for a few years and I always see things that make me sad. But, now it seems to be getting worse and I don't want to identify myself, but, I want to report what I'm seeing. I am doing this because I love working for this company and I have good friends here. Lately, I have noticed something strange about the people who have been here for many years and the new people. I don't know if it's discrimination or neglect. At the beginning of this week, I overheard one of the newcomers asking Huy (Vietnamese guy) for a tool to do a job and Huy said he didn't know about the tool and he didn't give much importance to the person, as he always does. I was intrigued because the two young people who work for him, were using the tool last week and suddenly, it disappeared. I heard her asking Donna and she asked Huy and he said he didn't know, that someone took it and he doesn't know who. But the sad thing is that I saw Huy handing the tool over to a member of his team to hide. Is it right to hide the tool to make the work of others difficult? Is this Huy's tool or the company's? This is not right, this is not the company that I work for years. Then I heard them talking badly about this lady and the boy she works with now. They keep talking in their language, making bad jokes, denigrating their image. This is very rude, unacceptable. Is that what we want for this company? People who work here for years, treat badly who arrived now? This is a lack of respect, a dishonor for all of us. I never saw that temps doing anything wrong, in special the lady, she always treating us very well, politely and always bring us something to eat or some chocolates. I always see her smiling and greeting everyone. I'm sorry for the temps. I respect my superiors, but Huy is a difficult and bitter person. He just laughs with his people and treats them well, the others, he's sour. I like Donna too, but she also acts like that, she only says good morning when she wants and to whom she wants. She protects Huy and doesn't seem to like this lady, I don't know why. Huy's team arrives always at 6am and leaves at 4:30 pm and often, there is nothing to do that justifies arriving early and leaving later and Donna knows that and does nothing. Huy is very interested in the young woman who entered a few days ago and in the boy, they talk too much, using their cell phones all the time and he does nothing to control it. And the rules are clear to everyone, cell phones are for emergencies, not for checking social networks, right? Isn't the opportunity for everyone in this company? Why does Huy choose the best services for people in his country? I have seen him a few times, saying that there is nothing for this lady to do and then give some job to his people. Here in this company, is it now divided by countries and the language that we speak? If I'm not from your country, I don't speak your language, won't I have opportunities? Well, that's what I've been seeing happening lately. And why is Jack Chan just walking around and watching the service of these people? He is becoming a very disrespectful person, making bad jokes of others, laughing very loudly, annoying everyone. He thinks he's funny, but, it isn't, but Donna protects him too. I don't know anything about this lady's life, I like her, she is kind to me, I don't think it's cool what's going on. She may not speak English well, but she communicates very well and I always see her doing a good job. The guy I work with is very quiet, but he is also polite, but they also make fun of him for being too tall and thin, but he is also doing a good job. Please pay more attention to these things and take action, do not allow Huy, his team, his people, Jack Chan, Donna and the people that she controls, to make good people leave our company. I won't identify myself so that they don't start chasing me either. Thanks
From what I've heard this place is a horrible place to work and everybody is doing drugs while working and there are now chairs to sit down while working all day doesn't sound like a place I would wanna work.
