Consider yourselves warned. Do not use CSL as your broker. They would not fight for you if something goes wrong they allow the situation to get worse to rank up your bill when they can fix the situation very easily. The only thing they are good at is sending you bills and invoices for situations you were not even made aware of. They would keep your shipments hostage, EVEN when your are offered payment terms. They say one thing and do the next and even after payment they hold onto it even longer. They are located on the west coast and if you are on the east coast don't expect them to respect the time zones and the times terminals open and close here. You wont find most of the employees working there at their desks at 11am PST!! Stay away from Alex, he is beyond rude and disrespectful to women. His customer service is disgraceful. Don't bother yourself.

Good people work here and do a consistently good job. It's a very humble company with employees both young and on the verge of retirement. The atmosphere is unpretentious and no nonsense and is why I like it.
