I can say that not only does Caron and her staff bring excellent legal representation but also bring a family feel to the practice. I felt a part of the family each step of the way and Caron guided me through all the legal issues in divorce/child custody. Caron and her team are the best in the legal field for anyone wanting lawyers who will attend to your needs with professionalism and true concern.

All talk and no results. How Caron has been in business for this many years with such poor business practices is beyond me. I find it hard to believe that the 5 star reviews are legitimate. She is looking only to fund her comfortable lifestyle.. nothing more and nothing less.

While no one wishes to find themselves in a child custody case i have found myself in my grandson's case 6 years ago.

I sought help at Graff and associates just looking for a simple contract to amend my divorce decree. I went into my consultation thinking it would cost no more than $1000. It was literally just an agreement that I needed signed by my ex-husband. Caron made me feel like it was a major ordeal and basically wanted to change my whole divorce agreement. She had a custody agreement written up and It was completely what I didn't want. She was basically trying to tell me what I wanted instead of doing what I asked. I had to pay a $2500 retainer to this firm, to which it may have taken very little time to write what she wanted. Even though it would have taken about an hour to write what I wanted. I called the office several times and e mailed them several times but only got one call back from Caron. I have attempted on several occasions to reach her but I am always told she is out or in a meeting, never to receive a call back. I just want my money back, I paid $2500 and got absolutely nothing. And on the heels of this I have to say that this woman knew my situation with my child and my financial situation also and still chose to take the money from me. I have never used a lawyer before and I feel I was fully taken advantage of by this establishment. I was even charged for them reading the e mails I sent asking for my money back, does that even make sense?

Went to this firm for my relocation case a year ago. Told me it was a slam dunk case so in my nativity I paid 2k upfront like she asked. After paying I had to call for 3 weeks straight just to speak to someone and come to find out they never began my paperwork. The person who was preparing the documents messed them up over 8 times, I had to repeatedly called them for errors non stop and the preparer was putting incorrect information that was NEVER given. 2 months later I recieved an invoice in the mail for how they 2k was allocated....then NEVER heard from them for another 3 months despite the fact I have been calling and email....just to be told I need to pay $2500 retainer fee. NO information of update regarding what's going on with my case. Another 3 months go by and the same cat and mouse games ...to this day I STILL have NO IDEA what's going on because phone calls and emails are not returned except for when I'm being asked for more money. I refuse to pay another dime to someone who only calls for money but will NOT tell me what's going on.

I met with Caron, for a free consultation and she helped me with all my support and custody issues.
I would recommend going to Caron for any divorce issues. She got it done quick and still answers my questions.

I wish I could give Caron more than 10 stars. She is compassionate, effective and knowledgeable. Caron has proven to be an honest and a fair lawyer with integrity; a rarity these days. Her priority is always to inform and protect her clients, and in particular, their children. Caron is thoughtful and real, and truly listens to her clients. Caron Graff is empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional. She is a great communicator. She has been my lawyer for 3 years and I have found her to be very personal, someone you can talk to at any time. She is well versed in her field and keeps current with all changing laws. I went to Caron Graff for help to amend a custody order and feel so lucky I found this law firm. Caron helped me win my case I had this past week, July 2019. I had a previous lawyer, who was ineffective, and I had to work quickly to find a new lawyer. Admittedly I picked this law firm because of the free consultation and am happy I did. During the consultation, Caron sat down with a legal pad and pen in hand and asked me specifically what was going on with my case. She took detailed notes, took her time, gave me time to express the situation, and let me know my options. She did not try to sell me on a winning case. She explained to me what to expect, what my options were, and the different possibilities/outcomes; as well the area we needed to focus on that would help me with my case. Just before my court date, Caron schedule me to come into her office to go over the case and prepare for court. Prior to this, I gave Caron a multitude of documents and she was able to recall information to me, which confirmed to me she actually took my case seriously. I have to say, the day of court she was amazing, courteous, very nice, understanding, and did her due diligence during court. Caron was amazing to my daughters as well. I feel Caron worked on my case as if she was fighting for her own family. I have been through 4 previous lawyers, and this is by far the best efforts I have gotten from a lawyer. The last couple years have been the most challenging of my life with a divorce...when I went there confused with many pressures from all angles so bad that a personal counselor was confused and not knowing what to do next Caron said " Our firm would like to help people in your situation, you have the right to be happy." filing a disciplinary complaint. She took forever. Tossed me to junior associates. Strong armed me into signing an arbitration agreement which was NOT in my best interests. Refuses to turn over my files and all attorney communication. As a result, she has cost me tens of thousands of dollars. Horrific worst attorney I have had to work with. She did not want to go to court, and had not reviewed anything and was saying - I don't have time for this, as it was one hour before the court hearing, and I am in her office in Jenkintown and the court is about 40 minutes away in Norristown. Does not return calls UNLESS she is looking for MORE money. DO NOT GO TO THIS LAW FIRM if you want more than a simple thing memorialized. Negotiation skills of two year olds. Cannot handle high conflict divorce. I got thoroughly screwed by this law firm. I would give the zero stars, but you are required to at least click one to post your review.

Caron represented me in my divorce and helped me with all my support and custody issues. It was a difficult and emotional situation, but Caron was always there to support me and answer my questions and concerns in a timely manner. I never felt that I was alone throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Caron to anyone looking for an attorney who not only understands the legal aspects, but also cares about you as a person.

Worst decision I've ever made. Do yourselves a favor and find a loaf of rye bread and some butter. You'll get farther in court with that then these sham lawyers. Talked a real big talk. Slam dunk this. Slam dunk that. When came time for court the trial was turned over to a Jr attorney at her "firm". Spoke to me and my wife like we were children. Shushed us. Cut us off, made faces at each other when we spoke. Caron and her "team" are the reasons why lawyers get stereotyped. Total scam artists. All she cares about us her fees. If just one person reads this and runs not walk the other way from her it'll be worth the time it took to write this. Refuses to turn over and of our files and notes then went ahead and told opposing counsel she no longer represented us. We only found out because opposing counsel informed us of the situation. Does not take criticism well and reverts to name calling and bullying if you don't so what she wants. Curses at you if you disagree with her and her cohorts and will never return your call unless it's about money. Avoid this awful woman at all cost. It will cost you tens of thousands of dollars otherwise.

After being thrust into a most difficult situation, Caron Graff helped me navigate through a troublesome custody case. Caron is extremely knowledgeable about child Custody and equally important, knows how to navigate through the local court system. Her advice and recommendations were right on point. Based on her vast and in depth understanding of Child Custody, I had complete faith in her recommendations. In fact, I have such faith in her, that I came back to her for help this second time! She, Heather, and Courtney, always took the time to really listen and understand my angst. After much thought and when I decided how I wanted to proceed, I explained my decision to Caron. Even though my choice was not what Caron recommended, she respected my decision and revised her plan of action to help me achieve my goals. I was so impressed with her respect for my choice. I hired Caron at Graff & Associates to handle my divorce, custody matters, and relocation case. I have been part of the family there now for over 3 years as they are always there to help me. They listen and were always great to work with. Relocation is not the easiest type of case, and they were very honest with me on the challenges I would face. They worked hard for the best outcome for me and my daughter and I am extremely happy I chose them. Caron, Lizzie and the whole team have been amazing to work with.

True story :
I have been trying to reach out to talk to Caron for couple of weeks now. Every time I call the office, they ask for my informations to call me back and they never called me back however i'm a good client who ready to pay upfront and fix what she has done!!!. Caron handled my wife's divorce case in 2019 unprofessionally. She took $2k upfront and asked for much more and the outcome was ZERO. She didn't serve the defendant "me" with proper paperworks to finalize the divorce process. Now we are in 2020, and we have to reinstate the case and wait 90 days all over again because Caron couldn't handle the simple divorce process and serve the Defendant!!. Sorry but they ain't recommended !! 0/5

I retained Caron at Graff & Associates about a year ago to file my divorce and child custody arrangements. I was surprisingly pleased at how easy the whole process was, as I have heard horror stories from others regarding the difficulties of divorce. Caron took time to explain, in detail, everything I was to expect, and kept in close contact during it all. Her rates were comparable to others in the area, but I felt her personalize compassion toward myself and my case were above and beyond what I would have received elsewhere. It's been 5 years and I'm still in shock over how she abused her power and drained me dry with no results. my friend battled the ex actually for some of my money back. Caron charged me an arm and a leg for a divorce property settlement agreement that was useless. I still do not have precious family heirlooms; like the paintings my grandmother did. All that money for a settlement and she didn't back even me up. I couldn't handle paying anymore my ex was rediculous with my stuff and played games which Caron knew. I was battling a newly diagnosed disease at the time. over the years of hospitalizations progression and troubles time slipped away to the point that I'll never recover my things. She cost way more than money and talked a big line but was never available nor helpful. Run dont walk find someone else I dont know how she is still in business or sleeps at night.
