Went to this firm for my relocation case a year ag...

Went to this firm for my relocation case a year ago. Told me it was a slam dunk case so in my nativity I paid 2k upfront like she asked. After paying I had to call for 3 weeks straight just to speak to someone and come to find out they never began my paperwork. The person who was preparing the documents messed them up over 8 times, I had to repeatedly called them for errors non stop and the preparer was putting incorrect information that was NEVER given. 2 months later I recieved an invoice in the mail for how they 2k was allocated....then NEVER heard from them for another 3 months despite the fact I have been calling and email....just to be told I need to pay $2500 retainer fee. NO information of update regarding what's going on with my case. Another 3 months go by and the same cat and mouse games ...to this day I STILL have NO IDEA what's going on because phone calls and emails are not returned except for when I'm being asked for more money. I refuse to pay another dime to someone who only calls for money but will NOT tell me what's going on.
