I sought help at Graff and associates just looking for a simple contract to amend my divorce decree. I went into my consultation thinking it would cost no more than $1000. It was literally just an agreement that I needed signed by my ex-husband. Caron made me feel like it was a major ordeal and basically wanted to change my whole divorce agreement. She had a custody agreement written up and It was completely what I didn't want. She was basically trying to tell me what I wanted instead of doing what I asked. I had to pay a $2500 retainer to this firm, to which it may have taken very little time to write what she wanted. Even though it would have taken about an hour to write what I wanted. I called the office several times and e mailed them several times but only got one call back from Caron. I have attempted on several occasions to reach her but I am always told she is out or in a meeting, never to receive a call back. I just want my money back, I paid $2500 and got absolutely nothing. And on the heels of this I have to say that this woman knew my situation with my child and my financial situation also and still chose to take the money from me. I have never used a lawyer before and I feel I was fully taken advantage of by this establishment. I was even charged for them reading the e mails I sent asking for my money back, does that even make sense?
