I was blown away by the customer service here. Luis Jr takes joy & pride in his job and the business to an extent that I have never experienced at this type of establishment. He was actively seeking out opportunities to maintain a great atmosphere whether it be in cleanliness or friendliness. I just can't say enough about the best laundry day ever!

Since the first day I walked in, the staff have always been helpful. I was kinda lost my first time and they guided me through the whole putting money on the card process. I like that it s always soooo clean and everything is well kept. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to wash in a friendly and clean environment.

I am very happy i came here , there are employees on site which make the experience su much easier and make you feel very welcome, they have 80Lb machines all the was to the smallesr load, very clean and orginazed, they have vending matching for snaks and laundy detergent, also there machines are CARD operated which means you load a laundy card with cash and then insert card in to machines i personally thing its better than carrying all these quaters. I highly recommend this laundry mat.

So today i came to this awesome place like i do each week. Today i forgot to bring my cash to put on my laundry card so instead of going back home to get cash, i cashed in my points that i had earned on my card. I won $75 credit on my card and $50 cash. Thank you sooooo much Super Clean Laundry!

Everything is very clean and the machines wash very well. All of them have visited the laundry for a long time, I just don't think that the children play with the coffee they have available and they don't say anything, but that's irresponsibility of the parents, it's okay for the kids to drink coffee but under parental supervision

I went in today, and same lady was there. She was super helpful. We talked about the incident, I apologized cause I got her in trouble. We talked about the incident and it was a misunderstanding. I really do enjoy going going to this laundry. Its always extra clean, the workers are super attentive, always asking if help is needed.

Idrove all the way from fontana got there @ 945, seen a sign in the front door that last wash was at 930 so i asked if it was okay for me to wash cause i had seen that the last wash was at 10 on google maps and i had drove all the way from fontana the lady said no that she had to be out of there by 1050 when it clearly said close time was 11pm.

I love going to this laundry the staff is always really nice and helful, we forgot a load in the dryer and they held on to it, its so great that they hold on to it for 30 days it gives everyone a chance to figure out its missing haha, thank you super clean laundry.

Just move into the are and googled for a laundromat. Though this one isnt the closest to me, it was the closests it mark on google so I decided to check it out since I seen it was a five star Laundromat with good customer service ratings. And so it was, not only the nicest looking Laundromat but also good customer service. The machines wash better and in less time than most regular ones do comparing to the ones that I've been to before plus the drying time is less as well. I would definitely recommend for others to go and check it out.
P.S. as others mentioned it dose have some bonuses going there as well as giving back to the community. Its a MUST to check out.

Six stars from me. The thing that sucks the most about moving from Ontario, is having to drive all the way back out there to do my laundry. I know there are places in Fontana to wash my clothes at. But nothing comes close to Super clean. The best place I have ever washed my laundry at. The staff is unbelievable. The equipment works every time. It's so clean people fold there clothes there. Not like other places,where you are afraid of you clothes getting all dirty if they touch anything. Just go there you will see what I mean. And here is another star from me.

Customer service is the best, 5 star for sure no doubt! I was helped by a gentleman. He explained step by step how the machines work. And in detail from getting my card and loading it, and how to work the machines. Thanks to staff for a first great experience! And the cleanliness of this place is perfect. Thanks again will be coming back soon.

When I was in there one night there is a new staff that is not nice or even say hello like the other ones and she brought a daughter who had on one of their t-shirts on and all she did was sit down and on her cell phone I feel that if you're wearing one of their t-shirts you are a employee and should be helping and cleaning but the little girl did not say hello neither does she help any of us out when we needed help and her mother that work with her did not say nothing the tissue that she is wearing she should be representing the rest of the other ones that work there... I give an A+ to cessie ,Debbie and Luis they work very hard. I love going to this laundry mat the some of the employee are helpful and friendly and is always clean just like if you're at home

I love how clean it's kept. They had coffee and cartoons on which really helped distract my toddler. I met a lady there named Tanya she was so nice and was always available to answer my questions. I really recommend you ask her about other events they have.

I pass 5 laundry mats on my way to get to this one but its well worth it. Washers all work great never any problems very clean entertainment and seating great for the kids. You can use the card for the vending machines if you have extra after ,wounderful staff . Just the best place i can go on and on . I met the manager 2 weeks ago and it was no suprise to his personality absolutely wounderful!

Today there was a guy without a mask doing his laundry. The lady working in the morning did not told him to wear one.
I do not plan on coming back if they will not enforce people to use their face coverings in this laundromat. Very disappointing!

People working here are super friendly and helpful. This place is always kept sooo clean at any time of the day. I've been here really late at night time and really early in the morning and it's always impecable. I met the owner once and he was very friendly as well which is rare.

Good morning just wanted to let you know about an incident this morning I went in about 6:30 am and as I was drying I heard someone yelling at Debbie telling her in Spanish Don t you be moving my stuff And I walked over there and she only moved her belt because she was cleaning and she was going to put it right back!...I feel that was so desrespectful of that costumer because Debbie is a very helpful person and NOT just her but all your employees I feel that your workers don t have to put up with costumers like that we all need to respect one another and I see it s not easy working in a laundry mat!I just wanted to bring it to your attention!...Have a blessed day!

The staff is not only friendly but very helpful and kind! The area is always well lit and clean! As a short woman I feel safe going there even at 7 or 8 at night because the workers even volunteer to walk me to my car!

Hands down one of the best places to do laundry. The owner and his staff are super friendly. It's super clean, if you need assistance with anything it's always someone to assist alway on hand to assist you. Hay you even get a dollar on your wash card if it's your first visit.

First time here and will definitely be back! Staff have excellent customer service - Cesia helped me out setting up my card. The place is very clean and well maintaned. I came on Wednesday, which means free soap. They have ample carts, benches, a few tv sets, and a couple vending machines. Oh and they have complimentary coffee too! What laundry service has complimentary coffee?! This place is very highly recommended!

WoW.. this laundromat is beyond amazing!! It's clean, well lit, comfortable (as comfortable as one can be while doing laundry), the employee Lisa was incredibly helpful and polite. Only came to wash a couple of blankets that won't fit into my own washer.. First time here and won't be my last! The owner, Jay, was super awesome, friendly and very helpful! He read my body language when I first got there and knew I needed direction on how to use gadgets and get started is this high tech place.. His intuition was on point and assisted me very quickly and efficiently.. Often times you visit establishments and can't find anyone for help and if you do, they look at you like you're bothering them.. Not here! Establishment is very clean and pleasant.. I highly recommend! Thanks, Jay!

P.S. And thank goodness you don't have to be bothered with the hassle of getting and dealing with coins! So much more customer friendly and convenient!

I came in to do my laundry and as I was adding money to my card Lucy came up to me and asked if I needed any help, it must have been standing there less then 30 seconds. Lucy helped me out and even went above and beyond making h sure that I was helped. Great customer service and I love coming here because it's always clean! I have other laundry places near me but prefer to make the drive here.

This place is amazing. I always put off doing laundry because I hated going to the laundromat. The places I've been to were always nasty and the people scary. When i decide to "get it over with" i throw my laundry in the wash and go home only to come back when its time for the dryer. This place just opened up by my house and I decide to try it out. Man, am I glad I did. I walked in to a beautifully CLEAN environment and with nice tvs and free coffee. If that isn't enough I was greeted by a really nice guy who helped me set up my laundry card. Im not used to having customer service of any kind let alone friendly service at a laundry mat. It was refreshing. I will definitely be back more frequently than usual and with the free WiFi they provide.. I'll most likely stay during the wash cycle this time. Love this place!
