Purchasing my glock 19 gen4 was great. It was out of stock and I signed up to be notified when they got more. Once I got the email I placed the online order and did local store pickup. I had placed the order after business hours on Tuesday. Wednesday I was hoping to pickup the gun. I had placed a call on Wednesday and waited for 30 minutes without speaking to anyone. I was very skeptical. Later that night I got the email saying I could pick up my order. Thursday I went in around 11am and the process was very easy. I would buy from them again. Just didn't like that nobody picked up the phone after 30 minutes of waiting.
