After a long delay I requested a cancellation. They immediately responded with a UPS tracking number and said the order was shipped. UPS says a label was assigned but the order is not in their system.

I asked several times for a cancellation but they simply respond with an inactive tracking number.

I would prefer for them to respond accurately. If the items are not in stock, they should tell me.
