Placed an order and received a receipt notification email. The item showed to be in stock, so I wasn't concerned. 5 business days later I contacted via chat, and was told it was still processing and will ship soon. Following the weekend on the 6th business day, I contacted again with the same response. I asked if I could cancel and purchase from another local retailer the first time, and was told I would be changed a restocking fee and it was still within their stated processing time. I have never received any information on processing or shipping, and have asked for at least an update. I have purchased items from China that arrived quicker, and had better communication. I purchased from Grabagun as it is a local dealer, and I wanted to support business in my area. I will not be dealing with them in the future.
After leaving the review above, they decided to cancel the order and refund my money in full. The item will cost a little more from Academy, but will be under the tree tonight.
