I can't stress how dismal their customer service is. The one star is for hope that one day they will focus on the "user" of Google Ads. We have over 250 accounts down and there is no urgency in fixing the issue on Google's end. The funny thing is that when the customer support says stay on the line for a quick survey the call disconnects before you can leave feedback - so I know isn't getting an accurate measure of how terrible their customer service is.

I cannot use Google news anymore because of how unbelievably biased the article selections are in favor of Liberalism. I would rather scrape my eyes out with razors than have to scroll through another second of Google news. Every single article posted is something negative about Trump, I am so tired of it. I do not get a spec of news that I actually care about reading because the list is overrun with mainstream media articles screaming and crying because their candidate was soundly defeated. I will do everything in my power to boycott Google and make sure that it is well known in no way do I support Google as a company. If I could give zero stars as a review I would.

Google, your a innovative company that can create good OS for phones and computers. You also have a good sense of creativity and innovation when it comes to creating things. I also like the designs that you put in for all your apps like YouTube, google maps, translate, and other apps. Also your chrome OS on computers, it's great and easy to use. The android OS is one of your best, it has so many things you can do on it. You can even root it which is awesomeness. Therefore google is a great company.

This is my future. Working at Google Plex is my dream, i find google as a world of opportunities. I hope to someday work at Google as i am only 13 i can't yet.

Google Local Services enrollment is a disappointing customer experience. No progress in almost 8 weeks of trying. Google staff is useless at onboarding service businesses that wish to leverage the very product that Google is pushing. I expected better support.

The original Google Mountain View Campus is tremendous. There are engineers, scientists, marketers, executives, and so on buzzing around at all hours. The buildings themselves are beautiful and seem like an ideal place to work in. The T-Rex statue in the middle of the Google Plex has no actual explanation, it's just there.

My Google account got hacked I was charged 170 on my bank card on the 3rd of July. I called customer services,they are from another country. I want my refund,the customer service didn't explain much but I need to wait,the guy I spoke with said yes you didn't approve charges,so whats the issue on reimbursement of my money. This has cause me headache and stress. I have not received a phone call on this matter or response, im going to file fraud charges against Google.

Love this company! Even though visitors cannot enter their office, but you can enjoy the awesome and beautiful outdoor area. It's pretty cool that sometimes you also can see some employees do exercise in the area.

Google also takes a lot of care if their employees.... It also give free breakfas, lunch and dinner for free for their employees. The area where they have build their offices have good location like their headquarter in mountain view in calfornia. I am an Indian and Google also offers good job placement . Like the current CEO Sundar Pichai and Abhishek Punt.

As a level 6 Google guide, consumer of Google products and owner of Google devices since the Moto X, I am right now very disappointed in my former "favorite" company. My experience in purchasing the Pixel 2 has been horrendous. After patiently waiting over a month for the new phone to ship it took a phone call and 45+ minutes to find out the shipment status. Then to be told that my Pixel trade-in amount was less than half of the expected amount. And finally when I decided to scrap the whole deal I've been told that I cannot retrieve my old, perfectly functional phone. If Google does this to a LOYAL customer, what are new customers experiencing? Really Google! Why?

Ever since the new update to Gmail, I have been having issues w/my email. I can not send my inbox emails to folders very frequent, it takes a lot of persistence and patience for such an easy task. I called the 800 google number and was told that for $100.00 they would fix this. This is not my computers issue, it's googles malfunctions since the update! And they won't help fix their issue without profiting off it. That's one way to get me to switch to another provider.

We stopped at Google camous for a short walkaround. Nice location! A must see if you are in the silicon valley.
