As a level 6 Google guide, consumer of Google products and owner of Google devices since the Moto X, I am right now very disappointed in my former "favorite" company. My experience in purchasing the Pixel 2 has been horrendous. After patiently waiting over a month for the new phone to ship it took a phone call and 45+ minutes to find out the shipment status. Then to be told that my Pixel trade-in amount was less than half of the expected amount. And finally when I decided to scrap the whole deal I've been told that I cannot retrieve my old, perfectly functional phone. If Google does this to a LOYAL customer, what are new customers experiencing? Really Google! Why?
