I can't stress how dismal their customer service is. The one star is for hope that one day they will focus on the "user" of Google Ads. We have over 250 accounts down and there is no urgency in fixing the issue on Google's end. The funny thing is that when the customer support says stay on the line for a quick survey the call disconnects before you can leave feedback - so I know isn't getting an accurate measure of how terrible their customer service is.
