My Google account got hacked I was charged 170 on ...

My Google account got hacked I was charged 170 on my bank card on the 3rd of July. I called customer services,they are from another country. I want my refund,the customer service didn't explain much but I need to wait,the guy I spoke with said yes you didn't approve charges,so whats the issue on reimbursement of my money. This has cause me headache and stress. I have not received a phone call on this matter or response, im going to file fraud charges against Google.
