I would give you 5 stars if only Chromecast worked better. The functionality should be more like a HDMI cable connecting my laptop to my tv. That it what I normally use. At least have it more compatible with Google apps.

I called in an emergency, why gmail will not send or receive emails for 24 hours. I talked to Brock at the desk of the main campus. I am a disabled combat vet and I support my fellow vets over email and we constantly are there for one another. He said the is no one that I can talk to. I explained that most of my brothers that email me are in risk of suicide, 22 vets a day commit suicide. He told me to create a another gmail account and email from there. I told him I need to talk to anyone who can help. He said I a very condensending voice there is no one to talk to. I asked to speak with his manager or supervisor, he said they don't take calls. I told him I would tell the news how google will not even talk about a problem that could save veterans lives. I asked him to transfer me to HR. He refused. Asked him to speak to his manager or anyone above his paygrade, he told me there is no one that could take my call. Its nice to know how Google feels about veteran's lives and there stance. Won't even talk to someone. Brock at a minimum should fired.

While I haven't physically been here, I figured it wouldn't be right to leave reviews on google without leaving a google review of google! I have a few friends that work here and I've heard great things about it, so I will leave a 5 star review! I have been to the one in Canada where I'm from though!

Drove trough the campus with the Google Bikes. You can't go into the buildings without an Google employee, but you can visit the Android statues in front of the buildings.

Google has consistent good products but continue to put political correctness and liberal bias ahead of common sense.

Great facilities, great food, an amazing place to visit and work at.

This company represents everything that is destructive to small business. They allow anyone, anywhere and at anytime, to post reviews on a business with no proof that they actually did business there. Some people knowingly get their "friends" to post a one star review on a business after they have had a "supposed" bad experience at a business. This too, is a predatory behavior, condoned and supported by Google. The victim business has no recourse. Let it be known to those that advertise with Google, you are not immune to this abusive condition of operations at Google.

Google want you're in put on reviews by give credit score but limit reviews ??? also google gives important information to third parties lenders stealing valuable important information giving away without you're knowledgement screenshot private information give to the public releasing email account data information without you're consistency without improve

Really love how Google has changed the Internet during the last years.
I wasn't a fan but then I created my gmail account and everything changed. Transferring files and sharing them is now easier with Google Drive. Google Maps and all their features makes your life much easier and are definitely better than other maps(e.g. iOS Maps).
Since I love programming I hope that one day,after I graduate high school and the university , I will for Google developing all these awesome apps!!!

The billed me twice on two different payment methods for a phone I bought. I tried to switch payment and instead it ran both. I couldn't cancel one as it was to late so I was going to return it. That went fine. I was trading in a current phone to get money off. Because the system bought me two phones I received two trade in kits. After all of my conversations with Google support they NEVER specified that I had to use a particular trade in kit. (Bear in mind I "purchased" both phones same day but all four things arrived randomly) I sent my phone back. And because it belonged to the purchase I returned. They gave me store credit. Flat out refused to reverse the store credit and put the credit for the phone on the card used. Refused to send me paperwork stipulating they had the authority to do this. Now I am out 405 dollars. I used to love Google. But this is ridiculous. Your system messed up so I get store credit...... please explain how this makes sense. Horrible customer service. Refused to tell me why they couldn't do it. Just that they won't.

Google review policy is really bad. They dont allow companies to chose if they want to receive reviews or not. Also any person can write a review even if they dont be there or dont know the place or try services. This is a really bad policy and must be changed soon thats why i put only 1 start to Google

I keep getting phone calls from Google during busiest time of day and they hang up when we answer. I have called them back and asked them to stop calling. It has become harassment. They have my listing incorrect in their system where it has worked perfectly fine for my business for 6 years, they suddenly want me to pay them to correct my listing. Not happening. Tired of the harassment.

I know you are making billions of dollars on the ads you place on the phones but I don't want them so shut them off! I can not do anything on my phone anymore without dozens of ads interrupting what I am doing. Send me $10,000 a month I will be happy to deal with the annoyance. Otherwise please stop the ads. They are worthless, annoying, and very unappreciated .

We are very fond of roaming the most, and therefore we are fond of seeing every new place but our desire cannot be fulfilled because our house is down with circumstances, we do not have any such business. We can earn only normal 200 500. Man is very happy but cannot do anything due to lack of eyesight

Customer service is absolutely awful! nothing but canned replies and they won't hold developers whose products they resell on their site (and therefore profit from) to any account. My experience with Apple is the exact opposite of this! I will never purchase ANY product from Google again, and will actively recommend friends, family, and clients from purchasing services from Google as well. #SCREWGLED

Trying to verify my business and couldn't, CALLED Google and was left on hold For 28 MINUTES with a wait time of 15 minutes and until I received a message saying THEY ARE NOW CLOSED then disconnected!

This new set up for gmail is the most horrible thing I have ever seen. I have messages that need to go out today and it will not take the addresses I have been using for years! How do I get back the old set up. In the meantime please get rid whoever came up with this awful thing as I assure you he or she is your worst enemy.

The customer service for the My Business is terrible. It's obvious they're in another country, just following a script and offer no problem solving. Me and my client just moved our businesses to a center that offers room rentals, so we're sharing a room inside of a wellness center that rents rooms to practitioners. (I also run her social media and web stuff) The wellness center has its own signage outside. For some reason the postcards never reach us. We've both requested them several times. We were told we had to do video chat to verify, then were told we had to have signage, even though we walked through the space and showed business cards, the room and our certifications on the walls proving it was our space. Since there's already one large sign, our only option was to get window clings to put on the windows, so that was our signage. I sent in another video walking through the building and CLEARLY showing her standing by her sign out front and was told they couldn't verify unless I sent images showing the full sign. I've since emailed SEVERAL times back asking for clarification because I was confused since you can clearly see the sign and have had no answer back. These are call centers that have check lists and if you have one thing wrong, they send you a scripted response and offer no further help. This has been going on for MONTHS and is greatly hurting our businesses as they are unpublished. What's worse is her old location and business hours, which are completely different, are still coming up and her clients are going to the wrong side of town. Their customer service has zero compassion nor can they actually help problem solve anything. Every time I ask for a manager I get nowhere. I've even asked for a link to the guidelines for verifying beyond the postcard, like what dimensions the signage need to be, with still a generic scripted response. Any further and Google will be hearing from our lawyers because this is damaging our livelihood.

While using the search engine on the Google website, I noticed that when I typed words like Homosexual, Gay, Lesbian and Transgendered, it would cover the bar in pride colors. I was completely amazed and thought it was awesome. Being an Aboriginal Lesbian I am very disappointed that when I type "Two-spirited" it doesn't do the same, and that is totally unfair and we cannot allow people to forget about the Aboriginal Gays and Lesbians, we must honor them, too. I believe we should add this to the website and do our part in honoring all our Gays and Lesbians, etc.

If you have a Googler friend, check it out. I visited numerous times and it's a lot of fun. Last time I visited, my friend's team was doing a hackathon... they had beer/cider in their office and checked out a car to drive around campus for a short tour. Each stop we dropped by the cafeteria... so... much... food.
