Overall, if you are a tech guy, its something you have to do. There's not much to do but walk around and enjoy the views. Take pictures with the android statues on Landings Rd just south of here. Don't go to building 44 where they used to be. Would love to work there. Really not a whole lot to see but its such a pleasant atmosphere. The security guy was so nice with helping us navigate. All closed campus buildings. The bathrooms are in the park. No shopping area or places to eat. Must know an employee to get into anything more.

Could use more jetpacks, but otherwise it's pretty okay.

Great place to chill and get food for lunch break. They have 4 cafes to choose from. Lots of tourists taking pictures with the Google sign.

I was surprised that tourists could enter the site of Google headquarters. There are souvenir shops and parks.

This company is obviously making far too much money using their ridiculous review algorithms. I bet this 1 star review won't make any difference to THIER review score yet they continually wipe out the score of hard working businesses that get hit by 1 factually incorrect and un-validated review. Google will eventually learn that you cannot run a review service with algorithms.

Google is a nice place to work and is certainly a creative, merit-based and highly stimulating work environment. Let us be content with being a Local Judge for Google

It's amazing that Google makes so much money off of Adwords. Customer support is terrible! When you get an account specialist assigned to you, you are at that person's mercy. If they don't call you back or respect your meeting times, it's, well simply just too bad for you. If you call Google ads to get a new account supervisor, the admin staff will tell you that they don't have a procedure to get a new account manager for you!!!
Further, there's insufficient training for the account managers. Every time I've spoken to my account manager, he's pushing me to try a new type of ad and not answering my questions on the performance of existing ads! I'm on the phone now with a Google person offshore and first she tells me that they can't change specialist. When I ask to speak with a supervisor, I get tons of pushback. Then the same person comes back and tells me that they don't provide the service of changing account managers. So then I ask which services she can provide. My question isn't answered again!!! I simply cannot believe that the customer support is this poor.
After 33 minutes of being on the phone, the line mysteriously cuts off. Thanks Google.

Dear Google,

After owning a Nexus 4 for ten months. A G2 for a year, MyTouch 4G six months before that, and the G1 the day it came out I've had enough. It appears that the manufactures of your devices and even your own branded devices all will forever have the same core problems.

1.) Total lack of call and audio quality. On and off speakerphone as well as plugged in headphones.
2.) Intolerable charging issues. Micro HDMI has broken or stopped charging on four devices now. The wireless charger for nexus 4 was worthless.
3.) A complete lack of a support
4.) The 6-12 month lifespan of the hardware.

Also I've owned a Nook and a Galaxy Tab (Nook: Wouldn't charge after 6 months, Galaxy Tab: under powered).

In the five years I've purchased 6 android devices most my iPhone friends have owned 2 or 3. I've never dropped a single one of these devices and I've paid for cases and screen shields and they still break. I've also probably spent 15% of the last five years owning a problematic phone before I buy the next.

I sincerely hope you get your act together and start making devices worth buying. After going over all this I doubt my own sense of reason that it took me this long to realize how much time and money I've wasted.

Very interesting place to meet. The shop that is inside the headquarters has very cheap products, such as pens, glasses, toys, etc. What needs to improve is the signage, indicating the bathrooms, the attractions etc.

Goole is untouchable or believes himself untouchable.
They say they want to be transparent but they are a Black hole.
The Google ADS system is totally obsolete and they know it. They have all the technology and tools to make a fair but clear system is not interested because their benefits would fall by 70% approximately that translates into thousands of millions.

I have solutions but nobody from above wants to listen to them. They do not interest.
I'm still waiting for someone who really wants to change things from above to call me.

I did not want to put this review but it is that I have no other option.

We've been adwords customers for years now and we had a big oops on our account and google went out of their way to help us and take care of what needed to be done. we will be customers for years to come.

Reviews of B2B firms don't make a ton of sense on Google Maps, but there apparently isn't a way to opt-out.

So many employees, so many ideas, so little efforts to perfect the purposes.

I love the great Google products and apps coming out of this amazing place in CA but I have to give you a 0 when it comes to customer service.

I ordered a Google hub and 2 minis during the Black Friday sale 23 Nov and then on the 25 I get an email saying order was cancelled due suspicious activity. ( You could have placed the order on hold and contact me to verify authenticity but you didn't).

I immediately replied to the "email us" address saying order was authentic and awaiting confirmation.

Nothing heard.

27 Nov I resend email with follow-up message.

Nothing heard.

29 Nov I send second follow-up.

Nothing heard.

6 Dec. I send email via website online form.

Maybe your next app should be "Customer Service" orientated.

Very very disappointing from a company that supposedly thrives on communication.

And by the way, I purchase 3 Amazon Echo devices from Amazon, so it looks like Alexa 1 : Google 0

"As per recent policy update, you can make purchases on Google store only if you're physically present along with the debit/credit card issued from the same country. In this case you need to use a US card to make the payment go through"

So looks like international customers can't buy online from the Google store with foreign issued cards even if the order is being delivered within the USA.

"Ok Google" ... I'll stick to Amazon for my online purchases and Alexa as my choice of voice assistant.

How do I describe it? Google is Google. And Googleplex esss ... another world.

Flash I'm going to answer this in a little different way and that is yes I do know where Google is and Google Plus and Google is a very large company lot larger than most people even know and doing all of the things that you're doing I think sometimes there is not as easy for them to concentrate on any one area and for that the mapping is becoming of used to Google on the fact that if you answer on the question that they ask you about Wherever You Are this gives Google the information and data that they need in order to keep everything so where Google stays number one it's very smart and that I will say about Google very smart people work at Google God bless

I AM VERY, VERY UNHAPPY WITH GOOGLE FIBER AND GOOGLEPLEX CORPORATION. I moved out of the area where I had Google Fiber service and asked to have my service discontinued. I actually had to call them three times and each time I gave them my customer ID number for verification. They dropped the ball and continued to charge my bank account even after I had moved. They have refused to reimburse my bank account for the $70 they charged me .

The wait is too long to be checked In and too see the Doctor.

I have a Google Pixel XL 128gb that just died. It had 65% battery power and was on OEM charger. Screen went black and will not power on. Contacted Google Support. Google will replace the phone with a certified phone, but will not assist with recovery of my data. I have unlimited data via Verizon Wireless and do not have Wi-Fi at home nor at work. Could not find an option to allow phone to sync over cellular data.

I have lost 5 months of work images and memos. Google suggested that I back up frequently to Google Drive; after the fact. This does not help when I have over 30gb of information on my Pixel. What would have helped is a micro SD card slot on the Google Pixel / Pixel XL model line up. All other manufacturers of Android (OS written by Google) devices have micro SD card slots that are formatted to read upto 2TB!

Up until this incident, I loved....LOVED....my Pixel XL. However; the loss of my work information, not to mention my niece's 6th birthday pics & vids, is unforgivable. I have treated my Pixel XL like gold and it is in flawless condition (not so much as a scratch). Now I have to decide between Motorola, LG and Samsung (all devices I owned previously) for a new device after only 9 months of owning the Pixel XL. What I find so disturbing, is that the creator of the Android OS - Google - refuses to allow users to save their valuable data in any other source other than Google's Drive. I suggest future purchasers look long and hard at all options available when purchasing a new Android device.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT: It is my belief that Google, like Apple, are purposefully refusing to develop the external memory slot feature on their devices in order to force users to pay for cloud storage space. This is a huge revenue stream for these companies. Imagine the profit being generated each month by over 223 million cellphone users in the USA (115 million Android and 93 million Apple) who must purchase cloud storage space. If only 1/10 of 1% of all users in the USA purchased the lowest cost additional cloud space, the revenue generated would be over 2 million dollars annually. Additionally, of the 2.5 billion smartphone users around the world over 1.8 billion of them use cloud space. If only 10% pay for additional space, this equivalates to over 2 billion dollars annually. Now we know why neither Google nor Apple want to allow customers to utilize an external memory option. #thingsthatmakeyougohmmmmm!

It seems that the visitor center will also be absent on Saturdays and Sundays' weekends.
Because it is a company it is so so!

Google refuses to update their maps app so all of our winery guests show up late to their appointments. we have reached out to google many times to get this fixed but have never received so much as a courtesy email or phone call. very sad that such a big company has so many employees but not one of them can actually fix this issue.

Don't waste your time visiting here. There is just a shop for visitors - the people who Google rely on to make money - and the visitor centre does not accept the public unless accompanied by a member of staff. I find that Google never give anything back to the community. Previously, I have tried and tried to find a bit of work experience, as I am from London, as well as a budding 17 year old, enthusiastic about new concepts and technology, but they make this search incredibly hard, and though are one of the biggest companies in the world, Google seems so disconnected and difficult to contact. All that I wanted was an opportunity at Google, just to help, or at least discover the company's working place, as it was a wish of mine, to one day work for the company.

In conclusion, I feel that the Google Plex is unwelcoming and not a place for the public. They also do not have an accessible toilet for the public, unless of course you have a staff contact. Being also a Google guide, posting many reviews and pictures for their maps, I am quite upset that do not receive incentives.

Did not get to visit any of the buildings, but walking around the campus was great. Much to see and a fun atmosphere.
