This is the worst experience I have had. I tried to contact someone for help with my wallet account, and was transferred to "Diane somewhere overseas, who refused to give me her employee id or transfer me to her superior or even a person in the United States. She just kept telling me she could not help me and I need to contact my bank. I have already contacted my bank twice. Now when I try to call the corporate office, I can't even get through the first prompt. This is ridiculous and very disappointing as i use Google for nearly my entire method of not only communication bit payment option and daily life. Please correct this google.
