I had tried to do as much of my own research about Medicare as I could, but I reached the point there were questions I could not answer. Salima Dhanani was extremely helpful and patient. She answered any question I had, addressed problems unique to my situation and had great suggestions when they were needed. I recommend Salima and GoMedigap without hesitation.

I had the same agent since I started Supplemental insurance in 2011 and at first he was attentive and was an advocate in our corner WHEN I called him and asked for help. He NEVER called me to suggest a better plan. On one occasion, the hospital messed up on a hid-a-scan and charged double after they said they would not. I reported it to my agent and he said $2500.00 was not worth reporting to the insurance co. I should have reported it anyway but I didn't. Of course the records are still there.

I had been putting off dealing with health insurance issues and choices for too long because I was overwhelmed with the information. I am so glad I saw the Go Medigap notice on a website. The rep (Michael) in a simple and clear way explained the medicare enrollment process and options. He responded promptly to my follow up questons. He did regular (but not annoying) follow ups during a 2-3 week process that i was reviewing the information.

Recently, I had the task of navigating through the Medicare portal with the hopes of obtaining a thorough understanding of my coverage options. As a new enrollment, I found myself dealing with a possible underwriting issue. Apparently, you have 180 days after being eligible for Part A and B to enroll in a part C Medigap plan. I was out of the window of eligibility by one day because I had won a long court battle in reference to obtaining these benefits. After a successful decision, they backdated my Medicare Part A and B enrollment outside of the 180 window to be underwritten for a Medigap Policy. Fortunately, I found Wayne Coates with "GoMedigap." Wayne is extremely knowledgeable about the medicare system and more importantly, Wayne really cares about his clients. Wayne called Medicare with me on the phone lobbying for a loophole which would allow me to be underwritten within the normal period of enrollment . This period is vital to anyone with pre-existing conditions. After receiving no help from Medicare , I hung up feeling a sense of defeat and hopelessness. The next day Wayne called me and told me he had found a way to get me insured with a Medigap Part F plan. I was extremely happy and impressed with Wayne's commitment and ability to navigate this difficult situation. I highly recommend Wayne Coates to anyone who is in need of a Medigap Plan. Thanks Wayne!
