My experience with GoMedicap was excellent. Great call back time in response to request. My agent was very good in giving details and explaining Plan N to me....and the monthly premium rate was much cheaper than a former quote I'd received for the same supplement plan. Also, my call the next day was returned promptly when agent was back in the office. No complaints here. I don't usually give the highest rating to anything but 5 stars are definitely called for here.

GoMedigap is terrific -- after 5 years with one insurer who was the least expensive, GoMedigap discovered that our costs were about to significantly rise. They notified us and offered to help us find another insurer with the lowest cost, all product being the same. We agreed, and within a very short time Jardin and her team found the best insurer, had our paperwork filled out and ready to sign, and we were approved with a few days. It was absolutely no trouble for us. We are grateful to Jardin and her team and GoMedigap for all their help. I have had 2 surgeries (1 unexpected) in the past year plus an additional unexpected 5 day hospitalization. I don't know what I would have done without my plan F from Medigap.

Jane Bannerman did an excellent job in guiding us through the process of choosing gap insurance. She provided us with the right info to select a vendor and seal the deal. Our gap insurance starts in October and I have no doubt it will operate as Jane described.
Karli did a first rate job of explaining the differences between Medigap and Medicare Advantage plans, and when I decided to move ahead with Medigap, based on what I told her about my health history, we were able to easily ascertain which plan was best for me and figure out which was the most cost effective. She was able to make easily manageable what was for me a daunting process. I won t hesitate to recommend her to friends and family.

After my first year of coverage without any issues, GoMedigap initiated a review of new offerings to see if they could save me some money. Kent Boltz, licensed insurance sales representative of GoMedigap, was instrumental in helping me to get a new Medicare Supplement Insurance provider (Mutual of Omaha) for a much lower monthly premium rate than my current provider (Equitable Life & Casualty Co.). This will result in an annual savings of $420 on my Medicare Supplement insurance plan. After experiencing a "hick-up" on getting even a lower monthly premium rate with a AARP United Health Care Plan G (a plan which I ultimately cancelled because I was pushed into a much higher "Tier II" premium rate due to a heart medication drug I had been taking during the previous two years), Kent flagged this issue and submitted my application to a Mutual of Omaha Plan G policy, for which I was accepted. So, I am very happy with the service I've received from Kent, and will contact him again to get a Medicare Supplement insurance plan for my wife, who will turn 65 in October and is due to retire at the end of the year.
Laura and her team, including Megan, were exceptional in their perseverance and attention; finding the very best supplemental policy for me and staying with me right up until I received my evidence of coverage and wallet card. Couldn't have found better!!

We loved working with Ann Jones. She was very knowledgeable and helped us find a Medicare supplement. It would have been great for us if she could have helped us with Part D too. That part was unpleasant as we got an agent that couldn't help us and then got one that seemed new and was a tedious process. Gomedigap was not part of that, but if they could have been it would have gone smoother.
