I was expecting my experience to be complicated and frustrating.
This was not the case with Jamie Wiley. She was very pleasant and extremely helpful in my obtaining secondary insurance for the first time.
More than one time Jamie explained the process to me and I appreciated her patience.
Further, she found me an excellent plan for my Part D plan. I was advised this plan, because of the way I am set up, will only cost me $1!
