First year in Medicare for me and I contacted a handful of brokers in various parts of the country. They were all very good but for some reason GoMedigap, agent Irma Lerma and underwriter, Megan Ruiz, seemed to have just that little bit more depth of knowledge and were very responsive to requests, calls and emails. It is clear that they keep very good case notes because a couple of issues that I was working through on my side, they had details from previous conversations that we had ready at hand. I was pretty up on the various Medigap plans but had some involved, somewhat esoteric questions that they were able to handle easily. I look forward to working with Irma or anyone else at GoMedigap for my future needs. So glad to get the heck away from Obamacare, that's for sure!
