I talked to them the first time when I was signing up for Medicare. They helped me to identify my needs and to decide whether I wanted a Medicare supplement or an advantage plan. They had information I could have found elsewhere if I had known to look for it, like ratings for the insurance companies. I was very happy with the plan they helped me to select. Each year since, they have called me to see if my needs have changed and to suggest changes when the law changed. There is no pressure; they just help you through the process. I am very happy with them and recommend them to all my friends.
