It's unfortunate to see so many negative reviews. I am always very happy with the service. The neighborhood is in good condition, the staff is very friendly and always accommodating.

I have lived in one of their managed communities for about a year (which I realize may not be too long), but have only had 1-issue. It was resolved quickly and they were very friendly and professional. Happy and fortunate to have them.

True rating-0 stars! You get conflicting "policies" from different people in the office and they assume no responsibility for what they told you. Lack of integrity and ability to do the right thing. Do not care about the people or the property just want the money. If you are considering moving into a home that has an HOA managed by these clowns...do not buy! Consider ye warned!

Just bought a home within an HOA and platinum couldn t of been more helpful with my needs! I ve been talking to an assistant manager and she s been very helpful with my questions and concerns.

I called in to have a late fee waived during covid-19. They gave me the run around. I took to social media, and within 24 hours I had comments from over 40 neighbors who were also expressing various concerns with Platinum management. I was able to galvanize my community effortlessly because of how many people are upset. We're in the process of shopping around, or dissolving as a whole.

Platinum made me cut down live trees because they said they would fine me $10 a day because my trees were dead. The landscaper broke 4 chains. I have pictures to prove it.

We kept getting violation notices over rocks along the side of our home even though it s been there BEFORE we even purchased the home. We ve lived here for two years now and now they send us a violation notice over something we didn t do??? Worst HOA EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our management team (Erika and Jiovani) are very nice and professional. Jiovani is always a joy to speak with. She is always very nice to me and she is very patient with me and all of my questions. I am very happy with the work Platimun is doing for our community.

These people love fees. Fee for paying on time, fee for late, fee for processing late. In 2014 I thought I paid enough to cover the duration of a deployment, unfortunately no, I was off by $25, they racked up $100+ of fees. I offered $75, but they wouldn't budge. I paid what I owed, then the NEXT DAY Platinum filed a lien on my house. I notified them with the receipt that I paid the balance... which was dated before the filing date! Platinum acknowledged the zero balance, however I was told I had to pay the legal and processing and whatever made up fee for that. These people find ways to get excessive amounts of money out of you, and they just don't care.

Property is awful!! Blinds broken/ falling down, sheets as curtains & junk on porches. Poop everywhere!! Maintenance nightmare. So many hazards & potential lawsuits. Platinum Property Management is non responsive and does nothing to resolve issues at Whitehaven East. Jessica Woods is the worst manager. She must never do site inspections!! Someone please help get this property cleaned up, inspected and maintained.

Our HOA transitioned over to Platinum Management beginning in 2018 and Platinum failed to properly advise all residents in the neighborhood. Got charged a late fee for quarter one since I was on automatic payment with the last property management company and was not set up with Platinum management. I called and they were happy to waive the fee, but the story doesn't end there. For quarter two, I did not receive a bill and was not set up with automatic payment so I got another late fee. Called Platinum and they said they can only reverse one late fee every year. Well, I wish they considered the fact that the first late fee was their fault in not notifying all the residents to set up automatic payment with the new property management, or lack of management I should say. Spoke to a "manager" over the phone who apparently has no authority to waive fees. She said that if I didnt receive a bill or "courtesy bill" in the mail, then it's not their fault. I guess I had too much hope and expectations that this company would consider the transitional period hiccup and help me out with the second late fee.

If I had a choice on an HOA, it would not be this company. Absolutely terrible, I never get an initial bill, I understand it s quarterly but I m busy and they should send a reminder, but they don t forget to send late fees. The website is no good, it s not updated on how much is owed, it s slow and it also does not work from a phone. They don t enforce a clean neighborhood, it s going down hill. They keep raising the price for HOA, but I see no improvement. If I could give zero stars I would. It doesn t seem like anyone is taking action to make this better, someone in management really needs to look into what they can do for better HOA communities!

We would like to build a new extended patio on our house to help block the sun and give our animals some shade while they're outside. We have had to create 2 construction proposals and they have not responded. I've called and left messages. No one has returned my phone calls. Funny, they seem to make the time to file complaints or leans against homeowners, but can't take the time to return phone calls or approve construction plans. Get it together, Platinum!!! Or get people in there who will actually do their job. Not hard!

Their website was down so I couldn't make a payment. Not a big deal, it happens. The customer service number (which was listed nowhere on the invoice) transfered me to somone who insisted the website was just fine, and also couldnt/wouldnt accept a payment over the phone. Also, It would have been nice if they adjusted the auto-payment i had set up with them to pay the extra $1.25 they began charging me each month without telling me. That way I wouldnt have gotten a letter saying i am delinquent $4.00 for the quarter. Their customer service game is WEAK.

Under Platinum Management the community parks have never looked worse because the management is inept, and contractor oversight is practically non existent. They have sat silently by when board members have threatened and been aggressive towards residents in their presence, and blame others for their failings. They oversaw our website during a year long data breach of our personal information without notifying the community or correcting the errors. I also found out that the HOA board has been meeting in secret in direct violation of Arizona Law and I have contacted Platinum multiple times to get this corrected with no response. They for some reason blindly support board members no matter what they do so if that s what you re looking for than this is the management company for you.

Platinum manages the office park where I work and own an office. They have done a great job with our finances, keep our buildings, parking lot and landscape areas looking sharp and are very responsive to the Property Owners' Board of Directors. They took over from a previous management company and had their work cut out for them getting us on track.
