I wish I could give zero stars, and I just bought ...

I wish I could give zero stars, and I just bought my house. Looking forward to many years of useless people, runaround, and probably lawsuits. Absolutely pathetic that they can't even do something as simple as providing the approved paint colors that they enforce.
