Their website was down so I couldn't make a paymen...

Their website was down so I couldn't make a payment. Not a big deal, it happens. The customer service number (which was listed nowhere on the invoice) transfered me to somone who insisted the website was just fine, and also couldnt/wouldnt accept a payment over the phone. Also, It would have been nice if they adjusted the auto-payment i had set up with them to pay the extra $1.25 they began charging me each month without telling me. That way I wouldnt have gotten a letter saying i am delinquent $4.00 for the quarter. Their customer service game is WEAK.
