Been harassed by my hoa since 2006.

Been harassed by my hoa since 2006.
Platinum made me cut down live trees because they said they would fine me $10 a day because my trees were dead. The landscaper broke 4 chains. I have pictures to prove it.
It's just wrong!!!!
