Never been to a pizza joint where you put your pizza order in an hour before you eat but I can tell you this it was well worth the wait. If it's only two of you whatever you do don't get a meeting small will be enough for you.

The pizza was delicious and the staff very friendly. However, the specialty of the house should be tested with several people

Food was amazing, our server was on top of her game; keeping a smile and full drinks all around even with a packed restaurant.

It took 2 hours to get our pizza, my friend's pasta was undercooked and cold even when sent back, and the lemonade was underwhelming and tasteless. While it's understandable that it was full and busy, this location left many patrons tonight frustrated and unsatisfied.

The pizza is amazing! For as busy as they were, the wait wasn't long. The preorder option is a wonderful idea. that way your 45 min deep dish pizza is almost ready by the time you get to your seat. Would definitely recommend this place.

It wasn't bad at all but liked another local pizza in the Chicago area much better so much more that actually had the pizza delivered to my hometown in northern Minnesota ( Gino's pizza)

Great Deep Dish....got the veggie but recommend having the broccoli removed.

We waited 1 hour 20 minutes for a small deep dish pizza that was cold when we ate. The server was too busy to deliver our pizza hot. Very disappointed in their service!

the deep dish was too much cheesy and the sauce too.. and the customer service was poor..order of the food takes 1hr after we got our order we ate for like 15mins they want us to finish our food and give the bill right away. horrible never again.

The pizza is DEEEEEPPPPPP ! Delicious but I won t say it s the best in Chicago. The reason I didn t like it is because they sell frozen versions of it so that makes me think the one in the restaurant is also frozen, nonetheless it s aighhht pizza like hmmm starter deep dish Chicago pizza ..

Great pizza, loved the service...the pizza did take 40 minutes but was explained that it was due to the thickness! Worth the wait!

The pizza is fantastic. The drivers times are also very quick. We ended up getting a deep dish pizza more than once and would highly recommend it.

If you want traditional Chicago style pizza then this is a great option! I'd recommend going to the other location (the original), this one was a bit chain-like. However, great pizza and for 2 people the small was more than enough, had about half of it leftover to take home.

Was extremely disappointed. We travel all over the US a pizza is often a go to. This was ok at best. Definitely not worth the 50 min wait JUST for a medium pizza. The crust was that of canned biscuits. Built my expectations way to high on this place.

Always busy. Staff is not so friendly. Food is ok, have been their customer (a different Giordano's store) but here though they have plenty of outside chairs available, they would not let us sit there though we had our pizza. Not coming back here again.

Chi Town my 2nd home, everytime I hit up the Chi I go to Giordanos soon as I have time. A must have if you coasting thru the city. Two slices and you done.

My favorite Chicago deep dish pizza!

When you go to Chicago you have to eat Chicago style pizza at Giordano's.
Things you need to know -
It takes about 45 minutes to bake your pizza so, keep that in mind when ordering your pizza, appetizers and drinks.
You can also call and order ahead so you don't have to sit and wait so long. You wont mind though, everyone here is friendly and they have sports on the many TVs.

Medium is the best size for a deep dish pizza. It will be thick and about 2-3 inches tall, stuffed with meats and cheese. If you order a large, the toppings, cheese and sauce are so heavy your pizza will come out much thinner. So plan and order 2 mediums. The taste and experience will be much better.

I don't know how the crust can be so crispy and good when there is so much cheese, sauce and fillings. But that is their secret and I will leave it at that. It makes for a one of a kind pizza!

The pizza was amazing! But the first time I came there was so many people waiting I decided to leave and come back another time. The service is rather slow and can be stepped up a notch. But if you're looking for a great deep dish pizza definitely you need to check this place out. Make sure when you arrive you're not really hungry because you will wait.

First time ever trying deep dish pizza and we loved it.

Pretty good pizza and beer. Kind of slow, but they make the pizza fresh for you so it is worth it.

Awesome pizza place, you ll need some patients but they re appetizers are great and will tide you over until the pizza comes out. We will definitely be back for more.

Friendly staff! We just had to try a Chicago deep dish. It was decent.

Super busy but worth the wait, just plan to come with plenty of time before you're absolutely starving. We were able to snag a seat at the bar while we waited for our pizza and eat there. I love the thin crust just as much as the deep dish. Don't skip the fresh garlic, it adds so much! Really friendly bartender who made sure we had everything we need.

We had an original deep dish and salads. Food was great and the service was as well. Much different pizza than what I m use to but definitely worth a trip if you re in the area.

Love the deep dish. Awesome classic sausage pie. Sangria is nice and smooth and i loced how yhe waitress served us our slices.

Waited 40 minutes to be seated (Monday night). We preordered at 6:58pm and was seated approx 7:40pm. Got our order at 8:30, but it was wrong. Waitress said it would be another 45 minutes to get our correct order, or get a discount and keep wrong order. We decided to just pay our beer tab and she just gave us the pizzas to go. Which was fine, but would of loved to get our original order but they made it right I guess.

I m born n raised in the northeast. Home of thin sliced New York pizza. Took me two trips to Chicago to realize deep dish pizza is the best pizza in the world!!!

Sat outside on a cool summer day and they went out of their way to get patio heaters on and make us comfortable. Delicious food!

This restaurant is excellent. I was in last week with my dad. it was super busy but the staff were reliable and told us to order our pizza and that they would call us to a table as soon as it was free. I loved how calm and collected they all were despite the stress I am sure they felt. I had the best pizza and best magical "house salad" I had ever had in my life. The manager was particular generous and very helpful. thanks for everything. My dad who is a picky eater loved the entire experience!!!

Ginormous ,thickest pizza on earth period. love it despite waiting forever for the pizza to arrive(in fairness they tell you about the waiting time while taking your order.)

We went there at night time, and ordered a deep dish since we heard were good, told it would take 35-45 minutes. We were keeping track of time as We had my 3 year old. 1 hour and 13 minutes pass and still nothing, went to complain since my kid was hungry, and we see other tables that got there after us get their pizza and we havent gotten ours. Our server then tell us it would take ANOTHER 20 mins. Waste of time. Left with a hungry kid.
