I do n t think it s so delicious, but I have to try it

Really organized for a busy restaurant. The waiting time here is between 40 - 60 minutes for a table and around 10 minutes for the pizza (if you preorder after you reserve the table). I got my table on time, thanks to the texting system (they ll text you when your table is 5 minutes from being ready).

The waitress is really friendly and kept on checking on us if we needed refills for water. The manager also came to us for service and even offer to grab a slice for me!

Would recommend if you re willing to wait for a table.

Great everytime. $45 for a medium deep dish but worth it

Had a deep dish pepperoni and it was delicious! Our server, Jelena, was the sweetest and cutest person ever. She made our experience even more enjoyable.

Deep dish pizza small size is more than enough for two people

If you re looking for a great deep-dish restaurant, this place would be mid-tier. The pizza is decent, but I wouldn t say it blew me away. There are other places similarly priced that are superior *nods at Gino s East*

Very good pizza! If you want to try true Chicago-style pizza definitely try this place out ! The waitress was kind enough to do the famous cheese pull stint! It definitely had the famous puuuulllll when you go to grab the slice!! If you order their classic famous deep dish pizza expect to wait approx 55 minutes for it!! That's how long it takes to cook the pie, the waiter does let you know before hand!

FAVE SPOT IN THE CHI! FAVORITE LOCATION AS WELL! ACROSS THE STREET FROM MILLENNIUM PARK!

Prompt service and amazing food. Long wait and some confusion around pre ordering. Overall a wonderful establishment I stop here anytime im downtown.

Friends hyped this is the place to go for pizza. Checked it out, Friday evening no wait to get in but got busier after 5pm. Table service was spot on,kept us in drinks the entire stay. Right up front when the order was taken we were advised that the pizza would take about 30 to 45 mins to be served. Great customer service. The pizza was Chicago Style with all the toppings and very filling. Hell they even package up the leftovers and box and bag it for you. Great first visit.

Giordano's lives up to the reviews and is excellent. One of the best Deep Dish Pizzas I've had! The cheese especially is phenomenal!

Don't come here if you're hungry and would like to eat under two hours. I ordered lasagna but the kitchen ran out of lasagna. So I had to wait another 35 mins to get a simple single pepperoni pizza. There's even a waiting line in order to use the restroom. We only saw our waitress twice for the entire night. The food is good, once you get it...Very disappointing!

Food was good, other than serving food, no one was available to refill water or drinks or check on anything else. We had to leave the table to chase down the waitress for anything that was needed.

Pizza was amazing! Everything I ordered was delicious-house salad, motzerella cheese triangles, chicken wings, and potato fritters... yes I was hungry! Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean.

They have good pizza but it take them one hour get you your pizza very slowly sever

I ordered pizza and waited 30 minutes. Expected patience. I had two French fries and one salad. Waiting for the Chicago original pizza came out. First mouth ~ And we were afraid to eat two. It was like eating a lump of salt. Very salty Be careful. I'd rather eat mixed pizzas.

Slices of heaven delivered to you. There was a bit of a wait but you can put your name down and order ahead so it saves some time.

Not sure it was worth the wait. Even more bummed when I realized it's the same chain as the Giordano's in MN, so could have just had this at home. I still ate half the pizza.

Got there near five, it wasn't very busy. The service here is outstanding.

Service was really bad. I heard about it but itwas not worth trying. The sprinkler were not filled and plates were dirty. No waiter was there to replace those and attend after taking the order.

A unique styled pizza with the most unique experience.. the crust is more than two times thicker than what your ordinary pizza is and a couple of slices should be enough to fill a normal hungry stomach.. the wait times are insane, but what do you expect from the most famous pizza places in Chicago?

Had to stop in for deep dish pizza while in Chicago. A group of us ordered mediums of the Bacon BBQ Chicken and the Meat & More Meat pizzas. Both were great, though I'd say the Meat & More Meat was my favorite. Two mediums fed our hungry group of 6 and we still had food left over.

Let me order 10 minutes before close and the pizza was fantastic. Recommend their buffalo sauce.

Had this and Lou Malnati's pizza during our visit. I would pass on Lou's and come here every time. Great pizza and service. Open late is a nice bonus!

Pizza is good but it's a lot of waiting time for a small order as well.

Definitely worth the hype! Long wait times for seating and food, but pizza like no other. Make sure to bring entertainment or a group for entertainment as wait times can be an hour+. Also after you reserve a table, make sure to pre-order a pizza because they WILL take 45min to an hour to cook. That way once your seated, your pizza will hopefully be ready.

Best pizza I've ever eaten. It's about an hour wait from the time you order if your get the stuffed pizza so be prepared to wait. Totally worth it though.

The deep dish pizza is a must that you can forget. Clearly not haute cuisine. You wait 30 minutes to sit, 1 hour to be served and in the end it is a mozzarella quiche covered with a layer of tomato ...
