The tomato Bruschetta is amazing. The deep dish pizza a delight! This was my first time having a deep dish pizza and I'm not disappointed! Ana Karina our waitress is a sweetheart. There was soccer playing on the TV's (for all the soccer fans out there) 100% will recommend.

Really great pizza. Amazing place. Amazing surroundings. Tried the pepperoni deep dish pizza and I have to say, it's the best one I've had. Lots of cheese and the crust is excellent. This place is a "must try".

Food was excellent and staff was very professional My bartender, Cortez, was very courteous and responsive to ensure my experience was the best it could be. I highly recommend! I will definitely re-visit in the future.

Love it

Wonderful pizza!!!! Not only was the pizza so tasty the staff was amazing as well. With it being extremely busy they were able to handle it. The manager came around to every table and made sure everyone was pleased and wanted to know what they could do to improve it!

I personally think this place is slightly hyped. The fact that you can preorder food is great though. And the wait we had on saturday was not bad only about 20 minutes. However I think there may have been a staff shortage the day we went because we waited about another 35 to 40 minutes before anyone brought us our drinks after we ordered them. The pizza did take a while to come out even with the preorder service (right around 45 minutes after being seated) but that is expected considering the volume of the place and the likelihood of under staffing. Our waitress was very kind but clearly exhausted and it sort of diminished the quality of service for our table, this does not mean every table will have the same experience, i suspect it was just the day and time we went. The food itself was great. It was perfectly cooked and savory deep dish. Nothing fancy just great pizza and a decent price. Overall due to the wait on everything and the seemingly rushed service when a waitress did appear I have to knock 1.5 stars. Id say that day it was a 3.5 out of 5. I'm sure some people will have better experiences and some people will have worse. That was just mine.

No matter how many times I go to Chicago, this is still my staple pizza joint. Maybe just slightly less awesome than Pequod's, but the location and the fact that it delivers more than make up for it. They also sell these awesome packs that let you bring their pizzas as carry on luggage and the pizzas stay frozen, even on fairly long flights...

We were visiting from Toronto. I had tried Giordanos a few years back and from what i remember, it was way better back then. I dont know if it was because of the different location we tried, but this time it was very disappointing. First of all you had to preorder your food and wait for a table. I didnt really mind that as it was expected because; we were downtown on a Saturday night. The pizza was terrible. Rock hard almost burnt crust with no flavour tomato sauce.

Easily one of my favorite places downtown with their Chicago style deep fish pizzas that are amazing. They run very good lunch specials and have some really good choice if sides. The parmesan fries are really nice. Do try their sandwiches as well in case you need a healthy lunch option. Wait time for an ala carte is 30-45 minutes for a deep dish pizza but is definitely worth it

It was a nice place but very loud. It was my first time having Chicago Deep Dish and it was good but I realized I'm not a big fan, I had no idea the crust was like a pie crust. The greeters were amazing and I loved that they let you order while you wait to be seated. I'll go back someday and try another pizza, I don't like trying something only once, but I will be better mentally prepared for the crust, and maybe it will grow on me, doubtful, but maybe. Next time I'll sit outdoors. Otherwise a good overall experience.

Tourist trap. Would be a great deep dish if there was half a pound of cheese removed. The crust tastes almost like an actual pie crust and the other ingredients are good. Good location and nice outdoor seating. Would recommend.

The best menu item on the menu was the bruschetta! The pizza was on our list of items to try but after one slice it was more than enough to fill my stomach. I wouldn't recommend anything but a small. Too cheesy for my taste but glad I tried it out.

Second time in Chicago and friend and I decided to try famous Chicago style pizza. After doing a bit of a research we decided to check out Giordano's. Seemed like a very popular place so we expected to have an amazing pizza.
First, we waited 35 minutes for a table and then additional 45 minutes for pizza to be ready. We ordered ahead of time thin crust pizza with sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. One and a half hours later pizza arrived. First bite and I liked sauce, but then crust tasted a bit off. Then we realized it was cooked and ready for a while but not served on time. It was served on a cardboard and honestly like a pizza from a freezer. Sorry but I can do better than that at home. This might be popular place, but we will definitely not be coming back.
Service was good considering wait time, sauce and cheese tasted great, but crust was semi-cooked and tasted horrible. For the time we waited we could have done better somewhere else. On the other side of the street there is a Nutella shop. Trust me it is worth going there instead.

It's always a great place for appetizers and pizza. This was our second visit with family and friends. Even during a busy day, the food arrived within a reasonable amount of time. The wait staff was pleasant as our food was being prepared and they were sure to refill our soft drinks and water in a timely manner. The thin crust pizza was a hit with the kids. Overall we would definitely be back to this location.

Oh my goodness gracious. Do I need to really say anything else? Absolutely fabulous and will be back. The server could have told us to order the largest thing on the menu but recommended a smaller size that he knew me and my wife could handle. We didn't mind waiting the 35 to 40 minutes for the pizza to be done. It was well worth it and very good.

The food is alright. The service is bad. We were seated next to the door and it was freezing. So many people in and out, we asked to change our table, the waitress ignored us and said there were no seats available. We got our pizza, ate, and paid, and there were still more than eight tables available. Customer service = 0. No tip for you missy.

We simply did not have a pleasant experience when we ordered out here in January 2018. We went into this expecting a wait since it was the weekend of the Cubs Convention, but after waiting over 2 hrs for our order, I ended up walking to the store only to find others waiting for their orders just as or longer than us. They never offered a discount or anything like it to me or the two parties ahead of me and were rude to some others... After asking about my order and a half-hour later, I was told my order had already left for delivery to my hotel at the Comfort Suites. The large pizza we ordered was disappointing, to say the least, (and luke-warm, at best) and the deep-dish personal we also ordered tasted like it had been sitting out for 5 hrs. The Pizza Hut back home is better than this place. We may give it one more chance at a different location, but I'll never ever pay $50 for this pizza. It's not worth it.

Interesting operation. Super busy, but we went at 345 for early dinner so waites only 5 mins to sit. You order your pizza when you get there so waiting for a seat and waiting for a table are simultaneous. We had the Chicago special, small. It was huge and stuffed to the top! The two of us couldnt finish it. We also tried the bruschetta app which was piled high with fresh tomatoes, yummy! Excellent wait service!! Attentive, courteous and prompt! Highly recommend, but go during off hours, or the wait is crazy!!

This had to be the best pizza I ve ever had hands-down. We got their cheese garlic bread and their deep dish cheese regular personal pan pizza which was big enough for a small child and adult. Soooo good! You can order these pizzas online and have them shipped anywhere in the US FYI. And that alone makes me very happy. Because I miss it already.

Hands down some of the best pizza I have had in an extremely long time. The flavor combinations of the sweet sauce and the salty meats make your mouth water. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and attentive. The wait time was a little longer than you might think of wanting for pizza but well worth it. Ordered our pizza at the hostess counter and when our table was ready the pizza was there shortly after. Loved it and wished there was one in my home town area.

Giordano's or Lou Malnati's? Deep dish or New York style? These are the important questions.

Lou's pizza was a bit too saucy and felt like I was eating a pie. It was fine, but was it worth the hype?

I didn't think so. Giordano's was more flavorful, less of a mess, and tasted like what I thought a deep dish would taste like.

Try both, and decide for yourself.

Located next to "The Bean" the place is crowded for dinner. We decided to go back during the week when there was no wait. Glad we did! Pizza was amazing and our waiter was fantastic! Will be back for our annual Chicago trip!!

This place was great! The food is amazing and the service was also top notch. We went when it was a little busy and had a wait of 45 minutes or so, but they took care of us very well in the time. They never gave us an opportunity to ask for refills or anything else we needed. Great place!

Had the chicken parmesan sandwich for lunch and it was tasty for only ten dollars. I will be back. Have an hour to spare for lunch. Takes about 30 to 45 minutes if you want a pizza. Totally worth it though.
