Great placed to stay, friendly staff, and very clean.
My four days there was Exciting and the comfort of my room was peaceful! I took a lot of Beautiful pictures and would love to come back!
Absolutely massive resort with lots to do and see. The water park area is awesome for kids and adults with a lazy river, water slide, play area, all kinds of lawn games, a bar with not too crazy prices, plenty of chairs and shade everywhere but there are NO LOCKERS so be prepared to keep an eye on your stuff or leave it in your room. There is also another large pool area closer to the large tower that does have lockers and other things to do, as well as an arcade, gym, and food during certain hours. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. But, true story, our concierge literally, I mean literally, didn't know which direction the Atlantic Ocean was on the map she had on her screen. "I can never remember if it's on the left or the right..." Lol. Super nice lady though and gave us great directions to a killer bbq joint. ;) All of the three 18 hole courses looked like they would be a blast to play. Shuttle service usually takes between 2-5 minutes to pick you up, regardless of where you are on the massive estate. The restaurants on the grounds, with the exception of the club house, are a little pricey. My favorite thing was the pretzel bread at the clubhouse. Stay away from the Caesar salad at 11. We had a total blast and I definitely recommend it.
Stayed in one of the villas. Excellent experience. Place was very clean, quiet, key combo door lock was super convenient, included everything - kitchen, dishes, dish soap, TV, cable, wifi, etc. Definitely better than staying at a hotel.
If I could give this place 10*'s I would! You cannot go wrong, awesome for the whole family , way too much to name!
I have been staying at this resort for about 10-15 years now, once or twice a year, and it saddens me to write this review and the chance that I will not return to here. This resort was sold and put under new management sometime around February 2019, therefore when reading 5 star reviews please make sure they are dated after that time, as I would have rated it 5 star prior to this. Walked into our unit and it had a very musty smell and tv completely lopsided on the wall, not a huge deal but not pleasant to walk in. That night went to use sink in master bath and the sink would not drain. Did not call maintenance as once again figure no great deal I was going to bed deal with it in the am. Leave the next morning at 7:00 husband for golf me for disney with the family, figured they would fix the sink when the maid came as she would see it would not drain. Got back to room at 3:15 room was not cleaned and therefore sink still not fixed. Called to front desk and they switched me to housekeeping the man said they would come I asked them to wait 2 hours as everyone was now showering and husband not back quite yet, then we would be at dinner and also told them the sink needed to be fixed as at this point I knew I could not wait for the cleaning people to come. I also asked to speak with a supervisor, they took my name and said he could call me. I did not get his message but he did call. When I got back to my room at 6:45 and it still was not clean and the sink still not fixed I called the manager who proceeded to tell me housekeeping was not included ANYMORE. I asked since new ownership and he said yes. I asked where on my reservation it tells me housekeeping not included and is extra, and he said it doesn't but they don't include it. I asked what my resort fees cover as we are charged resort fees and amenity fees now, before it was just resort fees. He told me what each covered however they BOTH cover the same thing, but they charge you TWICE, and still no housekeeping. I asked how much Housekeeping was and was told it depends, but would not say on what. The guy was a jerk in my opinion and yes by now I am raising my voice to him, I told him I was baffled by this and why we are not told, he said that is the way it is. I asked why my sink was still not fixed, he said he would get someone there. An hour later, I call back as my sink is still broken, manager tells me they had an emergency and I would be next, over an hour later, I called and told them forget it, I had family that wanted to go to bed don't bother. How pathetic almost 5 hours after reporting the sink it still was not fixed. The golf courses the main reason we use to go here, so husband could golf and I could do disney, the golf courses are in horrible shape. One is so dried out and crunchy you might as well be golfing in a desert, the other is half as bad. Were told they haven't had much rain, in all the years going here we have gone through droughts and never seen the courses like they look. Also told there was a problem with the irrigation, I don't know how about fixing it with the golf fees and the Double amenity fees charged. I found the manager to be unhelpful, not very nice, and there are more details to that conversation that would make this review even longer. Please consider somewhere else, there are so many options in this area, I know we will look elsewhere in the future and as I said we were loyal customers and would recommend not any more. End of an era.
Always a great vacation here! This was our 5th time here. This time for new years and Disney! Highly recommend for kids, adults, lazy river and Disney lovers!
Nice resort to visit, great golf course, close to disney, universal and other theme parks. Situated in central florida so its an easy drive to the gulf coast or Atlantic oceans. Restaurants on site and some nearby.
A great hotel, very clean, very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are huge. Only flaw would be the breakfast, not great food, besides that, it was an amazing stay. I will come back for sure
Easy checkin, directions to the room was easy to see at night. Everything was in order when we got to the room.
Great resort. Stay here every year and am always impressed at how well they maintain the grounds, multiple pools and residences. The resort has everything from its own water park which has a beach entry pool, a long lazy river, a water slide for those above 42 and a kids area which has its own two smaller water slides and a ton of jets, guns and water features plus is very shallow for those just getting used to the water or are younger. The restaurants were not under normal hours due to COVID-19 but when we visited them last year they were great. The view from the top of the main hotel roof pool during sunset is beautiful. That pool was undergoing some improvements this year. Customer service is great here. Even had some lessons from Alan at the pro shop and he was great!
This is a great family-oriented resort and we have loved it here. We are staying here via Airbnb and have loved our stay so far. Not too far from other fun places like Celebration and Disney World. Beautiful views of the golf courses, nice water park and beautiful hotel. I recommend you check out the 11th floor of the hotel!
Lovely place but directions and signage are exceedingly poor. Scheduled 3 massages at the Spa. Left 40 minutes before scheduled time. Was given faulty directions FIVE times and when we finally arrived the manager, Daisy stated we would be charged for all three massages even though they would essential now be 20 massages. At $120 per massage PLUS a mandatory 20%gratuity, something is not right. High end resorts will usually work with you to accommodate your spa requests. This individual was not de-escalating our frustration, but adding to it....blaming us for not being able to follow her faulty directions. Not likely to return or recommend.
Extremely nice rooms. Full kitchens, balconies, so nice.
The place is nice but if you are visiting via timeshare your treated as a second class citizen.
Do not get this company confused with the actual Reunion property. They have acquired a few spaces out on the Reunion property and according to the manager on duty they were going through some type of separation when we arrived as far as the cable/wifi service is concerned. This was a last minute staycation as i and my partner live in polk county. So when i was checking in the manager asked which was more important for me to have in my room wifi or washer and dryer. And being that we lived close and were only staying 2 nights i thought no biggy nothing to make a fuss over. Wifi was my choice. Getting settled in my room which was in good shape no wifi. I called to let them know my issue and after sending someone and spending most of the day trying to see if another one of their rooms had working wifi i was offered only the resort fees i paid on arrival as a refund or to vacate the room on the second day, but i had already left for work. And with no wifi there was no television.
Awesome deal on this apartment style resort. Never was able to try out the lazy river like i wanted to, we just got too comfortable with our room. I had a great time, and the amenities were better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. Smart tv for Netflix, full kitchen, two person bath, large shower, luxury mattress, clean, and great customer service. My wife and I are very pleased, and would love to stay here again. Took us 15 minutes to drive to Magic Kingdom from here, no problems what so ever.
I had to cancel my reservation. I tried to add an additional day to our reservation. That was a disaster. No one answers the phone. When I finally did get someone, they lied and told me that the reservations department was open but busy. She could not take my name down properly. The next day when I finally got a call back the person did not have my name correct even though I had spelled it out. Then she put someone on the line who lied about being a manager. She then said a manager would call me back. She never did. Then I tried to call and cancel the reservation and no one answered the phone. I kept dialing different phone prompts only to continue to be placed into random voice mails. When I did get a live person, Judy, she pushed me off to someone's voice mail. Basically, once you make a reservation you can't modify it or cancel it. It's like the Bates Motel. They could not get my name correct; they do not return calls; they cannot transfer calls; there are no managers that take calls; they don't respond to emails; you can't modify or cancel the reservation online; they are awful to deal with before we even got there. I booked another hotel and if I can't get them to cancel this, I will just dispute it on my credit card. Sometimes we gloss over the negative reviews because there are many other positive reviews. The reality is that I was so turned off by dealing with these people that I felt that they were going to ruin my entire vacation. Pay attention to the negative reviews. People who are that displeased and take the time to post, have a damn good reason.
Absolutely gorgeous!! Great service and wonderful accommodations.
Got married at one of the mansions inside the reunion community. One of the most memorable times of my life. Will forever be grateful that we decided to pick this place for the memorable occasion.
Lovely big house with a pool. Great golf courses and excellent swimming areas
It was amazing its good for bringing 2 family's it has everything so you don't have to go shopping it's so good it has a water park and a pool it's showers are amazing the place you stay at is really big and spacious
The kitchen is amazing best resort I've been too I love it.
Very nice hotel. Short driving to all of the parks. There is a free little water park with a lazy river, and a small slide. They serve drinks there as well. There is a fancy restaurant in the main tower, and you can see some of the Disney fireworks from it's balcony.
One of the finest resorts anywhere. Wyndham has out done themselves. Lavish and spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath suites, golfing and great water attractions.
Beautiful condos with all the amenities you could need. Golf course views...
This place is really awesome. The golf courses are in excellent condition. Many options for stay. We stayed at a villa and we had a great time.
Room on the 4th floor was great. Washer and Dryer was broken, but not a big deal. Good distance from Disney World made it a great resort for my vacation.
Huge resort with everything you need. Love the 3 bedroom Villa.
Beautiful and fun, great place for family memories.
Really nice complex to vrbo from. Close to all the attractions too.
View from the balcony overlooking a wet sand trap and view of the hotel. Been here a number of times and everytime I am impressed with the staff and the food selections.
The property looks amazing from the outside, the staff is Just amazing. The water park and the food were perfect.
Our check-in was supposed to be at 4:00pm. Unfortunately, we were asked to wait in the lobby With two kids (1year & 6 year old) till 6:25pm as they were cleaning the room???! The towels were clean and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped which was perfect for the family with kids.
Our town house sanitation pipe had a very unpleasant smell which put us uncomfortable for two nights. We found a cockroach inside. The 3rd night, we were transferred to another town house which suffered from the same sanitation pipe Stinky smell. Very disappointed of both villas.
Love staying here on my family vacations. Kyle and Rachel helped make my stay even better than I expected when I checked in...total DREAM TEAM! When my room was not ready, they upgraded me to a better room at no charge.
The rooms are big and spacious with great views. I have 3 small children who all enjoyed the waterpark. My only complaints are that the waterpark has many loose tiles around the pool that we tripped on often, tons of ants (which my son is allergic too), and the swim vests that they provided were out of stock in the size I needed for my 2 year old... plus the one they gave us was broken and would not buckle. This was sort of a big deal, since I was told I that they would provide those things. My husband spent an hour trying to catch a shuttle back to our room to get our own swim vests for the kids when he could have been enjoying family time with us.
This resort is bananas! A bunch of pools and a water park. This is our getaway while being close to home. Great place if you golf, I don't, I just chill. It's near Disney and other attractions.
We usually stay in a 3 bedroom and it's huge. It'll easily sleep 8. We typically invite a couple of friends to hang out with us and enjoy the amenities while we are there since we are local.
Looked nice. Limited interaction or use of facility.
First day in and we found this young and funny French speaking officer at the gate earlier this morning. This kid is very funny and so welcoming. First he seemed to be nervous but after getting our information, he helped us finding our way to the resort without headache like with the other officers last year. Que Dieu vous protege mon garcon!
Only commenting on the bar at floor 11. Views across Orlando and beautiful sunsets. Enjoy a drink and a snack. You will not forget it!
An amazing place, staff friendly, beautiful location, clean and fresh
Nice and spacious and great amenities...Disappointed the sliding glass door handle in the living room was broken off...a dining room light bulb needed replacement...plumbing in front restroom smelled badly until water run through drains...staffing at club house restaurant and golf event suffered timely attentive service (the hostess had to take our order after sitting and waiting for a wait staff an unusual amount of time to the point of feeling ignored) though the food chicken caesar salad wraps, sweet potato fries and drinks were awesome! Golf courses looked pristine.
Beautiful place to stay. Looking forward to coming back.
The prices were good and we got an upgrade to one of the apartment ones/ villas but when I walked up the stairs I got bugs and flies on my foot. Also the couch smells like a smoke shop! The TV quality wasn t the best but I used my phone to watch YT and Netflix. Also the rooms are huge and the view was pretty good. When I went to the Water Park it was not good.... my friend hurt his foot and we immediately got bored at the park. They need big water slides like every other popular hotel in Orlando. The biggest slide was one for little kids and older people got stuck on it. Reunion Look at the Gaylord palms, JW Marriott, or the Marriott for some good slide and water park ideas
Facility is really clean, staff are wonderful.
However the management company needs to revisit their business model. Charge a decent resort fee and give guests a great experience.
Guest staying on property should be given a golf discount. It s Over priced rounds and no discounts.
Takes forever for Call Centre to answer the phone when calling in for a resort shuttle.
They nickel and dime their guests..just a few examples...... $5.00plus tax to rent bocce balls for an hour/ hot dog is $10 and are charged per topping/ $20 to rent a bike for an hour. Resorts near by like Mystic Dunnes have complimentary bikes, sports activities, bbq.
Hot tub closet to our unit has been broken since we arrived on Thursday, we have called several times still not fixed and no one has followed up with us.
Although the resort is clean and nice.....I would stay here again.
The rooms were very large and comfortable for our party of 10. The dryer didn't work which was inconvenient with 6 kids. The pools were fantastic with variety for the different ages we had with us. The master bedroom was spacious with a wonderful deep tub but a rock hard mattress that needs updating. The beds in the other rooms were great. Overall we had a great experience
We had a great vacation at Reunion Resort. We were a group of 10 with two three-bedroom suites. The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. The pools were a good size and not too crowded. The water park bad a great climbing area with two slides that were fun although it's not possible to do the slides without getting soaked on the way. The bigger slide (42 inch minimum) was also fun, as was the lazy river. We plan to return!
Great nice clean room with water park adminities and close to theme parks.
Staff took wonderful care of all the professional golfers at the PGA Tour Canada qualification.
So far while staying here it took about an hour to check in. Our reservation could not be found right away and was blamed for being booked not too long ago.... We booked this trip 6 months prior. Wyndham Destinations should consider getting better staff here as we were told by one staff member this is the worst resort to check into to in their system. A shuttle took over 45 minutes to show up on Sunday, which we do not know if it even did come since we didnt want to wait any longer and no one answered when calling to check up on it.
Beautiful condos. Nice pools. The Eleven restarant view is lovely.
If you have some money to spend, this is hands down the most beautiful experience I've ever had. My wife and I came here on our honeymoon, and were not disappointed. The bath tub was quite large, the unit had a beautiful gas powered stovetop, we were right up against the scenic golf course... not to mention the beds are sturdy. Absolutely recommended.
Good place to stay. The sales people get SUPER pushy and pissy if you don't buy the timeshare.
Just checked in. No water in the unit. Took 1 hour to get maintenance to the room. Still no water and they may have to move us.
Spent a week here and everything was amazing with the condo and adjoining facilities.
the room was absolutely beautiful and spacious! very clean. very helpful staff. only stayed one night but had a wonderful experience
Course in good condition.
Balls settle down in the Bermuda rough.
Greens we're a bit on the slow side and grainy.
