My visit was right after hurricane Irma, my friend was celebrating a 50th birthday and we had 3 beautiful homes. The one that I stayed in had 3 levels. My complaints are minor because most likely they were due to damage from Irma. Look forward to going back.
The valet guys alone make it worth 5 stars, everything else becomes inconsequential.
My family and I stayed for a week. The swimming pool was close to our room. The room was a five star place. We took the kids to the water park inside the resort and although it was small my family enjoyed it. Will come back
Very good resort one of the top resorts i have stayed at to me and the cheapest in price.
We had to cancel our trip due to the virus outbreak. It took a lot of effort to get our full refund back, however they finally did refund our money.
We stayed in the 3 bedroom villas. They are a fantastic size for a big family. There was a full kitchen and a giant balcony. The beds were a bit hard and the hot water did not last to long. Other than that, nice resort.
This is an awesome place for families. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are great. The only issue we had was a clogged sink but they were very quick to fix it.
Been waiting almost 2 weeks for my money for incidentals witch they charge my card over 600.00 this is ridiculous... and every time I call I get the run around.
What a great way to enjoy five days of golf. Wonderful courses, staff, restaurants, accomodations. Totally the finest golf trip I've ever been on.
We had a wonderful week! The resort was very well maintained. They had two fitness centers (one brand new) and several pools to choose from including a waterpark with a lazy river. Great food and beverage service at the waterpark. We didn't play golf but the courses looked amazing and were very well maintained. This was our second visit and would definitely go back. Note: Some of the properties don't have housekeeping services so make sure you ask about that. Housekeeping was available for an additional charge; we thought it was included. We did have a washer and dryer in our house to take care of our towels.
I attended an amazing conference here and although I didn't stay at this hotel I would definitely recommend! The food was amazing and the views are beautiful!!!
We stayed in a house called Astina, Astina St. Reunion Orlando Florida. 5 min walk to hotel and clubhouse.
Our annual golf trip for the boys, Reunion is a 5 star resort with 3 signature Golf courses. This year we played The Palmer and The Nicklaus golf courses, have to say both different as you can imagine, but both outstanding tests of golf.
The Nicklaus is opening a new clubhouse bar and restaurant facility in the next couple of weeks, it looks magnificent over looking the re-designed 18th hole.

I had a wonderful time. Great room. Great service. Thank you, Miguel, Gerald, Luis, Mike, Richard. Starters are great. Everyone, from the bellman to the bartenders, were great. Only complaint: horrible pool tables. Unbalanced and crooked cues.
Our first time here and we spent 6 days:
We waited about 30 mins standing in line to check in. The driveways are not all labeled so it took about 30 mins plus asking for directions to find our villa aka apartment. The pools are sparatically laid out, pretty busy and bath warm. Plus they close by 6 pm!! No time for adult fun. Also for the cost not a lot of amentities compared to other resorts locally.
That being said the balconies are gorgeous. The beds are like sleeping on clouds. The maids are like wonderful little fairies who clean and organize your room while you are away. They hung up our clothes in the bathroom, made little beds for our toothbrushes and razors. Bravo to them.
It is soo close to Disney and many stores. Very convenient. Also the employees are all very nice. Plus when we had a couple issues they sent an engineer within an hour.
For a one week stay, our key worked three out of seven nights. So we sat and waited half an hour for security to let us into our room each night. The kids were crying in the hallways while we waited. Worst hotel experience ever. Completely unacceptable. Apathetic management. Stay away!

Great resort with lovely accommodations and amenities. Our kids loved the water park, they have a fantastic kids area inside. The golf courses were beautiful, reasonably priced for club members. Being so close to Disney is a real plus, too!

We ate in the Eleven restaurant, beautiful setting on the roof, you're able to see for miles, very pretty at night when everywhere is lit up.

I give it a 3star because the resort is beautiful.
However I don't find it to be very kid friendly. All the buildings and pools are too far apart. I shouldn't have to drive to them. A little farther away from the parks then hoped and they offer no shuttles. We were upgraded here from Bonnet Creek. I was very disappointed. Probably won't be staying here again.
I used to be a very happy repeat client and always gave this place 5 stars until my past 2 visits within 2 weeks of each other. Maintenance is terrible. ATM wasn't replenished, consistently. Room furniture worn out. Nickel and dime for housecleaning. The pool music, ghetto. And I saw a girl washing her hair with shampoo at poolside.
It's a magical place and the people who work there do not know what to do to please you. The villas are super well equipped with everything you need to make the stay super

Lots of great pools! The water park was awesome! This time of year it was not very crowded which is a plus. Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. Kitchen is just like home. This means we saved on eating out. Close to all the sites and parks. Great great vacation.
Very nice place. Worth the price of admission. Why one star? The management staff is terrible. Understand, you re just a revenue source to them and that s all! When the weather (not their fault) ruined our weekend and our 10 year olds birthday, none of them cared. They closed the pool and other facilities. We asked for a a simple rain pass to attend the water park at another time and they didn t have the decency to offer anything! One manager will pass you off to another until you give up, write a bad review, and never stay their again!

This place is amazing. I stay every year and i recommend it to my family every time theyre looking for a place to stay. The staff is good and welcoming, the place is gorgeous. The restaurants are really good. A great place to spend with family.
Rooms were really clean and for the price really fair. Met good people there. Celebrated a wedding and the food was outstanding. Only complaint has to be with the shuttle service taking long.
Pretty good. 4 stars considers price vs amenities. I expect a bit more for what I am paying.

My stay was horrible. Nobody calls you back everything in the kitchen was broken.the I've machine didn't work.I had to wash dishes by hand.I was told 4times somebody would bring towels n nobody did for 2 days.
Fair warning, do you re homework and make sure you DO NOT rent any property in this complex managed by Executive Villas or owned by Andrew Booth. We travel to Florida often and our experience has been just awful. They have repeatedly lied to us about critical maintenance issues and refused to even make a half-hearted attempt to make this right. They have blamed us for the issues, told us we had to settle with a college mini-fridge while over $440 of our groceries went to waste, and caused our children to miss a week of remote schooling due to laziness. We have now been calling and asking for help for over a week, and still have one more week to go with no help in sight. Be wary of anyone who would allow a company with such egregious customer service practices operate within their complex.
Beautiful place to visit. My husband and I have been attending church here at The Crossing Church. The hotel ball room has a great look and atmosphere, and it's surrounded by beautiful homes and a golf course.

This was a beautiful get away. The price for a villa which had full kitchen,dinning area with full size table bed rm with tub for two in it and also two balcony was no more than a hotel rm with two queen size beds and the amenities were amazing we had a blast and will be returning
We stayed 5 days at this resort . They gave one of our rooms away. Both of our rooms had bed bugs and they tried to deny it . Even though there was proof . They found a bed bug, took a picture of it . Moved one of us to a new room. Filed a complaint . After we left they claimed it wasn t any bed bugs . Pictures of us all bitten . They do not do room clean ups. They don t throw trash away . They didn t tell us till 2 days after we stayed at the resort. You can get better service and price at other resorts with full service. They charge for towels . Cabled stop working two days before it was checkout in BOTH rooms. Would not recommend this to anyone . Will not be coming back at all.
It was amazing. We had a great time playing golf and we were able to rent a golf card. Everyone treated us with such welcoming. The place was so clean. There were no uninvited animals from the wild. I've been to other places where if you walk down the stairs you'd come across raccoons even in the day time. So to be walk for hours in the evening and not come across an animal that will scare me was so serene. My group bike rode and enjoyed the small hills. Bathrooms ate extremely clean. They have several restaurants and although the food was overpriced, it was delicious and at the steak house Chef Sabrina made cooked some awesome tender, well done steak. We tasted some off the menu bread pudding with real bacon inside. She and the manager of the restaurant came out to great us. They were all so friendly from day one to the last day. Oh, we had so much fun at the water park. They have a bigger water park than West Gate Resort . I'd do it again. Thanks Reunion
Everything was great. Home was beautiful. Love the nature (big butterflies, hug grass hoppers). My kids loved it. We rented a golf cart during our stay took us 2 days to ride around the property, so huge. Definitely coming back soon.

Reunion resort is very grand. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I only had drinks at Eleven in reunion grand but the atmosphere was very good.
We had a great couple of nights at reunion. To our benefit, it was very unoccupied, very easy to social distance in shared spaces. The water park was pretty enjoyable. The only number us that it closes at 5pm weekdays
I stayed a week here and had a great time! The rooftop pool/bar had a great view and was really fun to have drinks at sunset. My friends and I also spent a morning at the water park, and that was fun too. The on property shuttle was convenient and was only a quick call away. The driver gave us a little tour so we were familiar with the pools etc..
I had to get some documents from my accountant printed to sign and return to him. I was in a panic because I had no printer and couldn't sign into my work email on the hotel's business room computers. The guest services mgr, Jose, was fantastic! He went over and beyond to help me take care of my business and get back to my vacation. Thank you!!!!
