Had a wonderful relaxing vacation stay here. Loved the condo we started in! Updated and very nicely decorated.

Went on a Golf Trip. The house and resort we stayed in was great. Staff was good. Only real complaint was the pace of play for Golf. They double stack the tee times. Making the rounds 5+ hours. On golf trips were 36 holes a day happens often, its unacceptable.
Otherwise courses were fun to play and in good shape.

Spacious living for our 6 adult and 2 child family gathering.

A fabulous resort with fantastic amenities that we didn't have much time to enjoy them we were so busy visiting all the Disney parks. We did spend two of the days at the waterpark which is wonderful for kids and adults alike, very well maintained with lots of activities for all ages. I probably wouldn't have spent the $35 a day to go out of my way for with Aquatica and Volcano Bay so close by, but because it was included with our week-long stay for up to 8 people it was well worth it. Wish we had a better view of the Disney fireworks from our Villa but the space was beautiful and very clean. It was easy to get lost with navigation as several gates are closed to the property so nearly every trip in and out cost us a dollar fifty in tolls. Overall, would highly recommend.

Nice resort. Well laid out. The water park is nice but closes way to early. The free on site shuttle is a very nice amenity. I would rate five stars if there was a miniature golf coarse

Played the Palmer course. Not an easy course. Requires some thought on where to place your tee ball.interesting and challenging tract.

What a beautiful place, great suites, there were minor problems in the rooms however. The water and ice machine on the frige didnt work, the dryer didn't stop running and you have to jiggle the door to get it to close. The only other bad thing I can say about is the resort is so sprawling and huge the you can get lost easily, also you have to drive to get to a pool.

I was not able to stay. I booked a room with them on May 17th. When I booked the room, their agreement was for me to get a full refund if I did cancel 24 hours before my date of arrival. Well, I cancelled on May 18th and still have not received a refund. I was sent an email from the property to give them my address so they will mail a check. It should be noted, I used a credit card to book the room. I followed their instructions and returned the email with my address. I still have not received a refund. I contacted Booking.com to complain and also attempted many times to get a phone number to speak with someone regarding getting the promised return of my money. I still have been getting the run-around from Reunion and they seem to have to intention to return the money. So, I finally did what I should have done first. I contacted the credit card company and filed a complaint and they stated they will hold the funds from being due and deal with the Reunion themself.
Be careful with this company. They may state that you will get a refund if you cancel in time, however, it is not like other legitimate businesses. I feel like I was booking with a small street vendor.

Wonderful experience. Stayed here for a weekend getaway to celebrate my wife and I anniversary. The resort is awsome. The concierge man Jose who happened to be from the same town as me in New Jersey was really nice and supper nice. I was really impressed by this young mans professionalism. He went and e and beyond to make sure we had a great anniversary weekend. I will always have this resort on the top of my list when staying in Orlando.

This place was amazing. Great waterpark and very comfortable accommodations.

We just spent 4 days in the resort, we stayed on the south villas. Refrigerator did not work properly, the ice and water was not coming out, called for front front office to report the issue, maintenance guy came after 3 hours, just to let us know, there was no immediate solution, but offered 1 case of water instead. Second day the safe was blocked, called again the front office, this time they came after 1 hour and half. For the money you are paying for these villas, service is terrible. Also, villas need some repairs, l dishwasher needs to be replaced, many electrical outlet on the kitchen did not work, furniture looks very worn, need replacement.
Also, water park closing at 6:00 pm on summer time???
I won't ever come back to this place

Reunion Grand room 1007 no water, rat poop in kitchen, no hot water, called downstairs no answer. I called 1800# was hung up on twice after I was on hold 20 minutes each time. I then called for the 3rd time and spoke to Ashley who said she would call Dist Manager. I asked for the name and she refused. How about that stay? I was a guest in this hotel and would never....never pay for this nonsense in customer service or hotel ever.. terrible and gross

Villa was nice. Water Park was great. Wonderful time was had.

Beautiful Reunion Grande Condo Hotel is a great place to stay close to Disney

Great golf course and very nice resort. It is away from all the traffic near Orlando and is run by first class people.

Great resort. Had a Wedding recently there at 310 Rest. In love with the view.

Love the homes and the grounds upkeep here! Although, those properties managed by Jeeves should definitely reconsider as the many times I've stayed, the homes are not being kept up properly and there are many issues. I'm sure that making an impact on the owner.

Only visited because of false pretense of going on a cruise vacation. Was forced to attend a time share presentation. Now being told by another couple that I may have to attend 2 more presentations. Not happy at all.

I played the Watson course recently. The course is in excellent condition and the round was a lot of fun. All of the staff I interacted with were very professional. I would definitely play there again.

Beautiful room, however there was an odor throughout the resort when we checked in. The room with double beds night stand had an odor which was never eliminated. The dryer didnt dry your clothes properly.

My daughter brought our bags earlier for storage and got turned down! What a HUGE inconvenience for our group!

Paid $250 for 1/night here to go to water park next day. Went to sleep at 7631 Gathering Way Unit 302 Nd woke up with bug bites, small amounts of blood on sheets, kids itching everywhere. Took everyone to Baycare Urgent care and the PA found 1 live bed bug on the collar of my daughter's shirt. Diagnosed and treated for bed bugs. Valesca the manager of the resort stated, " since there team did it find a bed bug or egg on the mattress, they would stand behind there decision to not move forward with any further action, not even an apology. As disgusted as I was advised I would write to any corporate address I would. She did not care at all of the situation and was the worst person in any management position I have ever in my life come across. Now I'm searching for laundry mat on my family vacation so I don't bring these bed bugs back home. Disgusted with this resort by far, will NEVER return here again.... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best hotel in central Florida .. very clean rooms, equipped kitchen, super clean bathroom, very nice housekeeping staff as well as the common areas staff. It has tennis courts, swimming pools, SPA, spectacular golf courses. Recommended.

Everything was perfect! Kids had a ball at waterpark all week. Best week ever!!!

As owners I expected my room to be cleaned when the front of the house gave us our keys and sent us on our way. The Dine in food was terrible, a burger ordered well done was delivered medium-rare and the second one came without the onions (again) and with a slice of good ole Kraft. And the flatbread tasted like day old frozen pizza. A manager was set to call us and still hasn't, it's been 4 days. The room was beautiful but the cable kept glitching in the master suite.

Magical place, everything goes with the flow. If you can afford a visit here, I don't see you being disappointed.

The room was nice, clean, and service was timely and helpful. The water park was fun for everyone.

Renting here has been hassle free! We feel safe here and it's so easy to get to all the attractions!

The resort was really nice but they didn't have working dryers while we were there. They did offer drying services that seemed way over priced. After we left we realized we had left some bags including a pair of gold hoop diamond earrings. They claimed not to have seen any of it.

First rate resort and golf courses. Love the Watson course the most.

Great golfing, pools, condo...always a fun time when we visit no matter which condo we stay at!

We checked in and complained that our safe wouldn't open. After 5 calls and a week's stay the issue wasn't even looked at. Nobody showed up or even bothered to follow up. Today we woke up to the sound of construction workers outside our room washing and painting the halls with NO notice at all. In the afternoon my wife and I were out shopping only to get a panicked call from the kids that people were on our balcony and started freaking out that they were there to break in. I rushed back to the room and found workers on my balcony washing and moving furniture and we were NEVER notified they were coming. This is our second time here and will now be our last.I called and they said sorry...big deal my kids were traumatized sorry doesn't cut it

It was beautiful. So much to do. The rooftop pool view was amazing.

The place is nice and fancy. Quality is quite nice. But the staff is very lazy. Unbelievable. The shuttle service was sooo late. They kept telling us 5 mins but we had to wait half hr. In the master the quilts had blood stains on it. We called room service 3 times then only they came after 3hrs. Very disappointing.

Perfect long weekend with the kids. Tons of activities, several restaurants on-site, and the accommodations were excellent.

Nice vacation spot... Could do without the I-4 messy roads though

This resort seems a little dated. Our apartment was big and clean, but the couch had stains on it, it smelled old, and was REALLY out of the way. When you factor in Orlando traffic, don t stay here if you want to go to Disney or Universal Studios. Also checking in is a PAIN. They don t have an office, and we were stuck at the entrance trying to prove we had a reservation. When going in the resort, you have to wait in a line simply to enter the resort every time. We waited over 20 minutes on one of the days. Not worth the price, go elsewhere

When we arrived at night, it was difficult seeing the room numbers, the signage could be a bit better and the buildings need to be power washed.

Amazing Resort!

If you're looking for heaven on earth, this is truly the perfect getaway. Reunion offers spacious villas to cater to the family and amazing food from 7 amazing outlets to choose from. Their full service Spa is simply amazing. They also have 3 signature golf courses to play from and friendly staff all around to ensure every moment is memorable.

For the amount spent on the rental, we expected more. All the entertainment features of the home were incomplete, a dryer wasn't working, we were responsible for putting trash cans filled with previous renters trash by the curb, internet access was awful, kitchen barely had any cooking items in it, etc.

I scheduled a long weekend at one of the Villas in Reunion. We had plans with family around the Disney marathon my daughter was entered in over the weekend. Nice property and everything was going fine until early Sunday morning . I took my daughter to Disney to run her race and when I returned at approx. 4am my key would not work. I tried over and over but there were no lights and I was stuck. I tried knocking to wake someone but no answer, I called my son who normally keeps his phone nearby and no answer. I went to the front desk to report it and they said someone would be there 1st thing in the daylight. My son then returned my call and was there to let me in. To shorten this review I will say I had to deal with promise after promise to fix the situation and didn't get anyone to accept responsibility until around 4:30 pm. I was forced to make many changes throughout the day . Finally a young man showed up at the room which we had been standing outside of for the past hour and he let us in. I explained what we had been going through and he said the key reader needed to be changed. He said he would take care of it himself and said he would be back in a half hour with the equipment he needed. He returned and did what he promised. Finally someone to accept some responsibility. I was very thankful for his work ethics .Thanks to Dwayne Jones. I can only feel that this place was or is lacking in it's oversight of employees. I have been coming to Orlando for the past 20 years and this has been the worst experience I've had.

Very large resort. Big pool area with slides, lazy river, poolside food and drinks.

Condo looked amazing until we checked in. No appliances worked, put food in fridge went to pool returned all food had to be thrown away. diswasher, washer and dryer nothing worked. My granddaughter was stung on the balcony bv wasps had to go to the hospital, management knew at the time and did nothing except send a pest man to the room . we had to keep balcany closed for duration. tried to leave and get another hotel but spring break everything was full. i have been calling resort everyday to speak to a manager and even emailed a rep from the social media department and nothing., read the reviews GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. i communicated all this at time of stay and no response. we did get another fridge but nothing else. HORRIBLE

Great family resort in the Orlando area near the amusement parks.

The room was the only redeeming quality of this resort. The place is super run down the hot tub had a bunch of dead bugs in it, the pool was overflowing and got our stuff wet, the furniture was beat up and needed cleaning, etc. In addition, there were no signs anywhere and it was clear on several occasions that guests were confused and aimless. I saw families standing around quite a few times and staff was either too sparse or too apathetic to help anyone. My family tried to go to the lobby s sushi restaurant twice. We sat down without any real guidance either time and each time we were seated, we were there for around ten minutes without any acknowledgment from a server. On top of that, there were a bunch of dirty tables and each clean table had only one menu. The furniture was cheap looking and the table where we sat was warped from water. I really would not recommend this place to anyone. It needs so much work and more staff.

My family and I stood here and really enjoyed ourselves. There is a water park and many pools to visit in this community resort. The rooms are clean and spacious, with kitchen and laundry rooms included. There's also a balcony for second or third floor rooms. would definitely stay here again.

Outside of an issue with a couple of doors in the Condo that, the placement of which, just seemed not very well thought out, this place is fantastic; the amenities are great. There is a spa, and the masseuse has golden fingers, golf course, pro shop, clubhouse, and a water park (mostly for the kids, but you can have fun there too). The location is close to shopping and the Orlando theme parks and the Concierge will be able to get park passes for less than the gate price. A large resort, shuttles are provided free of charge to whisk you round to any event or accessible location on the property. My shuttle driver, Lawrence, was friendly, knowledgeable, and entertaining. All in all, a great experience and a good time had by all.

Great stay and good accommodations. Rooms are spacious and the staff is customer service friendly.

Reunion is a nice resort. Stayed there 3 days. The Waterpark was crowded but refreshing. Rooms were great and had no issues. I just am dissatisfied with prolonged check in. it's just me. I would rather just give them my information and go to the condo. I usually don't want to know about updates etc. Reunion is a great place to stay otherwise.

Kids like the water park in the days we didn't go to the theme parks.

Really enjoyed the lazy river, 3 bedroom w 3 direct bathrms and how the spaciousness of the condos and balcony. . Disappointed the huge campus offered one single working hot tub for 8 when thousands were staying. Did not like the check in process. You can't call to see if your room is ready. Instead you must drive there and then wait for hours after you physically check in. Check in process for Orlando's Reef Resort was 100x better. I was able to call in and then was called back when our room was ready. Only good part for Reunion is they do give you keys early so you don't have to return for keys but they don't tell you the room number and you have to return if they need to change your room.

We stayed as part of World Mark Resorts. Our 3 bedroom condo was very clean and spacious. The concierge was very helpful every time we called with needs or questions about the area. The resort is huge, and has several pools along with a water park. Golf was very good and there are multiple courses on the resort.

Restaurant at the top floor has a phenomenal view of as you sit pool side with a nice drink
