We stayed here for a week. Great condos, the water park was fantastic, the staff is very friendly.

Excellent hotel, great facilities and good services. Recommended

Out in Kissimmee for a conference and Reunion Resort is the host. I booked in advance and admittedly, didn't look into things much before securing my reservation.

I checked in tonight, and this place is AWESOME! I have a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome to myself for less than what I'd pay for a 1 bedroom hotel room in most other places.

Friendly staff, full kitchen, clean new furniture (though admittedly, not my taste) have made for a very pleasant stay so far. I look forward to checking out the fitness facility and more of the property in the daylight tomorrow!

The resort itself is beautiful, our room/accommodation is amazing. Can't wait to try the golf course.

Time share Wyndham hotels but clean and nice and wasn't pressured into anything

Beautiful big suites with all the comforts of home. Several pools and a water park for the kids. Very courteous and helpful staff. The incredible golf courses. Fitness center. Dining options.

Beautiful resort. Stayed for a work trip in a wonderful villa which was spacious and provided everything that we needed. Clean, updated, and pleasant stay.

Resort located within a gated neighborhood with too many exits/entrances to navigate. Some you can exit, but not enter, completely throwing off your sense of direction. Don't try to drive back after having dinner in town

Most of the appliances didn't work. We were cleaning up water from the leaking dishwasher all week. We had to but a grill because the one provided didn't work. The theatre room was to hot to sit in. We will never vacation there again .

Great resort for Golfers and families with young children. Not quite as much fun for teenagers. But, the rooms are amazing. A good time was had by all.

Staff is very friendly. Place is very clean. Food was incredible. But we had no how expensive everything was. Silly expensive. No reason for it. Drinks by pool. $$
Food $$$ If we come back we will bring our own or eat/drink somewhere else.

We were in one of the villas. It was very clean and comfortable. We checked in on a Saturday and one of the three villas/suites was not ready until 5 PM. I work in management at a hotel and I completely understand rooms not being ready on time so it wasn't a big deal to me. I told my family I was surprised there wasn't a two-night minimum which prevents this from happening. We usually go to the Hammock Beach Resort which is owned by the same company but they had a 2 night minimum so we ended up here. Everyone agreed next time we'll do the two nights and might as well go back to the one on Palm Coast because it's closer. Service at the "Clubhouse" restaurant was okay, food was okay. I was definitely expecting more but we had six very young children so we couldn't try to other restaurants on property.

Awesome golf. Played the Nicklas course last month, Palmer course today. Great staff, fantastic course. .highly recommended

Lovely place, relaxing atmosphere, huge rooms, nice water park for children.

Large, clean rooms. A water park on site along with multiple pools. There wasn't a lot of people due to corona I assume. A very quiet and lovely place for large groups

Nice rooms. A bit outdated but comfortable and large. The water play area, lazy river, pools and water slide are lots of fun. A bit far from restaurant options. We had a great stay and are likely to return.

Location was great for us. The place we stayed had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. All things we needed. They had a waterpark that my boys just loved with a lazy river. On site restaurants that were delicious and not far from Disney world!

Our experience at the reunion resort was excellent. Very quiet and beautiful!

Beautiful, relaxing area. Staying in the WorldMark North Villas. Two pools right out back, one with a slide and other water toys. Plenty of lounges, shade and a few tables. Rooms are great; each of 3 bedrooms has own bathroom. All in working order except our dryer door won't stay shut and shuts off every time this happens. Takes FOREVER to get clothes dried. :/ Only 20 mins from Universal...loving our stay!!

Absolutely beautiful resort with great facilities, however the staff is the worst I have ever encountered. My family was treated extremely poorly. Housekeeping never showed up like we were told they would. When we asked for more towels (since housekeeping never showed up) it took 3 phone calls and over 2 hours. When we approached the Manger with our concerns, they tried to turn it around on us and say it was our fault. The dryer didn't work. The washer leaked water all over the floor. Nothing was done to solve these issues. We will not be returning. If you value customer service PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. EVER.

The spring is huge and it seems that every room has a good view

The rooms are very large and spacious. Extremely clean! The room service stops by at 10am everyday to restock. There's everything you need but food and water. Onsite are several restaurants. The Clubhouse is a more casual experience and the food is decent. Forte, the italian restaurant, is more contemporary but very comfortable and the food is delicious. The portions themselves are generous for a restaurant of this price point. I would recommend this resort to someone who doesn't want to stay in the Disney parks and wants spacious accomodations. Golfers would love this, too.

Very nice resort , very nice staff and great amenities

Beautiful place. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. Everything is taken care of for you, even a shuttle if you don't want to drive around the property.

This is our 3rd time staying here and I don't want to return. They are charging the same price for a stay as pre covid, but they are not wanting to come into the room for cleaning. We were there for 9 days with two little ones. We had to do our own trash, clean the bathrooms, call for towels and trash pickup, ect. I understand not coming into the rooms as often, but don't charge the same fee. Then the water park for the kids was closed for at least 3 days of our stay. We go there for the kids!

Beautiful place for holidaymakers in search of calm and greenery, adjacent to a golf course. No noise nuisance. The houses have a private pool and are very well equipped. Of course you have to have a car, given the distances.

The rooms are fantastic and the facilities are gorgeous. Getting in through the gates is rather inconvenient but the stay was very enjoyable overall.

It is a great resort with plenty to do for the whole family. It can be a bit difficult to find at first as there are no signs that say Reunion Resort. Staff is great. The rooms are perfect and the water park is nice.

The bar at 11 has a great view. Good bar staff. Food is a little limited for my wife.
Rosted Garlic as is fantastic

My 60th birthday weekend was a complete surprise and especially when my kids and grandchildren came out of the bedroom singing, carrying a cake. It was the best birthday ever. The resort was beyond gorgeous. The only disappointment was that we had to explain to three children that we couldn't go on the waterpark because we didn't have enough money. That should be included in the cost of the condo.

Interesting layout for room, although we only got 4 twins instead of 2 twins + 1 queen, but was nice to have 2 stories. The water park is amazing though. Heated to perfection with great lazy river and play areas.

3 great courses, helpful friendly staff and the restaurant "11" on the 11th floor is tremendous

This was the best resort ever. I truly enjoyed my stay in Florida. I can't wait to return again with the young people. Next time I'll make sure to come during the winter time so I can stay longer.

The resort is top notch. Beauty, style, functionality and amenities with great service. Hope to return.

No thank you. All the pool bars close at 5. The resort is so spread out that you can't walk to anything. Golf courses are beat to hell and not maintained at all. Staff is friendly but our rooms had a broken fan, broken tv, coffee maker that didn't work and in and on... We won't be here again!

Lovely pool and grounds but very poor customer service, and villa was old and in disrepair inluding exposed tack strips, missing tiles and grout. Will not return to this resort.

This course fell way short of expectations. I can see how some would get excited about the design there is only a couple of beautiful bridges. I didn't see as many water holes as promised. Also:
- Half my group didn't get to take a cart to the range because they didn't have enough
- There was no clubhouse at all
- The only restroom at the practice facility was a spot-a-pot
- The sandwiches weren't ready until after noon and were $7.50 (the only real food they have)
- The codes on some bathroom doors didn't work either

Really this course is not worth more than 30-40 dollars a round and don't expect much from your day.

Amazing apartment style hotel. We had an extra room that no one used. We stayed for a week so the kitchen was perfect.

Over booked and had to switch is to another place that was 30 mins away. New room had no AC and then had to move to another room around midnight. Won't stay again.

Good atmosphere at the 11 bar great views and good service

Stayed here for a few days for a conference and was amazed at the siE of the property. Only downside is if you need anything outside of the resort it is a WAYS to get to it. They would benefit from a convenience store in the hotel or at least a hotel concession/gift shop. I would stay here again

Came here for a time share presentation. Had a beautiful lobby.

Be weary of staying here with a Groupon. The first time I stood here, I booked directly through their website. That time it was great, I was even upgraded and stood at the main resort tower. Second time I brought some family, we purchased a two night Groupon to stay at a three bedroom. It was still $500 with resort fees, so not necessarily cheap. They put us or shall I say dumped us at the heritage villas, I've seen projects with a fancier entrance. In two of the rooms the window curtains were falling from the drywall, and in the third room the full size beds were sinking in the middle. Maintenance came by to fix the curtains but they never came back to replace that mattress. Door knobs were loose and carpet had stains all over, it was shameful having my family stay here after all the bragging they heard from my first stay. I think reunion has seen the last of me. No thanks!

This resort exceeded our expectations! Love love love this place!!!!

I love this location. My auntie is a member and we join her every year for our annual family trip. It is always clean and feels like home.

Huge resort, beautiful and spacious accommodations. Lots of activities available for the family.

Great resort. Forte, Sushi Bar, Traditions and Eleven are great restaurants in this resort.

The South Villas are really great! The staff of the resort have all been wonderful too. Gorgeous place with lots to do!

Great resort and rooms. We stayed ina 2 room suite in main building. Great times here. Went to the waterpark as well. Restaurant (Eleven) on the 11th floor was terrible, but the resort was great.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I like that I can wash my own clothes and cook my own meals. We enjoyed the pools and the water park. There were a few small annoyances, like our key cards not working and the freezer shelves falling down, but overall, it's very nice.

The rooms in the resort are very nice. We stayed in a three bedroom suite. Each room had it's own full sized bath. There's a fully read equipped kitchen; appliances are very modern. It also includes a washer/dryer. There's not enough detergent for the washer or the dish washer, you need to buy your own. The staff so far has been very friendly and responsive to issues and available very late. The water park is free for guests, but we haven't visited yet.
