Horrible experience, we arrive and the AC did not worked, maintenance Didn't showed up, they didn't change our room, we had to sleep in a hot room with no ac, the sheets had someone's hair, complete discusting carpet also stained by God knows what. I was expecting a good experience considering what we spent but no, it was horrible.

Great experience.....A little too much nutmeg in the chicken salad....lol

Stayed in a 3 room villa, beautiful property but had issues with almost all the appliances, called for hair appointment that is advertised and there is no longer a stylist available, food from room service not too good especially for the prices. Would not ever pay 200 a night here. Definitely expected better for 200 a night. There are better options available!

Fantastic place for a holiday. It has so many things to do, golf, tennis, pickle ball and a wonderful waterproof.

This was a geat Resort. It was a very beautiful place.

Sales pitch was so wrong, misleading and liars. We are so disgusted with the purchase we made a year ago. Argh!

Went to this resort not knowing what a 5 star resort was. Now, I have expectations. No matter what we couldn't do or didn't know how to do (most of which we probably should have known), the invariable response was, "We'll send someone over to take care of that for you." Wow! And gorgeous facility to boot.

Stayed here for a week and I never found myself bored. It s fairly easy to navigate, and the rooms were fantastic.

Excellent service and incredible rooms. The pools are fantastic and private. This place is heaven on earth

Absolutely amazing resort. If you re looking for a peaceful and quiet environment, this is the place to go. Personally, I stayed in one of the bigger rooms, however it was absolutely incredible the amount of care they put into their establishment.

Great food. Forgot to take pics until half way done eating. I could not wait to dig in. Steak was cooked to perfection. Everything tasted amazing and great service!

The resort was a complete surprise. Booked a conference room and a hand full of rooms for a work trip. Got upgrades and a great prices. The rooms are unreal with how big they are and the staff is very friendly. Had a drink at the roof top bar and watched the fireworks for Disney while sipping a whiskey. I would highly recommend this place for a quick trip or a work meeting

We rented a villa here and it is great! The room is clean and comfortable. There are plenty of amenities on site for kids and adults alike. If you want to go to the parks you will be very close by. The area is quiet and not filled with traffic. Our only complaint were the tvs in the room not having hdmi inputs available to connect a game console and the screens are fairly small and not fully hd. We didn't use them much so it didn't matter a whole lot. Great way to get away with the family or as a couple.

Its in a great location.close to diffrent attractions and shipping. Nice rooms. And service

Resort is good with water park for kids. However very bad management, we rented a 5 bedroom Villa for 4 days and they put us in a villa right next door to one that is currently being built. The villa are literally 5 or 6 ft away from each other. And the construction crew was veev loud using concrete saws to cut blocks which is very noisy and dusty process that started at 7 am every morning, even on Saturday. Made a noise complain the reception, they acted as if they have to control and gave us a "government" number to call.. .
Overall, staying here was definitly not worth the money because of lack of care of management. As they were aware that there is new consteconstr right next door, and did not bother to inform us or move us or even care at all. Also there was dead roach and few ants in villa we rented

Great complex, golf, dining and accommodations, would recommend to anyone looking for a retreat/vacation destination. Staff is first class.

Loved the location and amenities. The waterpark was amazing and the staff was super nice. When we called for anything- the staff was very responsive. Always had parking. Didn't like how long it took to check in and some items could use a minor update.

The place is nice, and the landscaping is pretty. It's close to the parks, as well.

Update - 12/21: Reunion has been purchased and is under new ownership. The quality of this establishment has plummeted. Bugs were present in our first room. The second room was the exact room we stayed in June, it was good. That said, when it came time for room service on our third day I called to schedule and it was an extra charge. The water park is now filthy, falling apart, and vastly understaffed. The new owners have cut corners and quality and it shows. Stay somewhere else.

Previous Review ~10/19: Whoa! This place is a freaking Oasis. It is gorgeous, clean, accommodating and welcoming.

Expansive property with good with ample options for accommodations and 3 beautifully designed golf courses. Great for extended stays.

It has everything you may need. Service, location, golf, footgolf, waterpark.

We stayed in the Reunion Villas and had a great time! We had access to the amenities.

It was nice stay the beds were a little high and people didn't come to clean the rooms during the day but I didn't mind that

Unit was 20 minutes from Disney properties, no toll roads!! Rooms were very nicr, lots if room to spread out in a 3 bedroom condo. 15 minute walk to the resort Waterpark, which was a great place to hang out.

We stayed at the Kissimmee location. The rooms were nice and spacious. The drinking water there smelled like sulfur, and the outdoor sprinklers when they came on had a really bad musty smell to them, making us go indoors until they were done. They did have filtered water from the fridge to drink.

Was the nicest place and staff that we've experienced to date. Would love to go back.

Golf: The Palmer course was quite poorly maintained, the Nicklaus and Watson in much better shape. the sand is new in most of the bunkers and is way too soft, everything that goes in there plugs.

Houses: we arrived at 7605 Excitement drive to find that our house had not been made up - beds were slept in and towels all used. After several phone calls, the cleaning service did arrive. The beds were made (maybe changed, not sure) but no new towels (which is what led us to believe sheets probably weren't changed). The pool had a very strong chorine door, had likely been shocked recently. it wasn't appealing at all. next day, the pool suddenly drained. no one felt comfortable using it.

Restaurants: we weren't able to get a reservation for any of our nights at Eleven. we ate one night at Forte - service and food were good.

It was a beautiful location. The housing was comfortable, and it was located perfectly to visit Disney World and other fun various locations. I felt secure in the complex and the people who worked there were very nice and accommodating.

Stayed in room 808 on Wednesday night for work trip. Nice rooms but had two big roaches run across my room. Also no color printer in the facility.

Great resort with amazing customer service and amenities.

We've been visiting Reunion for several years. We've stayed at a number of properties in and about Orlando and this is simply one of the best place to stay in Orlando. Great water park, tennis facility, and golf courses.

Enjoyed the beautiful golf courses along with great accomodations. Our room was like a condo with kitchen, bathroom with garden tub & walk-in shower, as well as a full dining & living room with a bonus balcony with chairs and tables.

We had 3 bedroom 3 bathroom room.It was wonderful.Had both daughter's and all my grandkids meet us there.Place was excellent.

Big Room for a large family gathering. Too short times on some of the pools. Excellent service when required and or not.

So nice, spotless clean, quiet, all amenities, everything is great about this place!

I didn't appreciate that the laundry was out, so we had to pay $50 to have the resort do it when there was a washer and dryer in the unit. We also declined housekeeping, but one morning when we woke up the lock to the door had moved like someone tried to enter. The rooftop pool is disappointing. I was also cry displeased with Billy (the person that tries to get you into paying more money into this scam). He became very aggressive when we stated we didn't wish to pursue any options they had available and treated us like we were incompetent when he was the one that couldn't speak eloquently. He kept running us around in circles and when we would ask for clarification, it was just "That is what I just discussed with you about." The overall place is okay, but the maintenance fees that are paid each year are not worth it. We didn't need a four bed, three bath hotel, but it was okay.

(Sandy Ridge) Pros: Excellent interior look at the villas. Very clean. All the staff we've had contact with have been very nice. TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room. Blu-ray player in living room. Cons: TVs in the rooms are too small compared to the size of the rooms. The map given to us at check in was a bit confusing causing us to get lost trying to find our villa. Front rooms can hear the sound of traffic from I-4 throughout the night.

This resort has gone down hill. Do not stay here. I ignored the bad reviews and I wish I hadn t. These people are a nightmare. Service is non-existent.

First, we called 3 times to make sure our reservation was linked with another family we were traveling with. Each time, they said they added it to the "notes". When we arrived, they said there were no "notes" on the account. They said that they would see if they could put us near each other but that if there were no notes, they really couldn't do much.

Second, we called ahead to verify that we could bring our own golf cart. They said the golf carts were fine. When we got to the resort, they said we could have the golf cart, but not the trailer. They told us they would tow it if we didn't remove it immediately. When we asked where we should put it, they said that "it is your problem but you can't keep it here." Wow, I have never had anyone treat me so poorly. They also told us if we didn't like it "we could pack up and leave." Wow again. Crazy. They wouldn't even help us find a parking lot to take it. Luckily, I know several GMs at other hotels who were happy to accommodate our situation and allowed us to store the trailers.

Third, the water park is VERY run down. It is not being well maintained at all. They also do not have a lifeguard on duty at the children's splash area. Multiple people were using the slide at the same time (including adults) making it unsafe for the children it was designed for. The water parks at Encore and Champions Gate are much nicer. The service is also much better at those locations.

Fourth, service pretty much everywhere is horrible. They must be very understaffed. If you order food at the water park, I recommend you cash out immediately. Otherwise, it will be an hour before any comes back to check on you and they won't bring your card back for another hour after that. This was the case for each of the 3 days we went to the water park. Also, note that you cannot bring food or drinks into the water park, except for water. Make sure you bring your own water because, once again, you won't get any from the service that is there.

Finally, there is a wide disparity in the room offerings. We had 2, 3 bedroom units. One had smart tvs and updated decor. The other had the oldest tv I have seem since the 90s. The picture was so grainy, you couldn't see. The dryer in one of them was broken. They said no one could fix it until next week, after we were gone.

Suffice it to say, we will not return. There are so many other resorts that have good service and better amenities. Reunion used to be one of the best places to stay. Now, it doesn't even make the top 5 for Kissimmee.

Save your frustration!!! Stay somewhere else.

Location nice. Resort beautiful, but above medium price point. The golf courses are expensive and can only be played if staying at any Reunion resort location

Reunion Resort. Is something that is worth what it is worth. I really liked its beauty, comfort and above all, the attention is very good.

This is my first time staying here at Reunion Resort and so far it has been great. Its about 15-20 minutes away from Disney. The rooms are huge and the beds are absolute heaven. I fall asleep so quick in the beds. 10/10 would recommend to others.

Booked a place on VRBO thinking we were coming with the kids to the water park and lazy river. Come to find out we re not allowed to access! At least sell us some passes if we re guests at the resort. Not ever recommending Reunion again

Jack Nicholas. It has 11 swimming pools thru out Resort complex. 2 bedroom villas and 3 to 5 bedrooms, golf pro shop and tenis court with the pro shop.The Water park is a must for all in
the family ,it has a lazy river and a pool voly ball court. You must go to the town of Celebration for shop and GREAT Spaniards-Cuban restaurant Columbia,for great food and wines and tapas.

The reunion resort is great and includes a wonderful water park.
