And even that is still too much honor ... despite small children they let you sit without hot water for 5 or more days .. because of wrongly brought equipment etc. Worthless!
Edit: had a beautiful bunch of flowers for all the misery. Thank you G&G service department! # nice stars now converted to 3 instead of 1.

When replacing the Cv, I just passed on old pipe and passed on 2 new holes in my roof, no problem with that, but the one hole where my old tube was, of course after laying the new roof, immediately leaked

Prutsers from the first hour. They get the heat pump that they have installed but are not silent. 5 neighbors and the residents themselves now have noise pollution from 1 heat pump. All promises have not been fulfilled and now they do nothing about it, "that's just the way it is" and "every pump makes a sound".

Op onderstaand probleem is snel contact opgenomen. En is het verholpen.

Dan moet je van 12:00 tot 17:00 thuis blijven, om uiteindelijk een vriendelijke meneer 8 trappen te laten lopen voor 1 of 2 foto's van het probleem.. Dan denk/verwacht je dat het probleem verholpen word en krijg je te horen dat er later contact word opgenomen over de reparatie.

De servicemonteur maakte de belabberde communicatie met de telefoniste goed.
Bij ons was de vloerverwarming gewoon nooit ingeregeld na de oplevering van onze woning. Melding gedaan en werd terug gebeld, nou dat kon nooit het geval zijn hoor....uitgelegd dat de temperatuur op de thermostaat niet opliep als ik de temperatuur hoger zette. Ook meldde ik dat de vloer niet warm werd. Als antwoord kreeg ik: 'o maar de vloer hoeft niet warm te worden om de temperatuur te bereiken'
Euh hoe anders als vloerverwarming de enige verwarming is?? Na veel gezucht werd er een afspraak ingepland.
De monteur was heel fijn en bood direct zijn excuses aan en vertelde gelijk dat het inderdaad niet ingeregeld was. Hij heeft het keurig opgelost. Dus de sterren zijn voor monteur!

Has been without warm water for almost 3 weeks. The warmer is 38 degrees. Mechanic has been adjusting valves on his laptop for an hour. Conclusion: valve broken, no new bee but in stock in Rotterdam. : / they would call me back for an appointment. I waited more than a week with my patience and then called myself. Rude woman who does not normally speak to you ... Yes sorry apologies we send a mechanic. Anyway, ask again freely. mechanic arrives, replaces valve and leaves immediately without checking anything. I wonder after a few hours where the heat goes. I see that the temp only drops to 30 degrees. Called again at 20:00 mechanic comes and says. They replaced the pump but it is not resolved. I say no they replaced that valve and not a pump. Naja came to the conclusion that the compressor is too noisy and needs to be replaced. Didn't those other mechanics hear Jesus? Would contact you again asap. Been waiting for days again .. Hopelessly sad company, I'm going to file a complaint with Vestia.

Bad organization contacted about the maintenance for the heat pump, I freed up because they would come, they arrive in the morning and they say it is canceled and sir went away again.
I contacted again and it is said that they learned yesterday that it was canceled but had no contact details to report this to me while we had contact by email to confirm the appointment. So why not contact details? And compensation, they don't start that.

What a worthless desk this is. We have been kept awake for months by a ticking sound. Complaint and solution have been known for some time. We have already had someone visit 8 times with the same observation every time; "We don't have the right stuff with us and we have to schedule a new appointment." Unsuitable technicians and depressingly poor service. You have to keep Giesbers behind the pants. The customer service does not take the trouble to register something, so you have to tell the same story again or again (or send photos). Re-scheduling appointments costs at least 5 calls. They prefer not to call back. Calling at the last minute also happens regularly. And we just take time off ... and wait ... and call ...

Already suffered from some leakage of our central ...

Already suffered from some leakage of our central heating boiler. At annual maintenance indicated, but they could not find anything. Then again a mechanic who had found the cause within 10 minutes. Rubber ring had to be replaced. Not heard yet 3 weeks later. Called and they had to see if the part was there. Would be called back; however, it did not happen. Called 1.5 weeks later; same story.

Update February 20, 2019:
After 1.5 years and several visits the problem has been solved. We still received an invoice, but after sending the story, we did not have to pay it anymore.
Valuation changed from 1 to 3 stars.

A year after the house was delivered, Giesbers still did not finish the installation. Not because it is so difficult, but because they do absolutely nothing and also do not answer the phone or call back. They literally leave you in the cold.

Since 21 October 2018 11 (..) mails exchanged with...

Since 21 October 2018 11 (..) mails exchanged with Giesbers, following a mega energy bill due to an incorrectly installed heat pump .... the technician seemed genuinely surprised by the mistake made and has (according to his own words) restored it. We can only check that with the coming energy bill.

In the meantime Giesbers is not responding to attempts at telephone contact and vague promises are made in e-mails, which are then not complied with. Meanwhile, SWK and VEH are interfering ... We are curious about the outcome.

This is the worst installer in the Netherlands. Too bad I can't give a ZERO Star. They make assembly errors, provide no service and lie and cheat the whole thing together.
Up to three times failed to meet an appointment and call at the very last minute with the excuse that the parts are not in stock. Just called the supplier and you guessed it, the parts are just in stock. Peter Giesbers is not available to anyone and the office staff does not advance as the announcement that they cannot transfer and that the manager is in a meeting.
A whole thick NULL for Giesbers InstallatieGroep.

After a conversation with the management of Giesbers, adequate action was taken. The service team went to work, called me several times, kept them informed and even had the parts collected from the manufacturer to come and assemble them the same day. The problem has also been solved for all neighbors and the systems now work well. Nice that the management has responded to this revieuw.
Today the florist was at our door and all the neighbors also received a beautiful bouquet from Giesbers.

Chanceless company!
Has been out in the cold for 4 days because a certain part had to be ordered. You should have every part of a central heating boiler in stock as standard and especially in the winter period!
If they wanted to fix it on the day that I have to come back to work, I say it is good but before 12 o'clock because I have to go to work in the afternoon. You advise not to confess a mechanic. Between 12 and 13:00 but called again where the mechanic stays. This would be in Vlaardingen and then come directly to me. I say is good please wait. 13:15 no mechanic and called again, yes the mechanic is now in Dan Haag ...... I say WTF? From Vlaardingen he would come to me first !!!
Operator contacted technician, is driving up and heading your way. Tis now 13:46 and no mechanic yet.

Unfortunately you have no choice with a new construction project, but next time I would refuse this supplier. After forgetting to install a pipe-free zone, they only made the problems worse after repairs. Six weeks after the final engineer noticed this, no follow-up has yet come. The employee who is dealing with this is at home due to private circumstances, and no one else is able to take over the work. Multiple attempts to contact by telephone are unsuccessful. The telephone operators are rude, unhelpful and refuse to think along. In addition, they do not fulfill their commitments.

Mechanic explained well how the installation worked and gave useful tips. Actually this should have been told during handover ...... but thanks to this visit and his explanation it has become much wiser.

De monteur kwam op de afgesproken tijd en regelde ...

De monteur kwam op de afgesproken tijd en regelde de vloerverwarming correct in nadat dat de oorspronkelijke aannemer nooit goed was gelukt.

De monteur werkte netjes volgens coronaprotocol en dat kan ik wel waarderen.

Voor deze inspectie moest ik wel een servicecontract afnemen maar er werden geen extra kosten in rekening gebracht.

In the meantime, we have to stay at home 9 times in half a year because it cannot be solved in one go. I also had to stay at home 2 times for nothing because a part has not arrived. I have had the company on the phone at least 30 times in the last six months and I have to go after it myself every time. Very tiring and especially unnecessary.

Dropped in a few times over the past few years for water pump issues. Always neatly helped. Friendly knowledgeable staff. They know what they are talking about. It sometimes does not always go well between planning and technicians (too little time planned, for example). But otherwise fine.
