The police department in Havana is doing a good job in maintaining law and order in the town. They are prompt in their response and handle situations effectively. However, there is room for improvement in terms of community outreach programs.

My mother was robbed today in the afternoon and the police officer said he couldn't find any fingerprints but there was no effort at all. I just really hope nothing happens to family due to them robbers having all my mother's information when they took her purse.

Called HPD for noise disturbance around 11pm and was told by the dispatcher "Oh they're having a party. They been monitoring it, but they can't get there right now because all have been pulled for a car crash that happened", says the dispatcher so nonchalantly. I guess they're poorly staffed. There goes my quiet Saturday night. I hope for the Community no 2 things happen at the same time which takes priority. As a resident of this Community I felt disappointed and let down
