After forgetting to install a pipe-free zone, they only made the problems worse after repairs. Six weeks after the final engineer noticed this, no follow-up has yet come. The employee who is dealing with this is at home due to private circumstances, and no one else is able to take over the work. Multiple attempts to contact by telephone are unsuccessful. The telephone operators are rude, unhelpful and refuse to think along. In addition, they do not fulfill their commitments.
